The awesome @frankensteins-hooker tagged me today, so thank you Des and here ya go~ 1. Nickname? Typically, people call me Ballentine, but some people in my local community also call me Blue Boy. I prefer Ballentine though. 2. Real Name? Dalton 3. Zodiac? My sun sign is Pisces and that is usually what you all ask for. In terms of the full zodiac , I am a double Pisces, triple Aries, triple Aquarius, double Scorpio, Gemini moon, a Virgo something, and a Sagittarius something. I have no Leo, Cancer, or Taurus in me I think lol. 4. Height? 5′11 or 6′0 5. What time is it? it is 3:42 PM at the moment 6. Favorite Musician/Group? OHHHH NO, IDK. Uhhh, let’s just make a group of Hozier, Sam Tinnasz, Alec Benjamin, Mikky Ekko, Duncan Lawrence, and Billie Eillish lol. 7. Favorite Sports Team? I don’t watch sports, like at all, but I have always been a fan of the Chicago Bulls Basketball Team. You know, I hate this question as much as my favorite musician one because I genuinely don’t have a single one. I suffer from a few mental illnesses, and I can’t for the life of me function with the skills I have in 24 hours while also working full-time. I can write, but i’m always too tired to do so in an independent manner to thrive in the industry, i’m good at technology but i never have enough energy to actually develop enough skills in it to get in the industry, I love drawing but never do it, I love reading but my mental illnesses hinder my ability to enjoy things so reading is something I hardly do. Basically, I never have the energy or the biological means to excel in anything due to always being tired. 4- Last movie I saw: ..... I’m pretty sure it was some horror movie on Hulu but I forget what it was. Been rewatching Jacksepticeye play Life is Strange recently though!

5- Last thing I googled: DIY hair lightening. Because I’m cheap and have dye but want colorful hair.

6- Favorite musician: Why you do? XD ... Honestly recently Bishop Briggs, MAX, Imagine Dragons, and Marianas Trench.

7- Song stuck in my head: River by Bishop Briggs. Specifically the chorus.

8- Other blogs: *cracks knuckles* here we go. @asktheriftwalkers (OC story/Ask blog), @thequeenturtle (Slightly inactive, but where I post my writing), @aspendust (Hiatus, but a Warrior cat design blog... because I’m a huge ass nerd). I used to have a lot more but they’re all very dead now.

9- Do I get asks: Not especially, yet again I’ve only recently been active again on any of my accounts. My Rift Walkers blog has gotten a few, though.

10- Following: I’m following 368 blogs (most are inactive as hell and I just keep them as an archive), and followed by 19 people.

11- Amount of sleep: Depends on the day. I aim for about 6-8 hours, but sometimes it’s more, and sometimes even if I get a lot of sleep, I need a random three hour nap in the afternoon because my body just crashes too hard.

12- Lucky number: 7. It may not be my lucky number but gosh darn it it’s my favorite so it’ll be my lucky number whether it wants to or not.

13- What I’m wearing: Dark blue jeans, black concert tee from Mandisa, and headphones.

14- Dream job: Honestly? Being able to live off of my art and writing. I’d love to get to the point where people buy my books and pay for my art consistently.

15- Dream Trip: I’m not sure. Honestly I do want to go on a road trip around the United States, and see every state I can, which feels rather small compared to some trips, but I love the idea of just me and the road.

16- Favorite food: Pepperoni pizza. Or white chocolate.

17- Play any instruments: Nopity nope. XD Nearly my entire family is musical and the only thing I can kind of do is sing, and even that has fallen off the deep end.

18- Languages: English. One day I’ll learn other languages, but other things have taken priority.

19- Favorite songs: Ooph.... Can I do fave songs of the day? In that case, When You’re Evil by Aurelio Voltaire, If We Have Each Other by Alec Benjamin, Pretty Lies by Written by Wolves, and Light That Fire by Oh the Larceny.

20- Random fact: My hair apparently follows african american growth lines. Which is utterly hilarious considering if you look at my predominantly German and very White family and the fact I reflect the sun. It also means while I am a basic white bitch I can’t treat my hair like it otherwise it goes-... so wrong.

21- Describe yourself as aesthetic things: a grove of aspen wood trees at dusk, the smell of an ancient library that’s filled with old magic, smudges of graphite and charcoal against white linen, and a rainbow cutting through a foggy and cloudy day on a mountaintop.

Aloha friends! After a HUGE absence I am back and responding to a bajillion tags… first one tagged by @lovely-starfall

1. Favorite fairytale? This would be Beauty and the Beast – I am a sucker for the idea of seeing the beauty/value within an individual despite the mask they put out to the world 2. Favorite alcoholic beverage? Ok, so someone served up Trackers Crossing Moscato at a wedding I went to recently, and I swear if I didn’t have to drive, I would have gotten very drunk on that! It went down sooooo easy! 3. Movie you can watch over and over again? George of the Jungle and anything Disney

4. TV show that you don’t understand the hype about? I’m not too sure.. I mean I understand the hype but don’t watch Game of Thrones myself.. I guess I never really caught the big bang theory hype… 5. Favorite subject in school English and Music 6. Smuttiest/hottest book you ever read? Hmmmm… I mean there was one that was pretty much pure smut from start to finish, but I don’t remember what it was called, and it had a really bad storyline, so I probably wouldn’t recommend anyways.. I obviously like SJM books and there was another one that I think was called ‘His Captive Bride’ that I read that had an actual interesting storyline as well as some good ol’ smut. 7. Favorite quote of a book/show/movie? I’m not sure on this one.. different quotes jump out at me at different points in my life you know? I like anything that is uplifting and encouraging people to be true to themselves, or to be brave and do something good 8. Actor/Actress crush? 50000000% crushing on Matthew Daddario (my sister was legit going to get me a cardboard cutout for my birthday!!!) 9. Currently reading? Tower of Dawn (again) to see what I missed the first time through 10. If you would win in lottery what’s the first thing you would buy? Wait, how much did I win in the lottery? I guess I would firstly pay off all my debts and then buy out my parents’ house for them. Then, depeding if I still had money left over maybe a nice car, or a horse, or a farm… I have no idea really!

Number of Blankets I Sleep With: none, to be honest, because the wonderful goose feather & down duvet we have rather does the trick all on its own and I’m my own personal hot water bottle.

Favourite Singer/Band: good grief, I don’t like only 1 band or singer, but absolutely loads of them. Because of that, I tend to buy a lot of compilation albums and soundtracks along with people like Adele, James Blunt, Olly Murs, K.D, Lang, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Will Young, Take That, Westlife, Coldplay, Muse, Yes, Beatles, Paul Simon, Phil Collins, La Roux, Annie Lennox, Abba, Eurythmics, Pet Shop Boys, Mike Oldfield, Neil Diamond, Glen Campbell, Fleetwod Mac, etc.

Dream Trip: almost anywhere with hubby is fine by me (despite a possible initial grumble) BUT going back to Scotland is enough to make me very happy. Nothing can beat the thrill as you drive through Crianlarich and head for Glen Coe.

Dream Job: David Tennant’s bed-warmer or cuddle teddy? Failing that, TV critic for the Financial Times, or being a maths tutor in a Sixth Form College, I suppose.

What made you decide to get tumblr: I was originally on LiveJournal, and was warned about the addictive qualities of tumblr, so I resisted joining for quite a while, and then @dreamerbee suggested that I take the plunge, as it were, because I loved the artwork I saw on here.
