Sapphire Martini !
You’ll need:
30 ml of Gordon's The Original London Dry Gin,
15 ml of blue curacao,
15 ml of elderflower liqueur,
15 ml of lemon juice
Directions:
Place a martini glass in the freezer to chill (not more than 10 minutes or it might develop cracks).
Then in a cocktail shaker, add the gin, curacao, liqueur, lemon juice, and lots of ice, shaking vigorously for about 20 seconds.
Then strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
Voila!

#REVIEW BEBAAKEE #bebaakee If you want to see the Hindi version of the Dynasty, the sets, the opulence and the quality of the production of this show is a fair comparison. It has a Hum Saath Saath feel to it with two families living together in the same mansion in Simla, their scions being age old friends and media moguls ( Mohit Chauhan, Sameer Malhotra) which as unusual as it sounds, considering that they come from money, but what the hell. They have kebabs for breakfast, which for some reason shows how opulent their lives are (?) and are served food in silver platters with free-flowing wine (huh) served by livered valets. Suchitra Pillai is svelte, sophisticated and employs an ever ready personal assistant with a variety of juices who stands by her while she does her thang of painting her nails and yeses her head at everything that is said to her, whether she agrees with her or not. Kushal Tandon & Karan Jotwani run the businesses like no other business tycoons ever. I mean acquiring companies because their breaking news get stolen are great business decisions to make. The 10 episodes enduring 20 minutes each, this Muzammil Desai series has a lot of matters transpiring in rapid success in layering of the plots and the sub plots yet the build up takes time to happen so the real action is delayed and a bit late to the party. Bromance seems to be in season in the show yet there is a strange tension between the ladies of the house played by Suchitra Pillai, Ananya Bellos and Krittika Desai in pure soap opera style. The story flows through schemes of love, appreciation and resistance between the generations and an eventual love triangle between the young tycoons and their love for Shiv Jyoti in the picturesque backdrops of Simla. The scenes are intense and the chemistry between the leads is electric in those frames. The song “Intehaan” is almost perfect for the setting and the mood of dreamy romanticism. Debutant Shiv Jyoti leaves a good impression with her confidence on camera and is extremely appealing. Kushal Tandon excels in the ominous portrayal of his character as Karan, It is opulently set with enough romance, drama and thrills to engage.
