Reading that post about Eclipse confuses me because my mindset about him hasn’t changed even with the tragic backstory (mainly because we were shown his bad actions first). Yes, it was sad that Moon left him in Sun’s head, but it does NOT excuse what he’s done after that. And I know he also said, “So why do I still care?” when he had slapped Lunar (which almost made me want to root for him to change), but he shoved that feeling down and continued on his dark path.
Honestly I never thought Eclipse was that big a threat.
Maybe it's the nature of a VR RP show, but all Eclipse did was monologue about how much Sun and Moon suck and he wants them to suffer.
The only real crimes he actually did was, idk, abuse his two creations and cause everyone in the Pizzaplex to think Sun and Moon were bad guys.
Other then that, his real crime is monologuing for too long and everyone panicking about what he possibly COULD do, rather then what he actually did.
Eclipse is kind of the reason that the Killcode thing became a problem and that Moon had to wipe his memories. But that was more of an unintended byproduct of anything. As we find out, Eclipse got big sad when Moon didn't know who he was.
Eclipse is also the reason July 16th massacre happened, but again, that was more of an unintended byproduct of him building BloodMoon just for the sake of having company and someone as "evil" as him.
To me, Eclipse read more as "Team Rocket" evil, rather then Marvel evil, like they were trying to go for.
Everything that is true evil he does, is always on accident.
And everything that is evil with intent, isn't that bad in the grand scheme of things. Not that I'm justifying his abuse to Lunar, but realistically, that's about all he did. (Well, and the maternity chip with Roxanne...which in retrospect, is kinda a subplot that went nowhere. But I don't like how they write Roxanne in the SBshow verse anyway)
Maybe I am way older then the target demographic for this silly YouTube show,
But I never understood Eclipse as a threat in his own show. In a narrative sense, and how other characters perceived him.
He was just a Cheeto who liked listening to himself talk at the end of the day, that everyone perceived as a threat cus he liked to burn ants for fun.

I know I’m getting overly obsessed with a character when I pull out the physical paper and pencil.
So far during the rewatch of TSAMS, I’ve been typing all my notes in Discord. Tonight, though, something was urging me to physically write stuff down. Anything not related to Eclipse was still typed, but Eclipse has officially gotten a spot in our notebook for character analysis.
Like, fun fact, Killcode called Eclipse his child before he did Bloodmoon. Completely unprompted as well. He only called Bloodmoon his child as a bribe to get them on his side. Even threatened Bloodmoon if they ever decided to attack his “son”. Eclipse was obviously Killcode’s favorite before something happened to change it to Bloodmoon. Especially since Killcode didn’t see Bloodmoon as his actual child when they first teamed up. They were just a means to getting Eclipse.
There’s also a moment in a previous episode where Eclipse is acting as Sun to get Moon angry, and says something along the lines of “you’re just like Eclipse”. While it was definitely a poke at Moon, I wonder how much Eclipse actually believes that statement. Moon/Killcode says the line, “I’m a useless hunk of garbage scrapped virus that you had to pry out of your head, in order to ‘not feel so much pain’.” The statement was directed at who he thought was Sun at the time, but sounds an awful lot like how Eclipse felt about Moon. With how Eclipse has canonically been shown to have guilt over his actions, I feel Eclipse internalizes that statement. He subconsciously views himself as useless and a nuisance. Due to that, he acts like he does so he can’t be disappointed if when people don’t like him. He knows it’s wrong, which explains the guilt, but he only sees himself as a bad guy. So why try to be anything different?
Eclipse is constantly being rotated in my brain under a microscope. I need to understand him.

Well, there IS a Swap AU that was shown in the show, but it was only one time.
If im not wrong, Sun swaps with Lunar while Moon swaps with Eclipse in that universe right? (I freaking love seeing other peoples intrepretation of this AU, especially on Spaces design, also possible Killcode swapping with Bloodmoon??)
But my dream was Sun swapping with Eclipse, so basically jerk Sun and nervous Eclipse, nervous Eclipse was not something i expected and made me spiral into the possibilities when i wake up.

Question, is Bean Bloodmoon even allowed near the kids inside the daycare?
So far it seems:
Bean Lunar is adorable...
Bean Eclipse is a menace...
Bean Bloodmoon is a whopping Holy #@$&
You know you pose a good question. Something tells me he's probably not allowed in the daycare when its OPEN. Just a safety precaution, more or less. Sun would like it if he wasn't at all but also I wanna take these two. and Make them unlikely friends. But later maybe. Please do NOT have Eclipse and Bloodmoon at the same time in the daycare while its open. It's not good for anyone. Killcode learns the hard way.

Platonic yandere Eclipse? Or self-destructive pushing everyone away despite craving their love Eclipse?
