Simsphony’s CC LIST - complete
Hi everybody!
The list of CC LINKS from all the creators and packs that I have in my game is something that I wanted to do for the longest time but I've never quite had the time to do it.
So I finally decided to do it for you no matter what and here it is!
From now on you'll be able to find all of my cc here on this list. If I add something to my game I'm going to upload the list, and if I'm using something just once, I'll include the link from that cc in a regular post separately.
Anyways! I'm hoping your life is going to be much easier now!
If you like my work please be so kind and support me on Ko-fi ♡
Love you all and happy simming!

Kyoto was the capital of Japan between the years 794 and 1868. Located on the island of Honshu, it is famous for its many classical Buddhist temples and gardens, imperial palaces, Shinto shrines, and traditional wooden houses.

Ekvillan - 'The oak villa'
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ekvillan is a spacious family villa inspired by swedish architecture from the turn of the last century.
I chose to call it 'Ekvillan' - 'The oak villa' in swedish, since there is a big oak tree in the garden. It has a vegetable garden, bees, a chicken coop, and a treehouse. There's plenty of cozy little spots to hang out and eat 'fika'.
Please note that this was built using cc. The lot is partially playtested. DOWNLOAD (SFS)
Some of the cc is included, the rest is linked below. The lot can also be fould on the gallery (ID: Lilolakes)
My lovely friend @zebrasimmer_ on Instagram had her one year instaversary recently, and to celebrate she hosted a little collab were we created different builds inspired by her (and also my-) home country - Sweden. This was my contribution.
Check out the other builds in the collab, by @zebrasimmer_ , @simsaga_ and @sims.erezkigal on Instagram.

The Hidden Gardens of Kyoto
Photographs by Katsuhiko Mizuno - Text by Masaaki Ono
Kodansha International, Tokyo 2004, 198 pages, 23x30,3cm, ISBN 9784770029379
euro 49,00
email if you want to buy : [email protected]
The Hidden Gardens of Kyoto is the attractive sequel to Landscapes for Small Spaces by the same photographer, Katsuhiko Mizuno. In this new book, Mizuno introduces the gardens of Kyoto that are not easily accessible or are totally closed to the public. Mizuno was born in Kyoto and has spent most of his life in this old capital, established in the eighth century. Kyoto is not susceptible to short-term fashions, and this rigidness can be seen in the way it has kept the tradition of garden art alive over the centuries in public and private spaces. Thanks to his familiarity with the city, Mizuno has been able to penetrate its hidden corners and capture the beauty of unknown gardens with his cameras. The Hidden Gardens of Kyoto displays more than fifty gardens, from private dwellings to the Imperial Palaces and Villas, temples, tea schools and shrines. The elements and structure of each garden are explained by Masaaki Ono, who studied under the greatest twentieth-century garden designer, Mirei Shigemori. Plans drawn by Ono also accompany some of the garden descriptions. Some Japanese gardens are planned so as to be seen from one vantage point, but many are designed for viewing from multiple angles. In his previous book, Mizuno only showed us one aspect per garden, but this time we are given various views as we explore the stroll gardens or look down from the verandas of the buildings surrounding enclosed gardens. This three-dimensional approach will help both professional and amateur garden designers and landscape architects to understand the structure as well as the diverse vegetation used in one garden.

橘[Tachibana] Citrus tachibana
It is endemic to Japan and has been well known since ancient times. It is mentioned in the oldest Japanese books Kojiki, Nihon shoki and in the oldest poetry antholgy Man'yōshū, and also has been planted in the garden of Shishinden in the Kyoto Imperial Palace.
It grows to about four meters tall and produces five-petaled white flowers in spring. The fruit is very tart and not suitable for eating unless processed.
On a different note, there is the word 源平藤橘[Genpeitōkitsu] and is called 四姓[Shisei](The four clans.) This is the first kanji of the family name of clans that flourished during the Heian period (794-1185) joined together. 源[Gen] is Minamoto clan, 平[-pei|Hei] is Taira clan, 藤[Tō] is 藤原[Fujiwara] clan and 橘[Kitsu] is Tachibana clan. 家紋[Kamon](The family crest) began with them. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fujiwara_clan https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tachibana_clan_(kuge) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mon_(emblem)

