#DailyDevotion Jesus Is The Foundation Of The Church & Blessed Are Her Gates
Tumblr media
#DailyDevotion Jesus Is The Foundation Of The Church & Blessed Are Her Gates Psalm 87 His foundation is on holy mountains. 2The LORD loves Zion's gates more than all of Jacob's dwellings. 3Wonderful things are told about you, O city of God! The psalmist is praising the city of Jerusalem. Upon these holy mountains the LORD had met with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. There, where Abraham was willing to sacrifice the child of promise the LORD has built His temple. There on those mountains the Father sacrifices His only-begotten Son, Jesus Christ for the sin of the world providing salvation for every human being and redeeming all creation. But the city in which the LORD performed all these things is only a shadow, a model of the Jerusalem which is above, God's holy Church. Her foundations are not just rocks but the Rock, our LORD Jesus Christ. The gates of this city are loved more than all the places where Jacob dwells because this is where He gathers His people. It is the city He has built and won by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Wonderful things are told of this city, the New Jerusalem as we see in the last chapters of Revelation. No light of the sun or moon is needed because God is her light. The gates are always open because there are no threats to her. A stream runs through it which waters the tree of life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations and it bears fruit every month. There we meet our God. 4“I will count Egypt and Babylon among those who acknowledge Me. There is Philistia, Tyre, and Ethiopia — each one claims that he was born there.” Egypt or Rahab and Babylon and all the nations acknowledge the LORD. The He that is born there is not the nations, but the Promised One, our LORD Jesus Christ. There on the hills outside of Jerusalem is Bethlehem where Christ was born. There in Jerusalem where Christ was crucified was Jesus made the first-born of the dead. Isaiah would prophesy that the nations would stream to her, i.e. the Church and indeed they have. The Church is the city they all acknowledge as the dwelling place of the LORD. 5But it will be said of Zion, “Every nation is born in her, and the Most High Himself will make her secure.” 6The LORD will write down in His record of the nations: "This one was born there.” 7There will be singing and dancing, for all will find their home in you. Several translations translate verse five this way, The DRB and a few others translate it more literally, “Shall not Sion say: This man and that man is born in her? and the Highest himself hath founded her.” The literal translation is better I think. Some think the psalmist is thinking of various men of valor born there. But if we are looking at the Church as Zion, are we all not born in her through the waters of baptism. So we are written down in the Lamb's book of life, or at least we know we have been written in the Lamb's book of life when we are baptized into Christ. In all the nations of the world, the LORD is making children for Himself and a nation for Himself in Zion, the city of our God, the Church. Here in the Church there will be singing and dancing on the Day of the LORD as we are all born out of our graves and ushered into the New Jerusalem, the City of our God. As it is written, like calves springing from the stall shall we be coming out of our graves with rejoicing. Heavenly Father, continual to give new birth in Your Holy City, Jerusalem, Your Church, through the waters of baptism that we might praise You even as we Your people are being praised by You. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Read the full article

Church does not conserve or progress; it neither seeks to attract the will to a new desire nor to convince the world's power to take a new direction. Its change is drastic and cosmic. Even though it is only the simple gospel word, God's promise changes everything in the most radical way--from death to life. ~Steven Paulson, Luther's Outlaw God, vol. 2: Hidden in the Cross, 152.

My mother is trying to guilt me into going to my sister's confirmation at the old church I used to attend. I'm having so much anxiety over this. I refuse to go, I will never set foot in that church again. I have so much trauma and anxiety. I told her to respect me and my feelings. Honestly terrified of her response, why am I still so scared of her?? I'm 29 for fucks sake.