I imagine this is in reference to my tags about how I'd portray a still evil Eclipse as having toxic attachments. Both? Neither? Like okay in the show og Eclipse's whole thing was being obsessed with getting back at Moon And having his attention. Moon is living rent free in his head. Now I am going to. Extend that to the other celestials. At Eclipse's core I do think all of them start off with that problem of wanting attention/affection (even if he doesn't realize that's what it is) but sabotage themselves by lashing out. Lunar was supposed to be his own other half a bond like Sun and Moon's since Eclipse couldn't fit into that, but obviously he fucked it up and threw it away after Lunar's betrayal (and the fact it is his own fault is something he refuses to acknowledge in this scenario where he doesn't improve). And while an Eclipse who wins may get rid of Lunar without a thought and become a Lord Eclipse, an Eclipse who loses is going to dwell on that relationship. Especially if he keeps losing, Bloodmoon treating him like a toy, being stuck under Killcode's thumb, Sun of all people wanting to kill him. What I think of when I say a still evil Eclipse would have a toxic attachment to Lunar is he's not going to go and kill him, he's going to look back on the "best" relationship he's ever had and try to sink his claws in again. Stressing on a code connection he'd otherwise be embarrassed of as proof he's entitled to a sibling relationship, putting rose tinted glasses on their time together, convincing himself that Lunar is one of the only ones who doesn't want him dead. It's not the same as Eclipse genuinely being regretful and missing Lunar, and it's definitely not healthy. In practice this just means Eclipse has added "took my brother away from me" as a reason to harass Sun and Moon, and tries to welcome (or force) Lunar back into his claws with no promise of being actually better. He doesn't succeed, and if Lunar is aggressive enough in (understandably) shooting down Eclipse's attempts he'll go right back to acting like he wants nothing to do with any of them. But. Yeah. Piece of shit Eclipses being unhealthily attached to celestials outside of Moon.

This video just gave me an idea for a somewhat cursed au.
youtube
I call it Seahorse dad au. It's an au where Eclipse is a trans man who never had bottom surgery. He accidentally got pregnant with Killcode's babies. He decided to keep the babies and would become the seahorse dad to fraternal twins, he would name the older twin, Hunter(old Bloodmoon) and the younger twin, Scythe(new Bloodmoon). Killcode wanted nothing to do with either Eclipse or their sons, so Eclipse is left being a single parent, but he luckily has the support of his siblings, Sun, Moon, Lunar(who is a trans woman in this au), and Earth.
(I got this idea when I read a comment saying that Killcode is canoniclly Bloodmoon's father, I then said "Wait, if Killcode is Bloodmoon's father and Eclipse made Bloodmoon, wouldn't that make Eclipse Bloodmoon's mother?" And that's how this cursed au came to be.)

Soooo wanna hear about another AU I have brewing? God this is now the third one I have created now for TSAMS, which is a lot even for me. But still I am really fond of this one. It's one of those cute stories full of FLUFF... But also ANGST 😈
This AU focuses on Ruin and Eclipse and the Steampunk-Themed Bar that they open together.
Behold the Home Sweet Bar AU! 🍻
The first thing I guess I need to explain is that this is technically in the same universe as Reaper King AU 💀 as in literally the same world and the stories overlap A LOT but they focus on different character groups but it was to such a degree that it only felt right to give the two sections their own titles.
The starting information for this idea is below, but TW: There's some darker topics touched on...
-In a bit of an edit to the story of Reaper King AU, yes, it was Ruin who brought KC back using the Killcode that was present in Solars Moon... However... This was not done maliciously... It was done by the desperately lonely Ruin trying to create a threat that only HE could defeat. His plan being that he would defeat the Reaper and finally earn a place with the Celestial Family.
-Sadly this didn't happen. In fact when Moon discovered what Ruin had been up too, he ran him out of the Pizzaplex himself. After sending both Reaper Killcode and Bloodmoon through the portal hopefully never to be seen again. (Yeah they are back after 8 days, even though to them it's 8 years...)
-During this same time Eclipse returned do to unknown reasons...
-After some further events, Earth encounters the devastated Ruin sobbing in a back alley and feels incredible pity for him and she makes a VERY risky move.
-Earth had noticed that Eclipse, while being bound to return to the back of the Fazcade every night... Before that, during the time after he finishes looking for his creator, he goes to this one bar and gets absolutely wasted every night. So he's always hungover the next day...
-Eclipse is taking the long hike up Substance Abuse Mountain
-She brings Ruin there one night when Eclipse is about halfway to drunk... And Ruin is obviously terrified due to Eclipse's accusations and threats against him. But Earth points out Eclipse never actually hurt him... And... Eclipse is alone and hated. Just like Ruin. Maybe, now that his motor skills are a bit impaired, Ruin could try talking to him. After all it's not like Eclipse could possibly hate him any more.
-Swallowing nervously Ruin wrings his hands before cautiously approaching Eclipse... Sitting next to him at the bar, while Eclipse looks up from his drink to glare at him. Or in his general direction due to his buzz...
-Sadly Earth gets a text from Lunar and she has to leave... She isn't comfortable with just leaving Ruin with Eclipse, but she has no choice now.
