E! NEWS EXCLUSIVE: Lea Michele Is Engaged to Zandy Reich E! NEWShttps://www.eonline.com/news/930682/lea-michele-is-engaged-to-zandy-reich She said yes! @leamichele  has gotten #engaged to boyfriend #ZandyReich ,  president of #clothingbrand @ayr . On Saturday, the former #Gleestar hopped on her #socialmedia on Saturday to post a photo of herself with her major bling, along with the caption, "Yes" and an #engagementring emoji. A source tells E! News that Zandy #proposed to his lady love with a 4-carat elongated, radiant-cut ring, which he personally #designed with #LeorYerushalmi and The #Jewelers of Las Vegas. The source also adds that the #newlyengaged duo "couldn’t be happier." The lowkey couple went public with their #relationship last July. Last July, an insider told E! News that they were friends first and then more. "They have been friends for a while and started #dating recently," the source said at the time.  Previously Lea dated #CoryMonteith, who died on July 13, 2013, and iZombiestar  #RobertBuckley and #MatthewPaetz. Unlike the actors Michele has dated in the past, Reich is a #businessman who has spent years working in #finance and #fashion, including his most recent position at All Year Round. He also has an #IvyLeague education as he graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from University of Pennsylvania and also attended #UPenn's prestigious #WhartonSchool of #Business.  Fans can see Lea (and that rock) when she performs alongside @darrencriss  for their much anticipated, co-headlining LM/DC tour, which takes place from May 30, 2018 to June 10, 2018. Don't miss E! News every weekday at 7 and 11 p.m. @edailypop @enews #announcements #shesaidyes #heproposed #celebrityengagement #congrats 💍

As we approach 2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ ‼️followers we wanted to take the time to introduce ourselves and thank you for joining this AMAZING community. We are all in this together. We are The Finance Twins, and we came to the US with our family when we were 4 years old from Colombia 🇨🇴. The early years were good to our family, but our dad died due to brain cancer when we were 7. F*%# Cancer. As a result, our mom had to work around the clock as she raised her three sons. To say she struggled financially would be an understatement. We were BROKE. So starting in middle school and high school, the two of us began to learn everything we could about personal finance. We knew it would be the only way we were going to have a chance to make it. We were both huge nerds so that helped. We worked tirelessly in school and one of us got an MBA from @harvard and an undergrad degree in finance from @whartonschool @uofpenn. The other one studied pre-med and then got an MD from the @mayoclinic. #nerds We’ve worked at some of the best companies and hospitals in the world, but we always knew we needed to help others feel more confident with their money. To provide some of the guidance we wish our mom had. Growing up poor showed us how complicated and confusing managing your money can be. We started The Finance Twins to help people who struggle with money or simply want to better understand how to make smart money decisions. We share a lot of helpful articles on our website and are so thankful for each and every single one of you. We are in this together. ❤️ https://www.instagram.com/p/B3Uohd1HOEm/?igshid=1r9mv5vxttpqr

Research Uncovers the Negative Traits That Cause Poverty and Inequality Research Reveals the Traits That Lead to Poverty
(Source: Green, Maia (2006), Journal of Development Studies 42 (7): 1108–1129.)
1. In the United States of America, the most commonly held view of poverty is that people become poor because of personal traits that they have.
2. It is believed that these traits cause a person to fail in life. The traits that lead to poverty range from personality issues to other traits like laziness and even educational levels.
3. In America, it is believed that it is always the individual’s fault when he fails to climb out of poverty.
4. Another generally held belief is that poor people are poor because of their own personal failings.
Therefore, poor people should not be compensated and assisted by the state.
5. It is apparent that poor people and poverty are generally viewed in a negative light.
6. Poverty is therefore viewed as something to be attacked and eradicated. Unfortunately, the negativity towards poverty often leads to an extension of negativity towards poor people themselves.
Research Reveals the Traits
That Lead to Intractable Poverty Source: FAO Corporate Document Repository (Originated by: Economic and Social Development Department.)
1. Intractable poverty is explained by a lack ofknowledge  and a lack of good skills  in conjunction with laziness. These three things are widely given as the main cause of poverty.
2. Intractable poverty is most notably caused by ‘laziness’  which is characterised by: a) A low interest in a good life,
b) Passivity,
c) A lack of motivation and initiative,
Research Uncovers the Negative Traits That Cause Poverty and Inequality
d) A low intellect,
e) Dependency thinking,
f) Reliance on assistance from others,
 g) Lack of life skills to plan and organise their life,
h) Bad training and care of children by parents.
It was felt by some that laziness should be dealt with through education. The overall feeling was that these types of people are ‘no hopers’ and in need of some form of assistance to survive; they do not have the ability and life skills to manage alone.
3. The poorest amongst the poor were identified as: a) Those who were lazy and hopeless b) Those unable to help themselves c) Those who lacked interest and skills d) Those who had large households with many dependent children.
Research Reveals the Traits That Lead to Inequality
Source: Simon Smith Kuznets (April 30, 1901 – July 8,1985) was a Russian American economist at the WhartonSchool of the University of Pennsylvania who won the 1971
Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences "for his empirically founded interpretation of economic growth which has led to new and deepened insight into the economic and social structure and process of development"
1. Inter-related, non-linear and complex factors lead to inequality.
There are many reasons for economic inequality within societies.
The causes of inequality are often inter-related, non-linear, and complex.
Acknowledged factors that impact economic inequality include: innate ability, labour, education, race, gender, culture, wealth condensation, development patterns, personal preference for work, leisure and risk.
2. A diversity of personal preferences lead toinequality.
Diversity of preferences within a society often contributes to economic inequality. When faced with the choicebetween working harder to earn more money andenjoying more leisure time, equally capable individualswith identical earning potential often choose differentstrategies. This leads to economic inequality even in societies with perfect equality in abilities and circumstances.
3. The innate abilities of individuals lead toinequality.
Many people believe that there is a correlation between differences in innate ability, such as intelligence, strength, or charisma, and an individual's wealth.
Such innate abilities might also affect an individual’s ability to operate within society in general, regardless of the labour market.
Research Uncovers the Negative Traits That Cause Poverty and Inequality
Education levels lead to inequality.
One important factor in the creation of inequality is variation in individuals' access to education. Education, especially in an area where there is a high demand for workers, creates high wages for those with this education.
