Hi Nina! I know we can't know too much about the side characters, but are there any crumbs you can tell us about?

oooh!!! honestly i love all the rm side characters -- and by that i mean like...75% of the characters in south park because for some reason i decided to put like all of them in rm, which is such a nightmare smh.

but hmmmmm....okay. so there's a kyle-centric side plot i really like in rm that shows up pretty soon ( that's why i'm not that worried about talking about it ) that is basically sort of kyle's legally blonde / righteously readhead moment where kyle's crimina laur professor AKA mr. motherfucking mackey, Babey! puts out this batshit insane, hard ass, ball-busting, literally Impossible To Pass midterm from hell, mmkay? and the 4 students that score the highest on the exam get to work with him on a pro-bono real life case out there in the world.

& the students that score the highest, better known as Jersey's Lawyer Core Four, ( yes, theyre a ragtag group of misfits, no they do not work well together/like each other v much at first ) are as follows:

...everyone assumes got chosen because clyde's father essentially runs the university and his mother was a Crazy Talented Lawyer Lady who became the world's youngest supreme court justice before she passed -- i want to say clyde either indirectly caused/was present when she died and his father never forgave him/resented him for it...

but uhhhhh actually he just filled in the scantron in the shape of a Dinosaur and scored ONE POINT HIGHER THAN KYLE....do u know how MAD kyle was??? ohhhmg he was like yOU MUSTVE CHEATED YOU DONT DESERVE TO BE HERE U FUCKEN HALFWIT kyle is about to strangle clyde during the entire fanfiction smh i love the lawyer side plot so much hes like constantly running from kyle oof

but yeah thats clyde...he is the Big Man on Campus. hes kind of frat boy obnoxious like id call him a himbo but hes a chad tbh...HES GOT A GOOD HEART THO!!! he Means Well hes just suuuch a fkn disaster.

also i talk about him in a different ask ( someone asked me abt lesbian bebe! <3 ) but clyde has been in 'love' with bebe like his whole life and the running gag is he keeps trying to ask her out and has struck out Every Single Time its so funny help i luv him hes so LAME like clyde pls stop flexing she doesnt Want u!! shdjksd HE CRIES A LOT...clyde & ravenstan collab when oh my god...which tbh i do not think clyde likes cd but he respects their ability to pick up girls smh...

AND i actually think hes a REALLY GOOD lawyer!!! he has his moms passion and innate ability! but hes a disorganized mess and no one thinks that the can do it so he psyches himself out a lot...but hes gonna Shock Us All! HES A SLOW BURN OKAY!!! I BELIEVE IN YOU CLYDESDALE ) hes also craigs super best friend...no1 gets it. theyre brothers/soul bonded. like they are a truly iconique duo, tbh.

so uhhhh heidi works at grounded with kyle!!! i dont have her fleshed out but obvi she is our environmental law erin brockovich crunchy granola queen. her hair goes down to her ass...always smoking that grass...she is pagan, very good friends with tweek ( witchy legends ), she wears a lot of big funky statement jewelry, v sweet, v shy, but is at every single campus protest, lesbian but uh...cant talk to girls...

particularly one girl...with cool dyed red hair and a really cool sternum tattoo...who bartends at the lesbian bar and sometimes plays really kick ass indie rock music/is currently tryin to make it big like crimson dawn...possibly half peruvian and cousins w/craig. anyways! heidi is very lovely and kyle actually likes her very much because she lowkey reminds him of stan and marjorine combined into one person so he is very scary older brother overprotective of her bc shes his baby gay law student little sister and a strong breeze will blow her over....smh.

and finally, tolkien black is in a similar boat as kyle where there was a lot of pressure for him to fall into a certain profession but i think that tolkiens dad in the rm verse was like a very famous director and his mom was also involved in acting/film industry ( i think he may actually know raven/co. bc his dad helped direct their music vids ). tldr; tolkiens family is v affluent, indulgent and Rich Rich. like richer than fkn god like i think he was delivered on a yacht tbh. That RICH.

and tolkien was supposed to just fall into that role of acting...but has no interest in following in his parents footsteps/using them to make a name for himself or pretending to be someone hes not for that matter ( and just to pay homage to the show, i might have it so he changed his name from token to tolkien bc token was vapid ) and wanted to become a lawyer bc hes passionate abt pro-bono cases, specifically public defending/helping people who don't have help.