-Due to the fact that she's with Lunar a lot and with how Moon is still raging about Ruin, Earth has no ability to stop by where Eclipse is usually resting. But she does return to the bar Eclipse drinks at... Only to find the whole place boarded up and under massive renovations. Sooo... Something clearly went down.
-She feels overwhelmingly guilty, fearing something happened to Ruin. Even though she's aware that Eclipse is physically unable to hurt him... She thinks... Earth never got the complete details.
-But something odd occurs when Earth gets an invitation to the opening of a new bar... In the same location as the one she saw that had closed. Apparently it's under new management.
-She goes there with Monty... Only to see the bar completely redone in a Steampunk theme, now rebranded as Infernal Machine. Inside the now completely packed bar they find friendly staff, tons of steampunk creations, Frank as an actual server with a uniform...
-And Ruin happily interacting with guests.
-He greets Monty and Earth. Getting them a table and introducing himself as one of the two owners of this place. Much to Earth's shock, though she is happy for him... Although Monty's proverbial hackles raise as he glances towards the bar... Where Eclipse is bossing around the bartenders while also acting as the head bartender himself.
-Ruin explains, a bit nervously, that he and Eclipse had a erm... Productive? Conversation. That even transferred over when he sobered up. And the two have gone into business together. With Eclipse not trusting Ruin, but confronted with his reality of what was at the Pizzaplex and seeing a better option, even if it's an option he equally HATES... Being away from Sun and Moon while still working on his search for his creator is something he could tolerate.
-And having the 'Stupid Bar' as a hobby would keep his mind from completely tearing itself to pieces... Along with the fact that Ruin had seemingly removed the chip from his head... And did so without Eclipse blowing up.
Monty: Was that... Wise?
Ruin: (Getting nervous) Probably not honestly. But it was a good faith gesture on my part...
-Earth and Monty share a worried glance at that...
-But Ruin changes the subject and presents Earth with a letter from Eclipse to give to Sun and Moon explaining the new situation... Although he advises her not to read it... Eclipse wrote it and it's full of profanity and a lady shouldn't have to read that.
-Thus this is the official beginning of the Home Sweet Bar AU! 🍻
-Important Things to Note: Eclipse is very much still a complete and total ASSHAT... that being said he's not the worst boss though. He's tough but can be fair, provided people do their jobs right.
-Ruin is a total sweetheart. He is definitely the more personable one and is the individual that the employees talk to if they are having a problem. He's kind and happy... Even if there is a certain amount of desperation to his happiness... But he makes sure the guests have a good time.
-Both Eclipse and Ruin actually live in the basement/bunker below the building of the bar which is two stories tall and every inch is themed perfectly
-Eclipse is currently expanding the basement into a massive underground base...That Ruin is decorating... much to Eclipse's annoyance. But Ruin is also doing all the cleaning and tending things that spares Eclipse from having to do any of it, so he's tolerating it.
-For Ruin... The guy is trying SO hard. Not only to prove to Eclipse that he genuinely doesn't know how he came back, but also that the arrangement they currently have can truly be beneficial to them both.
-Its not hard to see that Eclipse is mentally a wreck and having difficulty with his sense of self... He ISN'T the real Eclipse. He's just a copy with his memories. Hated for things beyond his control. He also feels the guilt of his predecessor and still has to suffer for actions he himself never did.
...just like Ruin...
-Now Ruin owns that he messed up with the Reaper Killcode situation that finally got him kicked out. But... He has been lonely prior to that. Looked at with distrust from the moment he woke up in a strange new universe. He's been just so alone... And he is DESPERATE for company.
...as much as Eclipse is an asshole... At least Ruin knows exactly where he stands with him...
-Ruin hopes that eventually this situation can become more positive overtime... As Earth stated, in spite of Eclipse threatening and scaring him, he never actually hurt Ruin. Even if he intended too... so... As far as Ruin is concerned, there's a chance things might work out.
-He hopes...
-Nobody worry, things actually DO go well for them. There ain't no abuse, its about to get fluffy in here...

Uh- this is for @snowe-zolynn-rogers helped me make an Eclipse angst prompt so-
Ye
HERE WE GO-
“You’re in charge while I’m gone.”
Warnings: near death, angst, human Eclipse, blood, child abuse, framing, abandonment.
———————————————————
Eclipse was tired, Bloodmoon could watch themselves for a bit.
He told his brother he would be taking a nap, and to wake him up before KC got back, he went to his room to get some well-deserved rest.
Bloodmoon giggled and went to their room, “Brother, let us play a prank!” He spoke, “hehe, yes, yes, it will be so much fun!”
The two brothers plotted for a while, then came up with a plan, they would frame Eclipse. Bloodmoon reached to the back of their head and turned off their pain receptors and just began absolutely tearing themself apart, going so far as to tearing one of their eyes out. Once they thought they were mangled enough, they hid under their bed and turned their pain receptors back on, and it /hurt/.
They waited for KC to come back.
