Just had some prick follow me three exits on the highway with his high beams on after I changed lanes in front of him (without cutting him off), to the point of turning off his high beams when I changed lanes, getting behind me again, then turning them back on. More than once.

I think he was trying to annoy me but I guess he hasn't yet learned about rear view mirror dimmer switches.
