What would he do if omega accidentally snapped and said something like:

He’d be sooo insulted 😭😂 but he’d try not to show it. He’d pretend not to care and act all nonchalant and he’d go downstairs to watch TV but then it would be past midnight and he wouldn’t come back up and omega would shuffle downstairs and ask him why he isn’t coming up and Steve would be like “enjoying your alone time??” And omega would go back upstairs and be sad bc she doesn’t like sleeping alone but then Steve would come upstairs and cuddle her bc he doesn’t like sleeping alone either.
ORRR if she said she wanted me time, Steve would just snort and be like “there’s no ‘me’ time, omega. Only ‘us’ time bc I’m your alpha. Now get on your knees” and makes her suck him off for even suggesting me time 😭😭😭

kay i‘ve been thinking cos i love the wolves au so some thoughts here (maybe some things have already been talked about sorry if so)
— fem pack alpha nico (i loooove!) either being a really big wolf with beautiful white fur? orrr she‘s this rather small wolf which makes people underestimate her sometimes which is a big mistake, she‘s terrifying when she wants to be!
— max sticking to nico in the nights🥹 which brought me to the thought, maybe the whole pack sleeps all cuddled up together? some in wolf form rolled up against each other, some in human form, whatever someone prefers. max is in awe, that never happened in his old pack. it‘s a sweet picture to see everyone huddled up with the pack and after he‘s become more comfortable he asks nico if they could also sleep with the pack instead of staying in max‘s room? everyone is giddy to see max come out and makes space for him and logan in the middle because the omegas and pups always are for protection. max loves being surrounded by pack!
— charles being a super gentle alpha who would never start any fight, he barely participates in playfights with other alphas (but loves to carefully playfight with the pups) and never challenges anyone least of all pack alpha. but then he growls at nico to everyone‘s surprise one day? he was sleeping with his head on max‘s tummy as usual and maybe nico spooked him accidentally, making charles think there‘s a threat and wanting to protect max and his pup. he instantly shrinks back when he realizes it‘s his pack alpha and how possessively he reacted, baring his throat and apologizing. max is worried when charles clearly keeps some distance afterwards although he and nico both reassured charles that it‘s fine. nico maybe just nibbles at charles’s‘ throat in a light warning but she knows the alpha didn‘t mean to. charles however feels so bad about it and he doesn‘t understand why he is reacting so strongly, he never loses control over his instincts like that. max eventually going over to where charles has been sleeping by himself and softly telling him that his pup misses someone to kick in the night 🤧
— also i love the idea of everyone faceplanting into nico‘s soft fur! everyone‘s trying to cuddle up the pack alpha!

- for sure in human form she looks small and innocent already, and while she isn't tiny, some of the Alphas in her pack are bigger than her in wolf form which confuses outsiders. But no one ever dares to challenge her because she can be fucking scary
- Max being in awe seeing the mess of wolves and humans all curled up together, usually with Nico in the centre, and it changes who is snuggled against her but Dan and little Oscar are usually very close, or at least surrounded by the other Alphas too to protect them more! Max sleeps separately with little Logan at first but eventually asks to join the pack for the night and everyone is so excited! It's only natural for them to make space for them in the centre, between Dan and Nico and Logan is squeaking happily at all the good night nuzzles he gets!
- plss Charles always being so nice and quiet, never challenging Nico and being unsure about playfighting unless Nico lazily annoys him into it ksks. Charles dozing off eith his head on Max's tummy and Logan is tryingnto braid his hair with momma's help. Charles is so relaxed but Nico nearing spooks him and he growls, surprising everyone! Charles instantly cowering away and being so panicked, even when Nico shushes him. Nico lightly nibbling on Charles's neck to correct him but then hugging him close. Charles being a little wary after and staying away from Max until Max goes to him saying the unborn pup is restless without someone to kick, and Logan misses Charlie too!
- pls Nico going to the pack nest cos she wants to sleep and it's pack bedtime, and instsntly everyone is zooming over for the best spots skksks, or at least a snuggle before making space for others.