#DailyDevotion Jesus Is King Who Rules From Everlasting
Tumblr media
#DailyDevotion Jesus Is King Who Rules From Everlasting Psalm 93 The LORD is King! He is clothed with majesty. The Lord dresses in power, fastening His belt. The world also was made to stand firm and can't be moved. It is written in Deut. 32, “5And He was King in Jeshurun when their leaders were gathered and the tribes of Israel were united.” Jeshurun is a symbolic name for Israel which is upright which it never fulfilled. Moses recalls the covenant between the LORD and Israel at Mt. Sinai where the LORD became Israel's King. Now, the LORD is King. That is Jesus is the LORD who is King. That is what the Holy Spirit inspired Pontus Pilate to put above Jesus' head when He was crucified. Of course, Jesus didn't remain dead. He rose from the dead and ascended into heaven at the right hand of God. In Hebrews 1:8 it is written of Jesus, “But to the Son He says: Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and You rule Your kingdom with a scepter of righteousness.” In Acts 2 Peter says, “34David didn't go up to heaven, but he says: 'The Lord says to my Lord, “Sit at My right 35until I make Your enemies Your footstool.” 36“Then all the people of Israel should know it's true that God made Him Lord and Christ — this Jesus Whom you crucified.” So the Psalm here says, the LORD is King and He is clothed with majesty. Jesus is this LORD. He dresses in power fastening His belt. All power, honor, glory and might belong to our ascended LORD. It is Jesus who preserves the world by His power and might. 2Long ago Your throne was made to stand firm — You are from everlasting. Jesus' throne was made to stand firm before creation. His throne is from everlasting. He humbled Himself to come down from His throne to become man to save humanity from their sins and from death. Now He has brought His humanity with Him to the right hand of the Father and is seated again upon His throne forever. In baptism, our humanity is joined with His and we too, even now, are seated with Him in the heavenly places. (Eph. 2) From this throne Jesus rules with an iron rod and will judge the nations who oppose His reign. 3O LORD, the rivers make a noise; the rivers make their roaring noise; the rivers make a crashing noise 4but more than the noise of vast waters and mightier than the waves of the sea is the might of the LORD above! You should really watch a video on Youtube of a large shipping ship in a storm at sea. These ships are huge but on the ocean they are no more that a toy ship in your bathtub as they are thrown about. Yet this very same LORD walked upon the stormy sea. He commanded the wind and the waves to be still. As mighty as the seas are they are a mere toy to the majesty and power of our LORD Jesus Christ. The stormy seas are often used as a symbol for the politics of the world. Jesus' power and might guide the nations to their conclusion of providing for His Church, the gathering of His people from every language, nation, tribe and people and judging the nations who try to rebel against Him. They do not win. The might of Jesus is above all. 5The truths You wrote are absolutely trustworthy. In Your temple, O LORD, holiness is beautiful forever. The Word of the LORD which He gave to His prophets and apostles are absolutely trustworthy. All of His promises come to pass. We are the temple of the LORD in whom His holiness is beautiful forever. So He is constantly purifying us in this life to make us holy. Heavenly Father, Your power, honor, glory and might is demonstrated and seen in Your Son, Jesus Christ. May we put our trust in Him forever. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Read the full article

#DailyDevotion Who Is Your Shelter, Rock, Mountain Refuge, Fortress, Hope & Confidence?
Tumblr media
#DailyDevotion Who Is Your Shelter, Rock, Mountain Refuge, Fortress, Hope & Confidence? Psalm 71 O LORD, in You I take shelter; don't ever let me be disgraced. 2By Your righteousness rescue me and help me escape. Listen to me and save me. 3Be my Mountain Refuge where I can always go. You gave the order to save me because You are my Rock and my Fortress. 4My God, rescue me from the hands of the wicked, from the hands of those who are unjust and cruel. 5You are my Hope, O Lord GOD, You have been my Confidence from my youth. 6I have depended on You from birth; You took me from my mother's body. I praise You continually. In these verses there are a number of names or descriptions David uses that he tends to use many times in the Psalms: shelter (chasha) Mountain Refuge (tzoor maon) Rock (sela) Fortress (metzudah). Perhaps we may want to include them in our prayers particularly when we feel oppressed or attacked from the outside. They're all very strong words in our minds by which we can grasp the protection of the Almighty in trying times. He wants to flee to the LORD in which he can find shelter. We all need a place we can hide out for a while away from the world. The LORD is that shelter. When we take shelter in Him, we will not be disgraced by it. We note here it is not by David's righteousness he petitions the LORD for rescue to help him escape. It is the LORD's own righteousness he appeals to. Most likely this trouble David is experiencing is when he is older based on the words that follow. Perhaps when his son Absalom rebelled against him. So he looks to the LORD to hear his prayer and to save him, which we know the LORD did. Then the three terms David appeals to he invokes which all have something or rock or mountain themes in their meaning. They invoke images of steadfastness, strength, and protection. Indeed the LORD is all these things to and for us who put our trust in Him. God gives the order and He saves