You’re right, kind of. It doesn’t mean that the 3 other independent judges rulings, that found him to be a wife beater are overturned though. Just that these 7 people who had access to social media through the trial whilst there was a huge smear campaign going on against her ruled this way.

If you're talking about the Sun Trail in the UK and the appeals, the more I look into that trail the more of a sham I think it is. It was all hush-hush behind closed doors, they barely let Depp speak/provide evidence. and the initial judge has been found that her son works for TalkRadio (a sister company of The Sun, ya know, the people getting sued she ruled in favor of). Also the trail didn't "prove he was a wife-beater" it said that the Sun "was allowed to call him a wife-beater"

2. As for the jury and social media, neither of us can say they did or didn't check social media behind closed doors, we're not omnipotent. But allow me to argue that it doesn't really matter if they did or didn't, because of that smear campaign you're talking about? Guess who entered the entire thing into evidence and served it to the jury on a silver platter? Amber Heard. She literally presented the smear campaign and all the support for Johnny Depp and rage against herself to the jury in the court. So if they were affected by that, it's nobody's fault but her and her teams.

So I've been noticing a pattern when it comes to Amber Heard fans. When you ask a simple question. Something pretty nice or just pointing out the obvious and stating the facts. They get so spicy. But not spicy in a good way. Sort of spicy in, accidentally snorting up wasabi up your nose way. It's like a pattern. You ask a simple question, you tried to keep a level-headed debate and you watch them unravel. They'd throw in conspiracy theories and pull things out of the air and the craziest theories second only to "flat-earth" theories. The one thing I've noticed in all these patterns, they always fall into name calling. It's like, they can't have more than one conversation before they start falling into name-calling. It's sort of like a game. You always keep your cool. You just State the facts and you wait until they start calling you names and become toxic. Sometimes it's at 1 response, sometimes it's at 2. There is some that actually willing to hold on a long discussion and honestly, those are the ones that might sway me if they didn't start pulling information out of the air. I haven't met yet and Amber Heard fan who can go longer than three or four posts before either block me or succumbing to name-calling. Is something wrong with me? Should I make a better game? Anyway I hope I start feeling well soon. I think I'm having too much fun with this. It's almost at dictive. I'm always looking to see what other comments they said to me, and it's sort of gives me a Kick. I don't lose my cool and it's good practice in case anyone is going to get into Debate next semester.