he has a very generous and gorgeous soul, the inside matches the outside tbh...him and kyle dress the best ( heidi is very light, airy, flowy shirts & long skirts, clyde is sloppy frat boy outfits/backwards hat/reps his fraternity [ hes president ], tolkien is kind of chill, casual, understated ( he also has dreads hes so fine ) not flashy but sort of effortlessly put together and kyle is giving crazy dead 1920s evil dark academia tired classics professor realness...hes so hot pls i luv him DREAM TEAM...NIGHTMARE FROM HELL TEAM IF U WILL!!! )

clyde and tolkien also clash and argue a lot in rm/hate each other p much. which uh, in my fanfiction, is v interesting...thats all imma say.

I have been obsessing pretty hard over Domino and her hips the last month or so, as seen by the fact I think all of my posts lately have mentioned it. I am not a crazy dog person, and yet. AND YET.

Anyway, she's all healed up! She had her post op visit with the surgeon, who was delighted, and said that she's healed up way, way better than he'd expected. Surgical wound is healed, her hip and gait are holding up fine, and she's behaving like she has zero pain - we gave her three sedatives to get her calmed down enough that she only rolled around on the floor and licked people, instead of furiously playbowing and prancing and pouncing and yipping, which is what happens if she's not high as a kite with strangers.

He figured she'd be limping still! So he was very startled, lol, but she doesn't need to maintain the ecollar, and he said she's cleared for any and all exercise, and he wants us to start pushing her to maximise the development of the false joint.

I'm not sure if it's the gluocosamine, the probiotics, me babying the shit out of her the first week and not allowing her to do shit standing up without the hip sling on, or what? But heyyy, I'll take it! Stock tank is coming in today, so her daft ass fucking hydrotherapy tank should be up and running by Friday. It'd be set up today, but I'm currently in animal hell with trying to find a clinic open in my entire fucking metropolitan area that can do kitten x-rays and not literally bleed me dry over it, because I love cats, but jesus fucking christ.

And I still have to call the doctors and clinics over my shit, and try to find an imaging center that's accepted by my insurance and the hospital system, that isn't three hours away. Busy busy busy. What is life if it's not pointless and aggravating juggling?

The George feminine thing - quite a lot of people have been annoyed for WHILE but for kinda more logical reason than simply because he's in clothes that are 'feminine'. The valid argument thats been around for a while is that the issue isn't with people portraying George as feminine, its the fact is very usually ONLY George. Like there's feminine art/fanfic for Dream and Sapnap, but nowhere near as much as there is of George. And a lot of the time people are viewing George just generally as feminine or saying things about 'fanon' him that they view as real or canon to his character, when in fact he is a masculine guy who we'll probably only ever see in baggy shirts and basic trousers/shorts. There's very little realistic/masculine art which is kinda the weird bit because if you were going to make art/fanfic of George, most of it should be of him, and not the popular portrayal of him. And a lot of description of him is really feminine (curves etc) when in actually fact he's just a skinny dude whose shorter than Dream, Tommy, Wilbur etc, but not actually that short. With most art its not just George in a skirt/dress, it's a feminine figure in usually sexualised clothing. Clothes have no gender, but there is a common occurance in things like fanfic to use George as a self-insert for girls to ship themselves with Dream, which isn't wholly a bad thing, it's just a tad icky to some people i guess.

I don't really care about if he's in a skirt or not in art, I'm kinda just summing up a lot of the takes I've seen, but I do wish there was more variety in popular George art and fanfic, and even variety in Dream Team art and fanfic.

I do find it funny tho that people decided to make George the really feminized one (more art and fanfics with him abiding by feminine tropes that are quite sexist) when if you took into consideration how they actually act, Dream has done more 'feminine' things (I believe he has said he's worn a dress when he was little as a bet once, and done his nails once I believe? Wearing the wedding dress at the fundywastaken wedding compared to George rocking up at the Red Banquet in supreme gear. Also compare the fanart they like on twitter, with George liking usually just general fanart of him and his friends, compared to Dream who likes lots of different variations of him, George and other people)

Sorry for the long rant/ask aha, I just ramble a lot and was using this to type a lot as I have a lot of other stuff on my mind, but this gives me an excuse to type fast and channel some of the things whirling around in my mind.