They heard the door open and they immediately began to cry, footsteps were immediately heard running to their location. KC opened the door. “My children? What happened?” He asked, kneeling down. They ran to KC and hugged him, sobbing, “E-Eclipse hurt us! We didn’t even do anything!” He lied, KC growled as his eyes glowed a brighter red, then he picked Bloodmoon up and went to go give his other child a visit.
Eclipse was startled awake by being thrown into a wall, the force of it creating a dent in said wall.
He fell into a sitting position on the ground and looked up, alert.
KC was there.
And he was livid.
“You dare hurt my sons?!” Killcode asked, glaring at the frightened Eclipse. Eclipse was confused, he didn’t do anything!
He looked over at the twins who were mangled, but seemed to be smirking.
Those little bastards-!
He yelped as KC roughly grabbed his wrist and squeezed it tight, forcing him to stand up. He then felt a sharp pain on the side of his face as he fell back down.
He was then promptly kicked in the stomach and into the wall again, he scurried into the corner and curled up, he was still so tired, he was so weak, couldn’t fight back.
KC then grabbed his wrist again as tears dwelled in Eclipse’s orange eyes, he attempted to pull away but KC raised his hand and Eclipse flinched, KC then put his hand down and dragged his youngest eldest to the front door of the lab.
“You do not deserve a family, ungrateful brat!” He shouted, Eclipse just looked at the floor.
“Look at me when I talk to you.”
He didn’t, he didn’t want to-
“Eclipse.”
He didn’t want to, he didn’t want to-!
“ECLIPSE!”
Suddenly, his head was forced up by a harsh tug on his hair and he squeaked, being forced to look directly at KC.
He began to cry, this was too much, it hurt everywhere.
“Stupid child…” KC muttered, opening the lab door and straight up throwing Eclipse out, into the freezing cold rain with nothing but his worn orange hoodie and sweatpants.
It took a moment for Eclipse to process what had just happened, but he panicked and got up quickly, “no- no! Dad! Dad please!” He shouted, struggling to get up from all his wounds.
“I am not your dad anymore, do not refer to me as such, brat.” KC growled, before slamming the door right in Eclipse’s face.
Eclipse began to hysterically cry and slam his hands on the door, it was dark outside! The forest was terrifying! He wanted to go back, he didn’t want to be alone!
He was drenched and shivering, “Dad!” He cried out, “please, I’m sorry! I’m sorry- I’ll do anything you ask, please just let me back inside!”
There was no response, he sniffled and curled up by the door, he didn’t even have any of his comfort objects…
He curled up by the door, his ribs beginning to bruise from where KC kicked him and his face also beginning to bruise because KC had punched him. His back hurt, his face hurt, his ribs hurt, his legs hurt from having to be on his feet all the time.
KC had taken his childhood away.
And now his family too.
Sun and Moon definitely wouldn’t want him, they’d be disgusted.
He was cold, so cold, his feet were going numb, he couldn’t feel his fingers.
…maybe he deserved this.
But he didn’t want to die
Not all alone
Not like this
There were so many simple things he’d never experienced. He’d never enjoyed a nice cup of coffee, he’d never get to genuinely laugh and feel happy, he’d never get to fall in love, he’s never even had a hug before.
…a hug sounds really nice right now.
Even as he was freezing, the rain soaking his clothes, he wrapped his arms around himself in a sad mimic of a hug.
He sobbed and held himself together, he was hanging in by a thread.
Maybe death wouldn’t be so bad…
Maybe he could finally rest….
He let out a shaky breath and closed his eyes, letting himself fall unconscious.
Warmth…
Why did it feel so warm all of a sudden…?
Someone was shouting…
He slightly opened his eyes.
…Green…purple…yellow?
Then darkness again.