David because of who He is. Many times we may think we are on shifting ground, perhaps even sinking in quicksand about to drown. Look to the LORD during these times. Trust Him because of the sacrifice of His only-begotten Son. He will be the Rock under your feet. He will be for you a Mountain Fortress. In the midst of David's troubles, he becomes for us a type of Christ. Did not Jesus Himself need rescue from the hands of wicked, unjust and cruel people? Jesus trusted in the LORD to be His Confidence (tikvah) and Hope (mibtach). The two words are really intertwined with each other. In the garden, Jesus, knowing what was coming made His Father His Hope and Confidence. On the cross, Jesus commits His spirit to God the Father. We see in this Psalm Jesus trusted in God His Father from birth, from His youth. We should join our LORD Jesus Christ and David in this thinking of our heart, mind and spirit. Even when we are not confident and have no trust in ourselves, we especially should make our heavenly Father our Confidence and Hope. Every day we should cast ourselves upon Him and have Him be our Confidence and Hope when we have nothing of our own. Jesus and David praised the LORD continuously because of the Father's goodness. We should join them in their hymn of praise because He has been and is our Shelter, Mountain Refuge, Rock, Fortress, Hope and Confidence, especially when the chips are down. Have no other source for these things and know the joy of the LORD. O Rock, Fortress, Hope, Confidence, Shelter, Mountain Refuge, the LORD, so move us by Your Holy Spirit that You are all these for us, especially when we are at our weakest points for the sake of Jesus Christ, Your Son, our LORD. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Read the full article

#DailyDevotion Call Upon The LORD To Be Your Help & Deliverance
Tumblr media
#DailyDevotion Call Upon The LORD To Be Your Help & Deliverance Psalm 70 Come quickly, O God, to rescue me, O LORD, to help me. Such is our cry when something is going wrong. Well, if it isn't, this is a good time to start. Why wait for this to get this to get worse? Jesus didn't wait. Jesus being a good Jew prayed this Psalm. It may have been one He prayed in the garden as He awaited to be betrayed by His disciple Judas. God helps those who earnestly call upon Him. How often does God, the LORD, invite us, command us to turn to Him for help but we believe the lie, “God helps those who help themselves,” and we don't pray? Put your trust and hope in God, Your Father, through His Son, Jesus Christ. 2May those who are trying to destroy me be disappointed and ashamed, and those who delight in harming me turn back in disgrace. 3May those who say, “Aha! Aha!” be appalled by their own shame. Indeed, such is the fate of those who without cause harm God's anointed One, Jesus Christ, who also did not repent of it. We can see how they were turned back in shame when the Romans destroyed Jerusalem. They indeed were appalled by their own shame on that day. Yet, in baptism, as we are joined to Christ Jesus, we too are God's anointed. I know it seems like they get away with it when they cause us trouble. It was 40 years between Jesus' crucifixion and the destruction of Jerusalem. The LORD often gives ample time for people to turn from their sin and to turn to Jesus before executing justice for His people. He, and we should, desire people to repent of their sins and turn to Jesus. We want them to join us in our union with Christ Jesus. But if they do not repent, this curse shall be their end. 4But may all who look to You for help find joy and delight in You. May those who love You for saving them always say, “God is great!" This blessing will come upon all who look to the LORD and cry to Him for help. Jesus prayed this prayer in the garden. He is sitting at the right hand of God. When Jesus becomes our help, joy and delight, we are seated with Him in the heavenly places. In Revelation, Jesus tells us if we endure He will place us on His Father's throne. How often has God saved us, not only from our sin but many of the trials and tribulations of our lives? Should we not love Him for that? At the very least, we should recognize the great redemption and salvation He has provided us in Christ from sin and eternal death. That alone is enough for us to love Him and shout, “God is great!” 5I am poor and needy, O God, come to me quickly. You are my Helper and my Deliverer; O LORD, don't delay! Jesus indeed was poor and needy. He did not have a home to call His own to lay His head. He depended on the LORD to provide for Him. He prayed to God to come to Him quickly. The LORD, the Father, was His Helper and Deliverer. The Father raised Jesus from the dead on the third day. It may seem like the Father delayed, but Scripture had to be fulfilled. It may seem at times God is delaying answering our prayers. He is not. In His great wisdom, He knows what needs to come to pass, what other things He must bring about before our prayers can be answered. Of course, sometimes what we pray for is not what is best for us and for others. We must trust He is wiser than us. The prayer is not no, but not what you think is but what God knows is best. We can trust Him to be our Helper and our Deliverer in the day and the time of trouble. We are His dear children through faith in Jesus Christ. If you doubt that any, look to the cross of Christ and know how much He loves you to put His Son through that for your salvation. Merciful God and Father, be for us our Help and Deliverance in the day of trouble. May we in love, delight and joy shout God is great in the great assembly. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. #DailyDevotion Will You Wait For The LORD To Deliver You?
