Can i ask you a question about Naruto?When did Madara awaken his sharingan? Many people say when he broke his friendship with Hashirama, but other people disagree. What do you think?

Madara awoke the Sharingan when he lost his best friend. He cut the ties with Hashirama and that is what awoke his Sharingan :)

People who deny it are just the "Anti Hashimada" lol. Those people are so mad that they deny even their friendship and it's really sad. Oh well.

From an out-of-story perspective, from Kishi's perspective, it would make no sense to write those words if Madara didn't awaken his Sharingan at that moment, because in such case Hashirama's words lose their meaning as the Sharingan wasn't awakened in response to him severing his bonds with Hashirama. Why would Madara keep the awakening of his Sharingan a secret from both his father and Izuna? Madara was a really proud guy lol

Madaras unfinished sentence was because he still didn't awaken the Sharingan, and he was mad about it.

This Madara's comment was more just about him being an Uchiha and being proud of his eyes. But if you don't awaken your Sharingan, you're not really an Uchiha (and he couldn't protect his brothers without it). The chapter 624 clarified that what he meant at the time was that the Sharingan was in store for him, rather than than currently in possession of.

This situation seemed to me too much similar to the one between Naruto and Sasuke at the VotE for being just a coincidence: also in that occurence, just like happened to Madara, Sasuke obtained an evolution of his Sharingan with the will to break the bond with the person more close to him in that moment of his life.

I recently stumbled upon the anti hashimada strand of your blog and while I respect your opinion I just cannot fathom how you can't see some of the OVERWHELMING homoeroticism in their story. I am not a fetishist nor a hard core shipper yet when I first got into naruto and reached their part of the story I kept thinking am I the only one seeing this? There are SO many hints there, you've spurred me on to write on the subject of anything.

To answer your question, please do explicitly indicate to me where this apparent “overwhelming homoeroticism” is with regards to Hashirama and Madara’s relationship, and I’ll very gladly explain to you why each instance is most definitely not an example of homosexual feelings between them, and in doing so, I’ll show you why all these hints you speak of don’t even remotely signify the existence of any romantic tension between them.

If you truly believe that there is an overwhelming amount of homoeroticism in their story, then I’m afraid you’re reading far too deeply into things.

There's this chick that made an anti fujoshi post speaking out against fujoshi when:

1.) She's one of the people I know of that has ships mostly from yaoi manga. (yes, I totally know who this hypocrite is)

2.) Has supporters that proudly call themselves fujoshi and are quite problematic and toxic in a multitude of fandoms for it. (as in they've actively harassed other shippers for shipping hetero pairings or other mlm ships that weren't theirs. Like the fact that I was called homophobic by an SNS shipper cos I said I didn't ship SNS, when I ship GaaNaru and HashiMada. Oh wait... I ship het and wlw ships too so I'm either a terf despite me defending trans rights irl in my country that's severely transphobic, or an evil hetero when I'm bisexual)

Sweetie, just stop. I've seen you here and you're literally the worst type of fujoshi I've seen. You're the type that those posts in the anti fujoshi tag actually talk about. hey there! yah, i do ship them, i think they’re a really Gr8 ship! i don’t really have any too strong opinions abt them i guess; i love their story and the dynamic between the two of them, i just wish things had ended differently between them and that hashi didn’t end up choosing to kill madara for konoha’s sake, even tho he could see how unfairly the uchiha had been treated and how that had effected mads and the choices he made. to me, sns will always be a stronger ship, just bc while nar wasn’t willing to let sasuke attack konoha, his alternative was to die with him rather than to be the man wh had killed him to save the village. i mean, nar explicitly says he doesn’t even want to be hokage if he can’t help sasuke (which was supposed to be his main goal at tht point), where to hashi it seemed that the village came before madara– even tho he knew they (and his own family!) had hurt his friend and caused a lot of his problems. idk idk, i’m not really trying to be too controversial w my opinion or come off as too anti-hm (bc i really do think it’s a Good ship!), and i realize not everything has to be a comparison to sns cgfnchnchfc. but yeah, those r just my feelings right now ig, i honestly haven’t really put toO much thought into it tho?? and if i read a real smart piece of meta i could easily change my mind scyjvhg;;; sorry sorry, i know that probably wasnt worth much to you haha x)