Lil rant
Why do so many people make suns issues seem like nothing? I see much people constantly saying: "sun just has [insert issues]". No. Sun has alot more than that. His life was made a living hell because of who? Moon. Sun had to see the murders, clean them up, feel pain with every moons move when he took control, fight for control and god knows what more. That has been going on for what? More than 9-10 years (Sun confirmed from a year long episode that hes tehnically 9 years old). Don't get me wrong, moon has trauma from it too, having to deal with a killcode, being trapped in the mindscape without his body ect. Though, people are still dismissing suns trauma from this. Sun was TERRIFIED. He kept begging moon, but it didn't help. Some people think that its alright because sun still had confidence and was happy after they seperated and that ISNT correct. This piece of trauma gave sun a big affect on him. Such as being afraid of the dark. It may not seem too bad, but just imagine what was going on in suns mind when it was dark. It doesn't matter how much of a "stupid" fear is that, it still has a reasoning on why its there. After seperation, he also got abused by moon. Moon would always threaten him when sun made a joke. Especially with the whacking stick. The whacking stick was seen as a joke and it wasnt serious in many eyes, though just imagine being in suns shoes. You're making jokes like siblings do and oh! Guess what. You get threatened and hit for it. See what im trying to say here? Moon also used to put sun down alot. That may be normal in a sibling relationship, I have to admit that. Yet, sun eventually started believing those words because of others who would do the same. And when moon was doing the same, sun started believing in that. Sun probably also started being convinced by it since everytime he tried to help, he couldnt. This obviously led to this sort of mindstate. Whenever sun was talking about his issues, moon would ignore them and replace it with his own (Episode example:sun and moon BREAK UP in VRCHAT or whatever the name was). Sun always had to take care of moon and moons issues too. sun felt like he was useless so what other better was to cope than to help others so you feel useful. This is extremely unhealthy. Sun forgot to help himself. Plus, people always push suns feelings to the side. For an example, monty said that sun would get over it and that it was just a phase. Moon was too scared to go talk to sun! And guess what. Sun went out to kill eclipse! He also gaslighted and manipulated sun into doing what HE wants. For an example, you know when sun was in that one state of mind when he went to kill eclipse? Instead of trying to help sun with feelings and stuff, HE LOCKED SUN INTO A BUNKER WHERE THE ARGURMENT HAPPEND, and put a magic box giving sun barely room to stand. Because he wanted sun to be like hes "supposed to be", the voice of reason. See whats wrong with this? He also would pressure sun into telling him things sun didn't wanna talk about. Example, july 16th. In the argurment, he started pressuring sun into telling him what happend until sun actually did. Another example, when sun killed bloodmoon, he also started pressuring sun into telling him what actually happend, though, sun didn't do so that time. This aint a way to deal with thse kind of situations. If someone doesn't wanna talk about something, we shouldn't force them. Yet people are still so confused on why sun doesn't open up! I wonder why! Do we need a damn detective for that. I see people saying that its because earth and moon are basically strangers, althought it really isnt. Sunny thinks everything is his fault. He thinks eclipse existing is his fault, even if sun wasnt the one who put a goddamn left behind code. Its moons fault. Sure, he didnt know that would happen, even so what did he think was going to happen. "Omg it'll be such a good idea if I put a left behind code that i dont even know what it is!!" Like please. Who knows what that leech- I MEAN. Eclipse said to him.
Its no big suprise sunny turned out this way

SAMS fan theory/rant: Is Moon a good brother?
Note: This will be a long rant, but I just want to get something off my chest.
so, is Moon a good brother? More or less, a good brother to SUN? I started coming up with this theory when I read a fan theory of how Sun could possibly die. And some of the reasons were focused around Moon and his relationship with Sun. So, I’m going to deep dive today into the reasons why his is good or bad.
Information 1: Wiki. Im going to start with the Sun and moon show wiki, and see what I picked up from there. I will just be putting examples of how he acts towards Sun. ‘Though he is closed off and puts on an act of indifference towards Sun.’ ‘He can still be mean and insulting, though he seams to try and do this in a playful way. However, he has issues with misplaced anger, often taking it out on Sun.’ ‘His relationship with Sun is not a healthy one despite both parties caring for each other.’ ‘He is also very trusting of sun, despite his gut telling him something is off.’ Those are just a few examples from the wiki. However, something stood out to me. Almost every paragraph I read, it said: ‘Sun comforted his brother’ but I hardly read any ‘Moon comforted his brother.’ You can tell from that, that’s a step down.
Information 2: Personality and impressions. This paragraph will focus on their relationship that we see on the show. When they first met, Moon threatened to kill Sun and make is life torture, just from sharing a body. When they split up, Moon decided that instead of destroying his kill-code he would put it in SUN. That caused the whole Eclipse problem. Soon, they started the show. Something I notice though, is that Sun was a LOT more outspoken, and always told Moon what he was doing. Moon, however, didn’t care. Whenever Sun accidentally said something wrong, Moon would LASH OUT at him. Skip forward a bit, they’re trapped in the bunker. Moon starts blaming Sun for things that Eclipse did, and even PUNCHED his brother. That caused a bit of FEAR in Sun. He left, and hadn’t been the same since. He shied away from his brother, not quite as outspoken as before. Skip forward a bit more. Sun killed Bloodmoon with the barrel. Instead of telling Moon when he asked, he lied, afraid of moons reaction. When moon found out, instead of talking with Sun about it, he locked him in the cellar Sun was scared of. Time travel to after Moon got his memories erased. Sun was having trouble coping. Moon was a lot nicer, and the only thing bad really, was that Moon teased him about his long gone crush on Roxanne. Then, Eclipse. Sun learned star power behind his brothers back, scared to lose him. He even lied to moons face. When moon found out, Sun was In tears from moon yelling at him. Earth even had to step in to help them talk. Fast forward to Eclipse’s ‘death.’ Sun had totally beaten himself up from Eclipse. Yes, moon did care, but Sun was still injured because of Moons mistake. The next few days we’re about moon forcing sun to go to different dimensions. Sun almost died MANY times. Fast forward, eclipse is back. Sun is freaking out, however, he tries to calm his brother. However, like before, Moon just shoved Sun away, yelling at him. The next few episodes, moon teases sun about Roxanne, calls him an idiot, and is just kinda rude. Moon knows this, and though he lost killcode and should be mean anymore, his old anger and hatred is coming back.
