Cool Hawaiian Mocktail
1 serving
The Blue Curaçao syrup, which is heavier, is at the bottom of the glass with the pineapple coconut juice on the top.  The drink tastes great and people will enjoy looking at this drink too!
Ingredients:
1/8 cup Blue Curaçao non-alcoholic syrup
¼ teaspoon Orange Bitters
3/8 cup Pineapple Coconut Juice
Ice
Directions:
Place the Blue Curaçao non-alcoholic syrup in a cocktail glass.  Shake the Orange Bitters, Pineapple Coconut Juice and some ice cubes in a cocktail shaker for about half a minute.  Slowly pour and strain the juice and bitters over the back of a tablespoon into the cocktail glass making sure the contents don’t mix with the Blue Curaçao
Pour into a glass.  Enjoy!
Note:
Blue Curaao syrup has a higher specific gravity than the Pineapple Coconut juice.

Everywhere blue
Me: "So I had a big blue accident in the kitchen, so if you notice things look blue, smell blue, feel blue, or are stained blue, that was definitely me."
Spouse: "…. blue?"
Me: "Blue curacao. So, see, here's what happened."
So I'm pouring it into a shot glass, as one does. It reached the top. At this point, my brain fucking froze and rebooted, right there, and for at least another second it just overflowed the shot-glass and spilled out all over the counter and I was just... watching it.
It's on everything, the bottle, the counter, a nearby knife, and all over the oven mitt happily dying the fabric bits on the inside blue.
But like, alcohol, I want to drink it, not waste it. So the first thing I tried is a straw, directly on the counter. It's not deep enough for that kind of suction though so I tried to sweep it, with my hand, off the side of the counter into a large glass.
Obviously, now, there's Blue Curacao on the floor too. And on the shelves, and dripping down the sides. And my hand is blue. Also its on my shirt because why not. I am now officially part of a grade-school novel about love and loss.
Tumblr media
So now I'm trying to drink the stuff from multiple locations (I want it dammit!), keep the dogs drinking it off the floor (no steal my booze), and using at least a half a roll of paper towel to de-blue literally everything I could find.
I may be finding blue in there for years to come.
Folks, my brain restarted I don't know what to tell you 😅