should i tell you about the tangled mess it all becomes when we bring in alpha's history with omega? and the fact that swiss ends up mates with omega (theres a weird little triangle with rain, omega, and swiss but i wont go into it here) and he hasn't really been keeping omega in the loop about what he's been up to with alpha, but when he realizes that yeah he's definitely fallen for the little asshole, he needs to tell omega. and he's kind of scared shitless about it. he just knows broadly what went down, but enough to know this could go south quick
and how it turns out that omega and alpha's relationship, though it was mainly a D/s relationship, was incredibly toxic -- alpha demanding scenes, more and more, omega giving in even though alpha is taking far more than omega has to give, then when omega starts saying no, alpha blames his subsequent explosive meltdowns on omega, shouting about how if he'd just given him this one little thing, none of this would have happened
and how, when swiss comes clean about alpha, the fact he's been doing scenes with him for months now, and it was just supposed to be a one-off thing but it kinda just kept happening, and even though he buries the fact that he's become fond of the shithead in between everything else, omega is dead silent when he finishes explaining the situation. and then he says he needs some time. he'll let swiss know when he's ready to talk.
and how swiss makes up his mind to turn alpha down if he comes to him asking for a scene, and the fierce debate swiss has with himself when it comes down to it: simply turn apha down, refer him to someone else if he needs it that bad, or turn him down and tell him its because of omega -- which would dredge up old, aching wounds that they'll have to sort through later, shit alpha hasn't even been able to look at but if omega's still this torn up about it, surely alpha is too. the difference is that alpha is pissed. and guilty, which feeds into the fury. which is gonna result in a very nasty scene when they finally dig into it. (and long, long aftercare)
orrr should i tell yall about a little hc of mine that swiss loves taking photos of everyone, he likes to do little photoshoots and get them printed and everything, and he asks alpha one day if he can take pictures of him. he's already been viciously turned down when he's asked to record him during scenes before, but swiss thinks a nice artful nude photoshoot would do alpha some good. a nice confidence boost, not in an ego boosting way bc satan knows he doesnt need more of that, but in a seeing himself as pretty way. he wants alpha to see himself the way swiss sees him.
like a pathetic little freak? i dont need that shit on film
well. that doesn't go over how swiss imagined it. somehow he'd forgotten that he exclusively calls alpha nasty mean things, its just how they function, but he doesn't really see alpha like that anymore. but he cant backpedal out of this, not when alphas immediately in a hissy, hairtrigger reactive mood, but he says that they should meet up later so he can explain what he means, and alpha is huffy and nasty about it but he thinks about it all day, what the hell else swiss couldve meant by that. it never occurred to him that swiss might see him in a positive light
but uh. dont get it twisted. no matter how fond of alpha swiss gets, or how easy it gets for alpha to spill his guts to swiss, they're still teeth and blood and claws and it just means they know what cuts the deepest

So let’s imagine it’s Christmas morning, at the Rogers mansion. Daddy, grandma and grandpa are all sitting by the tree as little baby Rosie who’s about one or maybe two years old is kicking her feet on the ground playing with some wrapping paper and squeaking like little babies do. Omega sits quietly on the sofa, looking at them smiling, but her smile is bittersweet as the thought of her mom crosses her mind and a little furrow across her brows grows deeper the bigger the difference between Christmas with the Rogers looks and how Christmas at her place used to. Steve picks Rosie up on her feet and she’s kinda starting to stand a little on her own but then she waddles around and falls backwards and in that moment the shape of her giggling small body falling into Steve’s arms turns to the scrawny and petrified shaking shape of little Omega as she jumps aways in fear after the random drunken boyfriend her mom is hosting for Christmas yells at her, mocking her and asking her what she’s doing under the makeshift tree that she made outta the coat hanger and some old yarn. “Are you looking for presents, you stupid kid?” He laughs as he spits his venomous words, holding his stomach from how funny he thinks the fact that she think ANYONE would get her presents. He glares down at little Omega and yells in her face “NOBODY GIVES A SHIT ABOUT YOU, YOU LITTLE…” “OMEGA!” Steve’s face suddenly appears in her vision and she’s taken aback by his loud shouting but he’d been calling her for a minute now and she wasn’t answering.
Her teary eyes juggle between his confused cerulean ones and she gulps, swallowing away her tears before she gets up and grabs Rosie, excusing herself on the count that she needs a diaper change.
She almost runs to her nursery room and she crashes down on her knees, holding her baby in her arms and crying her eyes out as she rocks her back and forth. Rosie starts to cry and Omega holds her in her arms and shushes her to stop crying “i’ll never let anyone hurt you, flower. Never. Ever. Ever….”
Omega had this unbearable fear that has been plaguing her heart ever since she knew she had a baby growing in her belly, the fear of her child feeling a single ounce of the sadness she’s been feeling most of her life, before Steve, well… before Steve became a decent human being and a changed man. His shouting face just seconds ago flashes before her eyes again and she wonders if he’ll ever come back to his old ways, if he’ll ever yell at his baby the way her mom’s drunken shitty boyfriends used to yell at her, that’s when Steve walks into the nursery and slowly sits on his knees next to his weeping wife and child.
The rest in yours bestie cause i’m not good at wholesome, joyful moments. Forgive me, i’m feeling utterly sad and lonely and putting Omega through angsty shit kinda elevates that a bit 🤷♀️
The makeshift Christmas tree made out of a coat hanger and yarn made me cry 🥲🥲🥲🥺🥺🥺 POOR BABY OMEGA, she just wanted to be loved. All her life she just wanted to be loved🥲
I have nothing to add to this bestie, it’s perfect the way it is! I do think you’re inside my brain bc a few days ago I started writing a poyt drabble (more like a fic) which starts with a flashback to omega’s childhood! 🤧🤧🤧🤧 and you captured the vibe extremely well here!
But also I just wanted to add, idk if anyone noticed, but towards the end of poyt, Steve stopped calling her “omega” and usually just called her by a pet-name or her name. Bc he sees her as a person now, not just an omega. He does still call her omega but only during sex when they’re both feral and calling each other alpha and omega ORRR when he’s being strict with her and has to alpha command her! But never apart from that!

I am seriously obsessed with momma Dan and baby Lando!
Dan waking up and panicking because Lando isn't in the nest and then he remembers that he let a stranger alpha share a room with them and he thinks Max has stolen Lando and he goes running into the living room bit and Max is doing some tummy time? And he looks up at Dan with such a big grin and Dan is soooo gone.

Max is such a natural eith pups and he even does tummy time with little Lando😭 Max just laying on the floor opposite the little pup and rumbling to encourage lando and after a bit picking him up for cuddles and a break. Dan is so surprised watching and Max just grins so happily 😭
