Kosane Kiriha v.s. Joseph Coyne/Penny Plunderer
Kosane Kiriha - Null Magical Girl
Kosane made a magical girl contract as a zygote. She has no brain, being only controlled by a tumor of Kyubey cells. She also allows Kyubey to crawl in her head. Kosane also time travelled to kill Johannes Gutenburg for inventing letterpress printing by throwing the solar system at him. Read more about Kosane below.
Joseph Coyne/Penny Plunderer - DC Comics
After being fired from his job for gambling with pennies, Joseph became the Penny Plunderer, going on to commit penny centric crimes such as robbing a bank of its pennies. Upon being caught by Batman, notoriously a pacifist, he was sentenced to death. Read more about Joseph below.
Full description of Kosane:
“She breaks the very fabric of existance with her presence.
She once compared the last of humanity being wiped out to ramen noodles.
She has no brain, literally. She's controlled by a tumor of Kyubey cells on the back of her neck.
She has come into contact with a species called "homo magica"
She got invited onto an intergalactic railroad by her stillborn twin sister. (the letter was taped onto the back of her skull)
She regularly lets Kyubeys climb inside her head.
She went back in time to kill Johannes Gutenburg because he invented letterpress printing, very brutally. Like, she basically threw the whole solar system at earth just to kill him.
I am not making this shit up.
She made a contract to become a magical girl while she was a zygote.
The whole story took place in 2021”
Full description of Joseph:
“He is a villain whose entire theme is pennies. He got into villainy after getting fired from his job after being caught gambling with pennies. He commits penny-centered crimes, such as stealing exclusively pennies from a bank. He is caught by Batman and is arrested before being sentenced to death. Batman keeps a giant penny in his Batcave, a reminder of his triumph over The Penny Plunderer.
The Penny Plunderer has largely been retconned out of the DC Universe due to originally only existing in one comic but deserves recognition for the insanity of his plot. The idea of a man exclusively robbing pennies is weird within itself, but his death sentence is perhaps the strangest part of his story when put in the context of the large-scale crimes committed by other Gotham villains. Joker has canonically blown up schools before, but apparently, some Penny Aracade-related crimes are too far for Gotham authorities.”

kosane was seeing doctors regularly as a child for a Brain Thing™
kosane has what looks very much like a tumor on the back of her neck
in my experience, diagnosing Brain Things™ involves a nonzero amount of hooking you up to an EEG to measure your brain waves
kosane does not have a (normally placed or structured) brain for the EEG to measure.
clearly something had to happen for kosane not to be aware of her brainlessness by the time she became an adult.
hypothesis:
kosane time traveled to all her hospital visits in order to fake her medical records to cover up the fact that she had no brain.
