Sorry I forgot to explain my reasoning with this question in my last ask. If you dunk a non magic cookie in monster food milk, would the cookie become monster food because it soaked up the milk?

You’d have to transform the cookie with (cooking) magic to turn it into a monster food. So technically you could try to do that using magic milk but... the result... ~CK

- Iiiiiii do not remember much about getting the tea and what everyone’s reaction to it was. I think I got either the Susie or Noelle tea? I’d need to replay that part for a refresher.

- I dunno if it’s confirmed yet! It certainly does seem to be pointing that direction, but I am getting the impression that the Knight is a third party at play, not necessarily just Kris themselves. But either way, theorizing is neat!

- Thank you very much!! And we’ll see, but I think the connection between UT and DR will be some aspect that matters to us, the players, rather than the characters or plot of DR. We’re coming into DR with all these expectations based on our experiences with UT, after all.

Wasn't it a bit dangerous to expose the shape of Emmie's soul so close to Undyne's house?

Emmi’s SOUL wasn’t actually exposed haha, it was more of a visual representation of what was happening. The two of them were aware of it, but I don’t think any other monster would’ve looked twice.

Maybe I’ll change my mind at some point though 🤔 Suffice to say, Undyne wasn’t around anyway, so it was safe.

There's a difference between forcing yourself to do something you just don't want to do right now and forcing yourself to do something you think you'll never enjoy. I think figuring that out would be a good first step.

#it’s long u don’t have to read! im just rambling #txt #ask #stoutduke #there are elements of my degree that i don’t mind doing when it comes down to it and elements that i really really dislike #but they have almost nothing to do with the careers it would lead to #so. the careers that come from my degree I would not enjoy (I won’t say ‘never’ bc everything has good and bad points right? - #but mostly they would be bad points) #also it’s a dying industry. like really very much #im studying languages and cultures (german and scandi) #i picked it bc i was pushed to do something academic at a ‘prestigious’ uni #but i don’t actually enjoy academia #but rlly the only thing i like abt it is just learning the basics of the language and chatting to ppl in that language #when it comes to learning complicated vocab i rlly would rather bang my head against a wall #i guess the only thing that actually reflects on stuff that we’d actually do is translation #I have to do it sometimes but I’m not very good at it at all #my brain gets all mixed up and i forget how English is meant to sound #plus yeah it’s not my fave thing to do #with art it’s like. yes i don’t have natural talent or drive but also yes i do enjoy it #especially animation actually like it’s very very cool to animate #but yeah i don’t have the natural creativity #anyway moral of the story: i wish i hadn’t been pushed towards academia and had been allowed to learn media stuff in school #then i might’ve just picked something to do with media in the first place #also I’m grumpy and don’t rlly enjoy or have a talent for rlly anything in life :< so I’ve just gotta pick what is. least a bad fit #but everything is a bad fit #autistic infp innit #thanks for reaching out #!!

- Yeeeah, the whole situation with him just felt very skin-crawl-y! I mean, good job at absolutely getting the mood right with a character like that, but it was pretty heebly-jeeblies for me! And as for why people like him...takes all kinds and there’s all sorts of characters for everyone! And his manner of speaking is definitely distinct.