TC!dad!JK
it’s a warm day in goryeo, corea.
the coolness of spring begins to make way for the heat of summer and yours and jungkook’s son is officially a month old. his voice fills your shared chamber with jungkook when he coos or cries in the middle of the night for food or skin contact. you and jungkook make a great time because you both look out for each other when it comes to jinseoul. when you’re too tired to deal with him, your husband swoops in and caters to the 1-month old and vice versa.
ever since you found out the color palette of your aura, it’s as if jungkook knows you a little better. he’s always finding ways to make you happy whether it’s swinging you around in the royal garden, relaxing with you while bathing, or reading books with you in the library, jungkook meant what he said when he promised he would be both a better husband and a better father.
you wonder, if jungkook keeps this up will you really fall in love with him? even after all he’s done to you? you often have epiphanies or dilemmas about how you life could pan out with the ruthless king. should you sneak out with jinseoul and run away before you approach a pothole? or should you stay and face it all together? you don’t know.
you’re still figuring out how to be a proper queen and you can feel it in your gut that a pothole is approaching and once again the progress you both made in building the relationship will go sour.
the royal guards make a box shape around the man in the middle. because he is an enemy, the royal guards stay on high alert and made sure to remove all weapons the man may have possessed before heading in the king’s direction. the guards that patrolled around the large palace increase in number, ready to report any sudden ambushes the man could committed.
the guards enter the extravagant throne room where jungkook sits with one of his legs thrown over and fist to his cheek; he’s seemingly in deep thought until the guard announces a man from yamato with a letter.
“왕께 영광을 돌리다!” the young man exclaims as he bows his head to show his respect. although his korean isn’t the best, he uses what he knows to communicate the message to the king. “hello sir, my name is junko isayama and i present you this letter from empress ayame of kyoto” the guard takes the letter from the man and passes it to the jungkook, so he doesn’t get too close.
“전정국왕님 안녕하세요,
my name is ayame and i write this letter to invite you for a conference regarding an offer made some time ago. i know our countries are not allies at the moment, but i simply wish to converse with you about a promise you were supposed to fulfill. i will ensure your stay in kyoto is safe and no harm will be done onto you or those you bring alongside you.
we have a ship customized just for you and yours if you desire to have your travel provided. please write me back as soon as you can. please know that i only wish you converse and not fight with you. i look forward to your response, your highness.
あやめ皇后”
~🫧
Who is this empress and what Is she talking about? Jungkook stares at the letter all confused because he doesn’t remember making any offer to the Yamato empire, because everyone is aware of the history between Goryeo and Yamato empire.
What kind of a promise was he supposed to fulfill because he doesn’t even remember having a conversation with the Yamato empress.
“what is your empress talking about?” he asks because she’s even offering for the travel expenses and convince. “I don’t remember making an offer to her and what kind of a promise am I supposed to fulfill?” Jungkook taps his chin as he waits for the servants answer, but it’s not really any use because he is not aware of it either.
So Jungkook nods his head.
“Fine. You may leave and I shall discuss this with my governors and my queen and then I will decide.” The servant bows and takes his leave under the watch of the goryeo soldiers.
After a few hours after he’s done with asking for the advice of the governors, and he’s confused as to why they are advising him to go to Yamato and meet the Empress.
They are really sure about this, so maybe he should just go to Yamato. “Yn… what about her..?” He asks himself as he’s on his way to his chamber where you and his now one month old son reside.
Jungkook has a huge smile on his face, and immediately as he enters his chamber, and you get up and respect to bow to him, but he stops you.
“Is ‘Seoul sleeping?” He asks you, greeting you with a tight hug, yes he loves to show you physical affection and ever since he got to know that you have the desire to be loved and he’s going to make sure that you are.
When you nod he just sighs. “Yn I got a letter today from the Yamato Empress, and she has invited me to come to Yamato for a supposed promise that I was supposed to fulfill.. and I was wondering if you would come with me because my governor have advised me to go to Yamato.”
He asks you, looking into your eyes and it’s really nice to see that your health has improved, and you seem a little happier. “would you like to come with me?”
It would be hard for him to go without you and his son because he’s grown so attached to you two and he’s always worrying about you to two
“I mean as my queen you should come- maybe the empress will get to meet you and maybe you two could be friends and maybe the relationship between Yamato and Goryeo could improve.”
“I will have my people write a letter to the Yamato empire if you agree, so we can let them know of our arrival”