Information 3: other siblings and the future
this one will probably be my final paragraph. I really quickly just want to compare these two to Earth and Lunar. When they first met, Earth only have heard of Lunar, she was always sweet. They never hid information from each other, only when it was going to hurt them. When moon first woke up from the reboot, he instantly yelled at Sun. And when earth talked to castor for the first time, she didn’t hide it from lunar, instantly confronting him about it. Sun, however, didn’t tell moon of eclipse, scared of moon response. As for future predictions? Suns death has been teased MANY times. However, many people think someone will kill him. Well, I think that Sun will die, but at the hands of himself. He cares for his siblings, even thought he blames himself. He has mentioned this at his therapy session, though it’s not obvious, that he knows moon talks badly behind his back. I think the only reason he alive right now, is that he wants to fix the problem HE got blamed for, when it wasn’t his fault. And when it does, when he dies, maybe then Moon will finally see what he did.
So, in conclusion, is Moon a good brother? That’s what I want you to answer. I will put a poll with this, however if you have your own thoughts, reblog this and write it or put it in the comments. Thanks for listening to my ramble. 💕

Oh no, silly brain rot
@o-i-w-u come get some gore
Au where the tsams characters all work at a school- but ya know me, murder murder murder- so uhm- everyone has a small twinge of evil- or a lot
And all the kids are orphans to explain why no one notices kids missing
Ack- murder school
Uuuhm- gore mention besties
Tw: gore, murder, death, children death, esting flesh, EVERYONE IS MURDERERS
Sun does art classes :D he really enjoys painting the most, and red just happens to be his favorite color! And who else but those misbehaving students to provide him with that red paint his loves so much? Whats a little loss of a misbehaving student for the cost of art after all? Besides, hes been teaching these kids for 3 months now! If their art hasnt improved yet, what use are they to him but paint providers?
Moon! Going with that basic bitch science teacher for him. He enjoys science and loves it even! It's such a nice pass time for him, something he can relax while doing! Thats why its so annoying when one of the students have to mess up his relaxation time! How could a student be so stupid to mix ammonia and bleach!? Some students just have to learn by being the victim of their own failed experiments... even if it results in a little death sometimes.
Killcode is a gym teacher. After all, who but the fast predator to be one? Kill code is well aware that he scares the students, and he thrives on that terror. He loves to give students difficult tasks. What does he care that you're getting ropeburn from climbing that 20 foot(about 6 meters, i think-) rope? If you fall, then you best get up and run and keep running til someone else falls, or you're going to find yourself torn to pieces to feed his family and other students.
Earth does both cooking and gardening! She loves planting things! Especially things like Castor Beans, Winter Daphne, and Dendrocnide moroides! She has a love for plants that are dangerous and well... dont be surprised if a Castor Bean seed ends up in your food if you happen to be rude to one of her favorite students. Earth may not like killing, but she does like knowing punishments have been given, even if it results in death. She pften cooks the meat of dead students so it doesn't go to waste. It is a shame to waste such good meat after all... and meat is good plant fertilizer.
Lunar does zoology! He brings animals into the school and lets the students meet them! Who cares if last weeks wolf killed a kid? Not Lunar, he's metal. The wolf couldn't hurt him! The raccoon had rabies, and it bit you? Well, the only way to tell with animals is cutting their head off and sending it to the lab, so say by to your head and off to Moon's lab it goes! And if he so happens to take you outside and into the woods within the schools the 3 miles of fencing? He's just there to feed the animals he keeps, and you happen to be the meal.
Bloodmoon does anatomy! If a body comes in whole, they'd use it to carve ooen and show their class, maybe eat an organ or two. When there's not one? Well... no one is gonna miss that short kid in the back, right? It would be fun to cut open a live one and let their students see a heart pumping, lungs drawing their last breaths.
BM1(Bloody) he especially loves the gore, he personally loves the live students to work on, finding the dead ones boring since they don't squirm and scream. He prides himself in making the students both terrified but intrigued
BM2(Harvest) prefers working on the dead bodies. The struggle of the live ones annoys him, too squirmy, too wriggly. Tho he does hate the cold feeling of the dead bodies, so sometimes he just kills a student the moment they walk in class to have a warm cadaver to work on.
SolarFlare teaches both math and reading. Personally, he doesn't like killing that much... but someone getting answers wrong irks him. He's worked so hard with these students for months, and that can't spell something simple that 'Knowledge' correctly? Or what 2544 ÷ 48 is? It's 53! They aren't worth his time, and he doesn't feel that another teacher should waste their time either. So he kills them, his go-to method being to break their necks so its quick and not too messy.
Solar is the janitor and technician. He's just... tired. There is too much cleaning to do, too many dead kids, and most of all... ugh, Eclipse is annoying. But he doesn't break his role of janitor, knowing that he really has nothing outside this school anyways, so whose gonna judge him for snapped and punching a student who annoys him? No one. At least he's not killing... or if he is, no one noticed... It's amazing what hydrogen peroxide can clean out of clothes after all.