Tumblr media
#DailyDevotion Will You Wait For The LORD To Deliver You? Psalm 54 O God, save me by Your name, and by Your power get me justice. 2Listen to my prayer, O God, and hear what I say. 3Strangers attack me, and tyrants try to kill me — they don't keep God before them. The ascription to this psalm says, “by David when the people of Ziph went and told Saul, 'Isn't David hiding among us?'” The people of Ziph twice told Saul David was hiding in their territory, once in 1 Samuel 23 and then in chapter 26. We do not hear of Ziph again after the second time. The second time Saul came there looking for him. It is at this time David sneaks into Saul's tent and steals Saul's spear and water jug instead of using the spear to kill Saul who was trying to kill him. David left it to the LORD to take care of Saul in the LORD's own time. So it is at this time David prays this psalm. David seeks to be saved by the LORD's name. It is His name that David trusts. The LORD made a promise to David to put him on Saul's throne over Israel and David trusted the LORD to do it. He trusted the LORD to give him justice. While David could strike down Saul who wanted to kill him, he left it to the LORD to give him justice. The strangers here are most likely the Ziphites who apparently were loyal to Saul. The tyrant is obviously Saul. Because they are seeking innocent blood, they don't keep God before them. If they kept God before them, they would not be trying to kill David who had done nothing to take Saul's throne away from him. Saul was jealous because the LORD was with David and helped him to succeed in everything he did. He thought David was like himself and would try to steal the throne away from him. If, indeed, Saul had kept God before him, the LORD wouldn't have promised David the throne after Saul. Are you willing to let the LORD save you by His name? Are you willing to let God give you justice when people cause you trouble? Will you keep God before you or will you seek vengeance? 4But look, God is my Help! The Lord supports me. 5May He pay back evil to my enemies. With Your truth destroy them! God was David's help. He believed Adonai (Lord) supported him. We may have problems praying a curse be upon our enemies as David prays here because Jesus who is Adonai tells us to bless our enemies. We may pray this prayer though because Jesus prays this prayer for us at the right hand of God the Father. We join Jesus in the prayer. When we pray this prayer, God is going to do one of two things. Either He will pay back your enemies and destroy them with His truth or He will destroy your enemies by making them your friends. If they repent of their evil against you and become your friends, have not your enemies been destroyed? Either way, you are leaving vengeance up to God and not exacting it yourself as He has commanded. 6Then I will gladly sacrifice to You and praise Your name, O LORD, because it is good; 7for You have rescued me from every trouble, and my eye can gaze now at my enemies. So when the LORD delivers us, we gladly offer up sacrifices of thanks and praise to the name of the LORD. We should see how the LORD has rescued us from every trouble and not fear when they come against us. In Christ Jesus, we shall look upon our enemies-sin, death and the devil and see them utterly defeated on the day of the LORD Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father, give us faith to trust in you when people are at their worst. Deliver us from their hands so we may give you thanks and praise. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Read the full article

#DailyDevotion Are You Treating The LORD As God?
