He said he had a Valentine’s Day surprise for me and I was like “ugh, please no jewelry or something I won’t LOVE that I’ll feel obligated to wear” (I’m really picky and we have 180 degree different styles lolol)

He got me grass👀 from the local 🌱 club!!!!!!! I’m so happy 😂

It’s been two months of sobriety and I may be sober for a year in a few months if I get pregnant this Spring so I was like yasssssss 👏🏽

I’m thinking Jackpot might come out close to May. I’m just not ready to let up on Lykaia just yet. I mean technically I’ve only done one full 22 episode season. Season one was only 10 short episodes. I haven’t gotten my fill of it yet!

So I had to use a couple sick days recently because of a sinus infection, and I cannot stress enough how much I love my new job. First of all, not only did I actually have sick hours and didn’t need to work there for a year first to get them, but I didn’t need a stupid doctors note and they didn’t try to guilt trip me to come in when I told them I had to take the day off.

It feels fucking incredible to be treated like a human being.

So, update on my dad. The last time I posted about him, I was angry. I was resentful.

I’m still resentful, but I had a couple conversations with my mother and yesterday she emailed him (she told me) while she was at work. As I’m going to pick up my brother he apologized. Many negative feelings about him went away. Obviously I’m still resentful, but I appreciate the apology and the fact that he’s trying to improve himself.

gave it to me after our date night. we went to a new spot in town and had this really good vegetarian stir fry and pad thai. then went back to my place, watched movies, and he brought us face masks to try together. had a very earnest conversation about boundaries after and it was just so- 🥹💕