My thing is that why do most people get mad on George's behalf? Like I understand if you personally don't like it but as far as I know George doesn't care and it doesn't bother him so why should are people saying that it's offensive to George and using that as a reason to call people disgusting and accusing them of being creepy and weird.

I agree that it's so funny that George is seen as the feminine one. You have George being an ex Hypebeast and ex Global CSGO player and Dream Team chad as the more feminine one vs Self proclaimed milf/dilf dumb himbo Dream who has more tweets about his cat than self promotion. You really decided that between the both of them Dream was the masculine one and George was the feminine one. /lh

I do think that a large amount of the whole George being the feminine one is purely based stereotypes of their appearance but also their dynamic. A good example is George comes across any problem and immediately asks for Dream's help eventhough he can most likely do it himself. George has unintentionally thrown himself into the damsel in distress which is why a lot of people see him as a helpless femboy who needs a big strong 6'3 Florida Himbo to help him. But I do think that's just the Dream Team's dynamic like both Sapnap and George always want Dream's opinion and input for anything and everything but Sapnap isn't also seen as feminine because for some reason people have him as a chad stereotype.

I do sometimes think about how Sapnap and George are similar in behaviour, height, dependent on Dream etc but Sapnap is seen as a mega chad and George is seen as helpless little Gogy. Like in my opinion that's where the weird part is. Like people who say George is the female counterpart for tropes because he's smaller and relies on Dream like a damsel but Sapnap who is the exact same is never seen like that. Like how are you seeing Panda loving shynap and saying that he's chad and brad mixed together but seeing hypebeast fps George and thinking "ah yes bottom bitch femboy"

The Virgin Bakugo vs. The Chad Kuwabara

Virgin Bakugo:

- Loses like twice total and falls into a deep malaise each time it happens - Isn't even happy with himself when he wins - Wants to be a hero, spends 10 years as a bully anyway - Only thing keeping him from becoming a villain is that, to him, villains always lose to heroes and he doesn't want to be a loser. - Power is literally based on his sweat. Gross. - Allegedly a child prodigy, except when it comes to how to treat people with respect I guess - Constantly undermines Midoriya because he's afraid of how Midoriya is unambiguously a better person and better hero than him - Entirely breaks the principle "show don't tell" by apparently being a master at his quirk, schoolwork, cooking, etc with no struggle or effort by Day One of UA.   - Allegedly has become a better person, still needs tons of character development - Never has to confront the worst parts of himself because he's been blessed with the most accommodating Protagonist ever - Theme music is indistinguishable from any other music on the show - Bad at trash talk and boasting, says loser things like "Why don't you take a swan dive off a roof and pray for a quirk in your next life!" and "Die!"

Chad Kuwabara:

- Starts the series with a 0:156 win:loss ratio, never gives up anyway - Inspires terror in his enemies even when he loses - Has no illusions about being morally upright, just wants to fight Urameshii - Many things keeping him from being a villain, mainly his love for his friends, Yukina, and the world. - Power is a lightsaber. Incredible. - Himbo Supreme, respect for everyone - Accepts that Urameshii is stronger than him, never stops trying to fight him anyway - Good growth in terms of power, relatable due to his struggles at schoolwork and constantly being an underdog in his fights - Needs no character development, perfect the day he was born - Is a good foil because his fundamental good nature brings his Protagonist's worst qualities into sharp relief. - Theme music is an absolute bop - Good at trash talk and boasting, says cool things like "I'm gonna beat your face up so bad even kittens won't look at you" and "Just as a cherry blossom is a flower among flowers, Kuwabara is a man among men"

The “Corona-Kids” as I have hence dubbed them! (I spent most of my afternoon on this, so it is with great happiness that I finally introduce the rest of Caled and Varian’s Squad!).

"Knocks": Twink With Cinnamon-Roll Energy

A shy, sweet stable-boy who admires all of his friends to a stupid-extent and follows the people which he likes around like a puppy, he loves horses and works in the stables of Corona's very own barracks with the hopes of one day becoming a horse-trainer for the Royal-Guard. He is incredibly clumsy due a Neurological-Issue with his balance/depth-perception, often running into walls/swinging doors when distracted, hence the nickname. He spends a lot of time learning to work around his disability, so that it won't impede his dreams later down the line. For now though, his job mostly consists of feeding, watering, untacking, and cleaning stalls.