Eclipse is the principal. He doesn't mind all the killing, but he prefers not to get his hands dirty. It's enertaining to watch students come complaining to him, though. He will kill, tho. A student breaming too many rules, making too many messes, out with no hall pass... those who break rules have no place in his eyes. So a quick death should do fine. But if there's one he just particularly hates... He's happy to take his time to peel off someone's skin

I think today’s LAES episode really highlights how little Earth—and, to a lesser extent, New Moon—actually do know about Old Moon. Which makes sense, but is also really, really sad.
(possibly controversial rant/analysis below)
I don’t agree with Earth’s assertion that Sun should talk with Old Moon, especially after hearing what New Moon said about what Old Moon might face as a consequence of that conversation… but a lot of that comes down to the fact that we, as the audience, know exactly how much trauma and outright mental torture Old Moon would be facing if he were more consciously aware day to day what was going on. Being bodiless again, with no autonomy? That was at least half, if not more, of why the first October takeover was so terrifying. That entire experience before he and Sun separated goes a long way to explaining why he acted the way he did, in addition to the fact that he had a killcode impairing his rationality.
It doesn’t excuse the trauma he caused Sun, no, nor does it excuse a lot of his more questionable actions after separating… but I don’t think it is right to force whatever still exists of Old Moon into a situation that has a high possibility of lighting that trauma right back up again—both for his own sake, and because of the consequences it might have on New Moon. Like, possibly, reigniting some remnant of a killcode and making him go insane. The same way Old Moon was starting to before KC asserted himself as his own individual AI.
And on the note of KC… That entire bit of the discussion was just piling more undeserved blame for the current situation on Old Moon’s shoulders. Old Moon was not in any way responsible for the creation of Bloodmoon or KC. Eclipse made Bloodmoon—and Lunar!—and KC just evolved from bits of coding the same way Eclipse did by combing the killcode left in Sun with Sun’s own code. If anything, Lunar is more to blame for the Bloodmoon situation since they are the ones who convinced Monty to build them that first body to replace the much weaker one, and then did nothing to curb or help their antics in the lead up to that first Eclipse confrontation. And KC having Moon and his own changing morality as an example is likely a big part of why KC was able to reform.
Not to mention the fact that at one time Golden Freddy was considering asking Moon to take over more of a protective role for their universe akin to what he does when Regular Freddy admitted to not wanting to take over for his dad.
As to the current situation… so many things about it are due to extra-dimensional people and occurrences that have nothing to do with our dimension’s interference beyond the fact that they rebuilt the portal after it exploded the first time and happen to live in a world in which a Creator also exists. It seemed to me, after all, that Ruin basically just picked their world at random to make his headquarters, since I’m pretty sure that neither New nor Old Moon had his dimension on their radars until he literally showed up one day and punched New Moon in the face before fleeing. And they all admitted that Stitchwraith’s entire existence had nothing to do with the Daycare group as a whole—Old Moon included—aside from the fact that most of them happened to be made by the same Creator.
There is also the fact that they are basically ignoring the villains’ own autonomy and ability to make decisions and bad choices. Like. Solar is proof that Eclipses are actually perfectly capable of being rational and even kind. Sure, it might come down a bit to exact ratios and timing as far as killcode involvement goes… but even in our own universe, Moon immediately offered to help Eclipse once he was aware of his existence, and Eclipse turned him down. And then kept turning down subsequent offers. And then kept choosing revenge when he managed to resurrect himself. (Beyond what is happening with the current Eclipse’s situation, since that is a whole different can of worms and involves a lot of outside influence and machinations)
And, like… I get why New Moon pushes off blame like this, since he definitely inherited Old Moon’s self-loathing tendencies, and I get why Earth is saying the things she is because, again, she admits to not having known Old Moon personally and only has stories to go off of… but those stories don’t really have the chance for her to view them objectively given that all the storytellers involved all have trauma relating to the subject at hand—namely, Old Moon himself.
…On the note of New Moon thinking it is strange Old Moon knew about Earth’s existence, part of might just be, as he said, that Old Moon has access to current events via New Moon’s mind while they are more connected and talking, but I think New Moon might also forget/simply not be aware of the fact that the Creator actually did inform Sun—who immediately told Old Moon—about her existence and then she basically just got lost in a flower field and didn’t actually show up until the whole KC and Old Moon getting trapped in his mind and having to choose to sacrifice himself thing was in the middle of going down.
It just… makes me sad. I get it, but… I just wish they would take more nuance into account. That they wouldn’t just reject all the good things Old Moon did in favor of the bad. That they don’t have other morally questionable characters—namely Monty and Lunar—give him more of a defense.
Lunar literally lived in his head and admitted he wasn’t as bad as he’d originally thought and, at one point, offered to stay with him and be his “happy” to help him… and yet never brings that up. Never admits that Moon was the first of their siblings to really accept them and genuinely call them “brother” and give them a home. And maybe that’s just out of their own grief—their guilt at running away and never getting to say goodbye, their possible anger at being “left behind,” their own trauma from dying at pretty much the same time—but it still… it still hurts.