travelling 2 london for a bit this summer, do you have any recommendations about neighborhoods to stay in/ things to go see etc? xx
unfortunately I didn’t see this and I’m several months too late BUT for anyone else planning a london trip or just needing to explore
Definitely worth hitting the design museum! There’s usually some interesting exhibits and you can continue your day by walking through Holland Park after! The Dutch garden and especially the Kyoto garden are so so beautiful
Classic Londoner day out is a walk along soutbank too. There’s enough tourists that there are things to do but not a major tourist trap. Along there you have the royal festival halls, BFI, London eye, OXO tower, Tate Modern, Globe theatre. The river waves are relaxing as well. By the time you reach the end cross over tower bridge and go to the Tower of London for some grim history. Then have dinner 5 mins away along st. Katherine’s docks - lovely peaceful spot with great restaurants and sparkling lights over the canals. Bit if a hidden gem for sure
Neighbourhoods to hit:
In the west there’s Richmond! Definitely cute but a bit snobby. Richmond park is huge and you can see wild deer! On the side of town closer to the Thames you have Kew Gardens which is an absolute must and needs a dedicated day.
In the East the typical spot to hit is Shoreditch. Great for record stores, vintage shops, underground gigs, 24hr Beigels, quirky fun bars, and not too much further in Bethnal Green there’s the Last Tuesdays Society; a very macabre little collection and some strange cocktails. They even have an absinthe range.
In the North everyone wants to go to Camden which is fine, lots to see and do but the alternative side to the town has become so commercialised in the past few decades. Still worth hitting but imo Bloomsbury is nicer with lots of niche little museums hidden away and one big one ! The Wellcome Collection! They always have some really great free exhibition on. There’s some controversy about the collection but there always will be in this country. Also 2 great bookshops - Gay’s the Word and Houseman’s <3
South London, my beloved forever. I say it all the time but I love Crystal Palace. It’s just a nice little neighbourhood with a lot of history. The triangle is great for little boutiques of all kinds, really good food around, there’s a 4 floor antique store where you can find all sorts of trinkets even affordable ones. The park is huge and wonderful! There’s a boating lake, a petting zoo, an athletics centre, dinosaurs! A maze! And at various times of the year there are fireworks shows, lights shows, a series of concerts in summer, frequent funfairs and other events. Don’t forget the south london Eiffel Tower (it’s just a radio tower but most kids who grew up here thought the same). Not far on in Sydenham is the Horniman Museum and Gardens which is well worth a visit but is too often disregarded for being a little out the way. Special mention to SE London. Greenwich has a few museums, a great little theatre, the cutty sark ship and the observatory! Also within a big beautiful park.
My love to everyone who comes here 🫶 please just remember to stand on the right of the escalators

today's japan adventure: I Forgot Other White People Existed edition
Kyoto is... a lot more tourist-heavy than what I'm used to, having spent most of my time staying in areas just outside of major cities (Ueno in Tokyo, and Namba in Osaka). it's a bit of a culture shock visiting a shrine like the Fushimi Inari Shrine (aka Thousand Torii Gates) and it being so overrun with tourists you could barely walk around!
but i got maybe 3/4s the way up Mt Inari before my knees gave out and told me No More Stairs I Am Begging You, F in the chat for my weak-ass joints
then we visited another couple of shrines, the Sekihoji Temple that was hidden away in the middle of the residential area and had all these cool stone Buddha statues in a bamboo forest, and also another small temple which i didn't take photos of that had a huge collection of boar-themed paraphernalia. There was even a replica Inosuke Demon Slayer headdress and a plush of him lmao
Then finally, the Kyoto Imperial Palace had some pretty gardens

GOLD APARTMENT
Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡
Today I’m sharing with you the apartment in a rich gold tone. Since I'm constantly building I wanted to try a color scheme I've never used before so I played with different wood tones and warm colors mixed with some golden metals.
This is a 920 Medina studios apartment in San Myshuno (The Sims 4 City living). It has one bedroom, a kitchen, a dining room, an open closet, and a bathroom.
If you like my work please be so kind and support me on Ko-fi ♡
Note: If you want to change my original walls or wallpapers, for everything to stay in the place you need to install the Better BuildBuy mod from the Twisted Mexi and turn on deletion protection as an option in BBB's filter panel. Turn it on while necessary and turn it back off immediately after.
In order for this windows to stay the way they are you need to delete the original ones using T.O.O.L
Hope you like it! ♡

Day One; Arrival:
On the first day of the group's time travel journey, they will arrive in Heian-Kyo, Japan's capital during the Heian period. The area is where modern-day Kyoto is, and was the center of Heian period society. During your time here, you can delve into and explore the markets full of busy people, and look at the traditional architecture in its historical prime. With its location at the center of the island and its general central feel, the city is the perfect place to start the week.
Within the city's borders lies a rectangular royal palace complex, known as Daidairi, or the Greater Imperial Palace. Within the walls were 200 structures of different kinds, including but not limited to the palace residence buildings, government offices, banquet halls, Shinto shrines, gardens, trees, and streams. The largest building was the Great Hall or Daigokuden.
Tumblr media
As an activity for the first day, our group could visit the palace and watch some of the courtly rituals. This would allow meeting with poets, and courtiers, and possibly even have an encounter with the powerful Fujiwara clan.
The Chanoyu, or Chado, a Japanese Tea ceremony is a traditional cultural practice that involves specific environments, equipment, and directions for drinking green tea. As another activity, the group would travel to a local temple, participate in one of these ceremonies, and meet the monks of the temple. This allows for an opportunity to relax, and view more architecture and immersion in the culture. This would be the closing activity for the first evening.