Tumblr media
#DailyDevotion Are You Treating The LORD As God? Psalm 50 7“Listen, My people, and I will speak; listen, Israel, and I will testify against you: I am God, your God! The LORD having called heaven and earth to be His witnesses, He now addresses the accused, His own people. He calls upon them to listen to Him testify against them. The basis for the charges He brings is this, “I am God, your God.!” As we shall see, the Israelites did not treat God as God. 8I do not criticize you for your sacrifices, for regularly bringing Me your burnt offerings. 9But I need not take a bull from your homes or a male goat from your folds, 10since all the animals in the forest are Mine and the cattle on the hills by the thousand. 11I care for every bird in the hills, and everything stirring in the field is present before Me. 12If I were hungry, I need not tell you because the world is Mine and everything in it. 13Do I eat the meat of bulls or drink the blood of goats? Now the LORD prescribed all these sacrifices in the Torah, the covenant He made with them through His servant Moses. But as we see, these were for the Israelites. God did not need them. Because He had commanded them, He did not criticize them for bringing them. But unlike the pagan gods, the LORD does not need them. Apparently, the Israelites thought He did. But the LORD lays it out before them, everything is His. If we wanted to eat a bull, a goat or a lamb, He'd simply take them. The LORD does not hunger or thirst. These sacrifices were for the consciences of the people. 14Bring God your thanks as a sacrifice, and do for the most high God what you vowed. 15Call Me in time of trouble! When I rescue you, you should honor Me." So there are several things the LORD wants from His people, to treat Him as God. First, the LORD wants thanksgiving as a sacrifice. He wants to be recognized as the One who gives all good things to His people. He is the source of every good. They should be thanking Him and not these foreign gods, if the people are grateful at all. This is the most important thing. Secondly, He wants them to keep the vow they made at Sinai. He wants them to obey Him by keeping the statutes, laws, regulations and commandments He gave them. It is a sign of love and trust when they do so from the heart. Remember, the LORD told them to circumcise their hearts. Just as the sacrifices mean nothing to Him when they are done without a sincere heart, so too obedience done only out of fear and not love and trust means nothing to Him. The third way the LORD wanted to be treated as God is for His people to call upon Him in times of trouble. It amazes me to hear people say, “I wouldn't want to ask God for X, certainly He is involved with more important things,” or “Certainly God is too busy to deal with this.” As if the LORD the Creator and Sustainer of all creation doesn't have the ability to answer your prayers. Even worse, You think He doesn't want to be bothered by your concerns. If you believe God is your Father and He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to be the atoning sacrifice for your sins, how can you not believe He cares for you, about everything going on in your life. Treat the LORD as God and call upon Him in times of trouble. Fourthly, He is treated as God when we honor Him when He rescues us, which goes back to the first thing of offering thanksgiving as a sacrifice. When we are delivered from trials and tribulations, we should recognize it is the LORD who has delivered us. We need to acknowledge it by giving praise to Him and no one else for our deliverance when it occurs. Heavenly Father, give us Your Spirit, that we may recognize You as our God, give thanks and praise to You, call upon You in times of trouble, obey you out of love, and honor with our hearts and lips as the One who has saved us from every trouble. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Read the full article

#DailyDevotion The Church, Christ's Bride Is Glorious
Tumblr media
#DailyDevotion The Church, Christ's Bride Is Glorious Psalm 45 9Among Your noble women are kings' daughters; The queen in gold from Ophir will take her place at Your right hand. As Jesus is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty, so too His bride, the Church take her place at Jesus' right hand. Jesus in Revelation 4 speaks to us, “21“Be victorious, and I will have you sit with Me on My throne, as I have won the victory and have sat down with My Father on His throne.” We are meant to rule with Christ over creation. 10Listen, daughter, look, and turn your ear to me: Forget your people and your father's home. 11The King longs for your beauty — He's your Lord — bow down to Him. So here, we as the Church and members of it are called to renounce this world and its age. We are not to cling to it, nor should we cling to anything or anyone in it. Jesus in the Gospels told us to hate father, mother, son, and daughter. He calls us even to hate our own life. When we do this we will find a much greater possession, Jesus Christ and His life. Jesus also promises more of all these things in the world to come where He reigns. Jesus Christ, the King, our LORD, He longs for us. So much so that He suffers all, even death, to win us over to Himself. He pours out His blood to make atonement for our sins so we may be cleansed by it and be acceptable to be in His and the Father's sight. Since He is our LORD, we should bow down before Him. Let us indeed bow ourselves down before Him so He may exalt us at the proper time. 12The people of Tyre, the richest of the people, want to win your favor with a gift. At the resurrection, the Church is no longer despised nor are her children. The wealth of the nations comes to us. We shall have the glory that Christ Jesus bestows upon us. 13In her rooms the King's daughter is altogether wonderful; her dress is interwoven with gold. The righteousness of Christ covers us. He has removed our guilt and shame. We now are renewed in His light. As such we are altogether wonderful. The Church is more glorious than any model in Vogue. We are more wonderful than any queen at any coronation. 