…And its still extremely unclear to me if anyone outside the Daycare has even noticed Old Moon is gone. (Beyond whatever situation Roxanne had/has going on where her memory got messed with and at least partially reset, that is. That at least would make sense if she didn’t know or had otherwise forgotten the particulars of Moon’s situation).
Anyways. On a happier note, Jack’s shenanigans today were fun. It was nice to see him mess around and get to just play happily and enjoy himself the way he was.

Changed my story summery because it wasnt satisfying me:
Summary: Afterlife, Eclipse had no idea what could happen to an AI as advanced as he was, Especially as he stared down death itself- also known as Sun and his Kamehameha. He never had to think about it and yet, if Eclipse had to think about the Afterlife, he would say that there was nothing waiting for him on the other side. He thought he was ready, he really did- and yet at the last moment he begins to doubt and regrets bubble to surface- it's far too late for that. So now, here he was, trapped in some kind of limbo bubble, with only the life of the Twin idiots that killed him for entertainment (as well as some kitting). But he wont be kept here, not even by a Higher Being, named Frank of all things, So he plans and makes a deal - even if it means he will have to take responsibility for his creations… Surely it can't be too hard, even as a ghost? ((An AfterLife Fic with Frank as a Higher Being / Eldritch god. Eclipse is trapped in Limbo as his afterlife. He is not happy. Not a reaction fic. OG Eclipse and Bloodmoon redemption fic. Updated when i can.))
-----------------------------------------
plans for the story: Spoilers
Eclipse will make a deal with frank the eldrich god. But the catch is that he will be a ghost. He will need to fix the Blood-Twins bloodlust. Eclispe will want to take over Backup eclipse's body when thats built, but we all know that will take too long so he start to plan for his own. Eclipse will haunt the daycare, trying to figure out how to fix bloodmoon as a ghost. Then killcode happens and Backup actually gets the star Yes luna will still die, but elipse will be doing his best to stop that Luna will be a ghost after that and will be till he is broght back, only eclipse will see him.

SOCKS!! Ruin explained that he copied some of Solar's code and gave it to Eclipse which is why he has become the way he is, or as Ruin said "slightly better than your previous self" Eclipse can keep denying it but he really *is* trying to bring Solar back and it makes me so happy SOBS If Eclipse does get redeemed and Solar comes back, I want these two to be like twins!!
Also, the part when Ruin brought up Earth and how she needs to learn to be cruel, and Eclipse told him "Why don't you leave her out of the conversation?" I was like "Protective Eclipse? (• ▽ •;)" Then Ruin chuckling and saying "Are you... No, I'm not gonna say any more. Don't want to ruin the surprise." Like say it!! You can't leave us hanging like this!! AAAAAA
-🥭
vbhjdfk I love seeing this and how people perceived what Ruin told Eclipse. If anything this just makes this a whole new person not really a Why he's become this way. (To be fair though, New Moon, Earth, Lunar and Sun after EVERYTHING?? The previous eclipse did?? They're jaded enough to roll with this Eclipses nonsense to a degree. Lunar literally just came to terms with his trauma with Eclipse! Something Eclipse never thought he would, heck if anything was more proud of Lunar lashing out. Our beautiful emotionally constipated man.) AND YEAH ECLIPSE BRINGING BACK SOLAR!!! It really was reverse reverse psychology. Puppet went 'go bring that back please.' 'NO... MAYBE... IM THINKING' As he's watching everyone around him just... react the way they are. He's literally not getting thru to any of them by antagonizing. Reluctant twins.. dfbvkjdf We love to see it. (Now wheres killcode) I do like that Eclipse just went 'This aint about her'. It speaks a bit of volumes. But ALSO i havent watched that episode of Earth grieving and Eclipse so i feel like i missed something there. BUT YEAH!!!! Ruin thinking she needed to be cruel... no bby... THIS EARTH is a sweetie and i love her. Also i think Ruin couldve either meant 'are you changing' or 'are you bringing back solar' in context. But i could be wrong with that. Anyway- love eclipses inquiry about Bloodmoon as well. Bloodmoon is interesting cause they dont question their existence too much just 'We still wanna kill thats UScore' vs Eclipse who HINGES on identity a bit here. (His previous self did too, I mean literally he WAS moon, mans got baggage for days. We love the struggle.) So its interesting cause this iteration of Eclipse, while not the original, is still acting like Eclipse (solars code or not). He's in no position of power, Everyones either DONE with him or like Lunar, finally moved past that. No ones threatened nor entertaining his monologues anymore. Sun was so FED UP. Eclipse's motivation on bringing back Solar?? Either to say HE ECLIPSE THEIR MOST HATED DUDE, brought him back. or like... Ive seen the theories of switching them out. Either way he's a bit motivated by the fact he hates everyone and hates what solar had. No one would mourn eclipse.