(He is regularly smeared with dirt, poop, and other such horsey-debries, refusing to clean himself off until the end of each work-day sense he doesn’t see much point otherwise, despite literally everyone encouraging him to be a little presentable).

He is the son of a formerly Noble-Women whom had him due to an affair with a Commoner (They are not originally from Corona, so this issue is unknown to the Coronian-Nobility), once the Lord whom she was married to realized this thanks to Knocks’ appearance (He looked nothing like his noble “Father” and little like his mother, sharing the majority of his characteristics with his Commoner-Parent) he had their marriage annulled, but was reasonable enough to let the woman and her newborn leave his presence quietly after that without much fuss as he simply wanted to put it all behind him and remarry someone who could give him an heir without the risk of infidelity. 

Aghast at their daughter’s behavior and worried for their reputation, Knocks’ grand-parents disowned his mother when she tried returning to them, thus stripping her of any Noble-Status. Fortunately resourceful, the Ex-Noble discovered a talent for sewing, and by the time Knocks was three, she had found a job as one of the most popular Seamstresses in Corona, thus establishing their new life there.

Knocks’ mother has never told Knocks that he technically has Noble-Blood, and she doesn’t plan to ever tell him who his father is, either, given that the Commoner with whom she had him shirked all duty to the pair as a father/partner as soon as the affair became public-knowledge.

As far as Knocks knows, he is of %100-Commoner descent (And he doesn’t much care sense his life is pretty nice at the moment).

Cierra: Lover Of Pointy-Things.

Caled's Sparring-Partner, she was originally set up with him by her father (An Ambassador for the King of another Kingdom) in the hopes that they would strengthen the Kingdoms’ bond by forming a romantic-connection. this.... didn’t work, but they certainly formed a strong friendship in the few months that her parents spent in Corona. And her fencing-skills/banter ended up prompting Caled to request that she be kept on in order to help keep him in practice with his swordsmanship (A sort of Tutor/Practice-Dummy, if you will).

Currently, he stays in Corona's Royal-Palace as a guest, whilst her parents have long sense gone home (Occasionally, she will leave Corona for a month or two to visit them and take some more advanced lessons in Noble-Eductation).

Her family is not from the same Kingdom as Knocks’ mother (There is a lot of Kingdoms, Dawg!).

Bruno: Himbo-Chad Supreme.

The son of Corona's "Most Popular" Butcher (With plans to take over the family-business one day), he is very grounded and cheerful, despite his semi-intimidating appearance what with him being built like a brick-shit house and towering over every single one of his friends in height.

He also tries to solve most of his problems with far more brawn than brain the majority of the time, which usually leads to one of his more clever buddies having to help pull his fanny out of the fire. 

He means well, though, and often becomes highly protective of his particularly small/physically-weak friends (Knocks and Varian, I’m looking at you!).

He’s perpetually in a good mood, and always encouraging whenever his pals are having a dapper-day!.

Seriously, just picture Scar from The Lion King, but also not because he’s his own person and has good intentions!.

Caled: Rat-Bastard Twink.

He hates everyone except for Varian (Whom he grew up with thanks to Quirin and Fredrick's familiarity with one-another), and occasionally his other three friends. His stank-boy attitude comes mostly from him being entirely aware of the fact that he only exists because (in this AU) Fredrick and Arianna were smart enough to realize that if they didn't get Rapunzel back, their Kingdom would still need an heir. He's always just been "The Spare" to a lot of people (including his parents, who largely ignored him throughout his childhood due to their grief), and because of this he tends to get a little less respect from a lot of the Kingdom than his family-members do (This is shown a lot through how Nigel interacts with him). Despite these issues and his general dislike for both his parents as well as Rapunzel (He has a character-ARC about learning to forgive/trust his blood-relatives, and actually warms up to Raps a lot faster than the others because this wasn’t her fault and he knows it!), however (He was the one that they made spend his entire childhood tirelessly training to become a monarch one day, not this Shoeless-Painter who calls herself his sister, DAMNIT!), he cares about Corona, as well as the people in it.

On the subject of monarchy, Caled is a very clever-minded person with an extremely slippery way of dealing in politics. He's fair (though not particularly kind) with citizens whenever possible, but can be an absolute snake in the Court-Room (making most politicians hate him).