14In her many-colored robes she is led to the King; the virgins, her friends, following her, are brought to You. 15With joy and delight they are brought in and come into the King's palace. 16Your sons will take the place Your ancestors had, and You will make them rulers all over the earth. 17I will cause Your name to be remembered by all the people of the coming ages; and that is why the nations will praise You forever and ever. So we, the Church, are led to our LORD Jesus Christ. Individually we are the virgins, friends and sons. We are made rulers all over the earth. In verse 17, we hearken back to our LORD Jesus Christ. We, His Church, cause His name to be remembered by all the people now and in the coming ages. We cause the nations to praise Jesus Christ, God's Son, forever and ever. Heavenly Father, eye has not seen nor ear has heard what you have planned for us in the age to come but by Your prophets You have given us clues comparing it to things of this world. Give us faith to believe this and increase our faith in Jesus Christ, Your Son our LORD so we may see and hear it ourselves on the day of His revelation. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.   Read the full article

#DailyDevotion The LORD Lives! Praise Be To Our Rock!
Tumblr media
#DailyDevotion The LORD Lives! Praise Be To Our Rock! Psalm 18 46The LORD lives! Praise be to my Rock! Let high honor come to God Who saves me, 47the God Who takes vengeance for me and subdues people under me. 48He rescues me from my enemies; You lift me above those who attack me; You rescue me from the men of violence. 49For that I will thank You, O LORD, among the nations, and sing to praise Your name. 50He gives His king great victories; He loves His anointed, David and his descendants, forever. A conclusion of praise for the LORD from David who has seen what the LORD has done for him against Saul, who was trying to kill him and the Philistines, the enemies of Israel. The LORD lives! That is quite a proclamation. He isn't some dead rock, wood carving or picture that man has made according to his own imagination. He is the Living God. He exists whether we worship Him or not. His very name comes from chaya HYH which means alive, being, existence. It's like the 70's hymn by Bill Gaither, “Because he lives...” If the LORD is living and He is on our side, we can face anything and know it will work out for our best according to Romans 8. Praise be to my Rock! God is our high place in times of trouble. He is our foundation from whom we cannot be moved. Paul reminds us in his letters Jesus is the Rock who provides for us in every need. The word for Rock here in the Hebrew is like a tall cliff with a flat top. It protects us but is also livable on the top. David says that the God who saves him should get high honors because He takes vengeance for him and subdues people under him. Such was the case for Saul and then the Philistines. Yet this also speaks for Jesus as it is written in Psalm 110, “Sit at My right until I make Your enemies Your footstool.” So Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father until such time as all his enemies are subdued and made his footstool. As we are joined with Christ in baptism, so this too applies to us. David was rescued from those who attacked him, who wanted to do violence to him. Jesus was resurrected from the dead and was saved from those who wanted him dead. The devil and all his hosts want us dead as well. They may seem to have the upper hand on us as we enter the grave but our spirits are secure in Christ. We will have our victory over them as we too are risen from the dead to eternal life to reign and rule with Christ Jesus. We, with the LORD, get the last laugh. Every one of us who comes to faith in Jesus is a victory the Father gives to Jesus. He overcomes men's hearts of stone and gives them a heart of flesh. We were dead, spiritually belonged to the domain of darkness but Jesus has transferred us to the kingdom of his light. Our translation says the LORD loves David and his descendants forever. But descendants is seed here, which theologically speaking is better speaking of seed in the singular which it is in the Hebrew. Obviously, most of David's descendants who took the throne the LORD was not pleased with. Rather it is the seed (sing.) of David whom the LORD loves and that seed is Jesus who is the promised seed who would rule forever. Now through faith in Christ, as Hebrews 2:13 tells us we are Jesus' children, which makes us his descendants. So the LORD' s love for us is eternal in Christ Jesus. Heavenly Father, may we through faith in Christ Jesus be victorious over all our enemies and may your love for Christ rest upon us also. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Read the full article
