Episode 26 already! I can’t believe we’re about halfway through... This episode seems to be end point for the current “arc,” or “mini arc,” maybe?? I’m not sorry to see it go but overall, this episode was pretty eh... Not bad, just kind of... I don’t get why we needed it. A fair few REALLY important things do happen! Those are awesome! I just think we could have got them in a more... interesting... way? xD Like, I didn’t hate watching it or anything, it just kind of felt like, with all the important stuff going on, shouldn’t there be more... oomph? (And I know we had a ton of oomph lately, it’s about time to wind down for a while... but then why pick now to spring certain things on us... anyway...)

So last week I’m pretty sure I vowed to violently murder someone in a back alley (or something like that) if we didn’t get to see the gang eat some FOOD this episode.

Well, looks like y’all are safe from me for now. Though I gotta say, I’m mildly concerned that they are eating Digi-eggs. Don’t those look like Digi-eggs? Other than the random very normal looking grapes...

Thank HEAVENS they are taking a BREAK.

Taichi uses his telescope to remark that Cloud Continent is not only a continent in the clouds, but it sure looks small from down here. Leomon admits he’s not really sure what’s going on anymore either xD

Leomon’s mainly weirded out by Patamon, who... I suppose just doesn’t fit the bill for what he expected the holy Digimon to be like :P lol

Ok so quick aside... I’m honestly kinda peeved that we’re still with Leomon’s silly group of clowns. I know that sounds harsh! And I love Leomon! But his army is... uh... well, he definitely made sure he’d be the coolest one around at all times xD It makes sense that he’d be hanging around because after all, getting to the Holy Digimon was one of his goals as well, but honestly he and his team just feel like replacement back-up for the other Chosen Children who are in the real world atm. AND FIZZ IS NOT INTO THAT. At this point I really do NOT understand why the kids had to split up and send some to the real world at all. I suppose it may be explained in the future but I also won’t be surprised if the answer is “It’s exactly like you saw, Devimon tried to separate them.” I would much rather have had the whole team together. I mean, if this was an excuse for Taichi and Yamato to get close... it really didn’t feel like that. At least not to a point where they couldn’t have gotten with the others around too.

Anyway, break time’s over, because there’s an actual monster fight going on. It must be cool to watch - the way Ebidramon shakes Seadramon reminds me of the T-rex vs stegosaurus battle in Fantasia xD But then Seadramon has the last laugh and EATS EBIDRAMON’S DATA, enabling it to evolve to WarSeadramon. That must have been an epic meal

Meanwhile in the real world, important things are happening, Koushirou’s using lots of Big Words with Kanji and Mimi is happy to get back at Jou for one-upping her last episode by correctly recognizing the roman letters this time. They are still sitting on the same bench where they’ve been for SIX episodes now. My butt hurts just thinking about it.

WarSeadramon decides Takeru and Patamon look like a yummy dessert after his meal, so he attacks them, only to be feigned off by our heroes. WarSeadramon gets pissy and says “Two on one is no fair! I have friends too!” and calls MetalSeadramon to join him. Apparently, MetalSeadramon can move on land :O This was one of the freakier things, I was actually like GAAH

Taichi tells Yamato to take Takeru somewhere safe. Since he is clearly very tasty to Seadramons. Yamato doesn’t bother arguing xD

Takeru: Hey! I’m your brother not a bag of beans!

However they are both cut off! Stuck between a rock and a hard place!

Meanwhile, Koushirou is literally a bad ass. He’s managing to reroute the rogue ships whose GPS have gone haywire by sending a signal from a second satellite, which the ships then pass on to the other ships.

Thus helping them get back on course and not collide with each other.

I mean this kid is in fourth grade. HOW HAS HE NOT BEEN SNAPPED UP BY THE GOVERNMENT AND TRAINED INTO SOME CHILD SUPER SPY???

no seriously... I’d actually kind of LOVE it if that were a thing x’D Like the government goes to Koushirou’s house and tries to get him to come but his parents are like “Um no he is a child and he needs a childhood” and protect him :’< When will this show realize WE ALL LOVE KOUSHIROU

so yeah Hikari is still here! Standing! Staring! Really creepy! I get that the others are very distracted atm but it seems like someone should be like “do you need help? are you lost? do you need a doctor since you seem to have gone catatonic??” Only Koushirou is actively doing anything, I think someone could be spared to at least let her sit on their lap!

Back in the digital world, Garurumon is so distracted by the fight happening in front of him that he fails to notice the attack from behind, and Professional Self-Sacrificing Idiots Taichi and Greymon save the day.

Under water, Greymon gets his assed kicked until Taichi manages to swim to him

which seems to give him renewed focus, I suppose, and he’s able to get away from the two Seadramon pals and get some air.

However they almost immediately drag him back down. You would think Greymon would be REALLY bad in a water battle and at least need to evolve to be any use (especially given that both evolved Seadramons are perfect levels), but both Greymon and Garurumon never evolve this episode, so I think we’re supposed to assume that even after eating they’re just not recovered enough for that yet. GOOD

Yeah but here’s what confuses me. Yamato does not do anything to help. Well, I shouldn’t say anything - whenever an enemy comes out of the water, he and Leomon’s team attack it from afar. But I mean, Taichi is in the water, being attacked by two Digimon who are both a level higher. WHY DOESN’T YAMATO GO IN TO HELP?!?!

We can’t even give him the excuse of needing to protect Takeru because 1) Takeru has Leomon’s entire team to protect him and 2) Takeru is fighting!!!!!!

I’m sorry but Yamato should be in the water. This is just crappy writing. He’s shouted “Taichi!” three times in the exact same way this episode and has very few other lines, so I actually sort of suspect that Namikawa Daisuke might not have been available to voice him this episode?? Maybe? So they just couldn’t give him too much to do for that reason. That’s totally speculation, I just don’t understand why Yamato does so little here.

Back with Koushirou, his plan has worked and all the ships are successfully changing course woot

They decide they really need to get back to the digital world now. They’re finally worried about Yamato and Taichi and figure they’ll be more useful over there. I really can’t think of a reason why Koushirou could not have saved all these ships from the digital world so YEAH HARD AGREE. What even was this interlude?? Show us how cool a hacker Koushirou is?? We already KNEW that, he can do it from the digital world too, and watching the kids sit on a bench for six episodes was NO GOOD. Grrr. At least I needed them to do something really cool to justify all this but... nope! Can’t say it was necessary for Taichi and Yamato’s sake either!

There is one awesome thing that comes out of the separation...

Hikari: Oh you want to go back to the digital world? Why didn’t you say so?

I kind of guessed this was gonna happen when Hikari first showed up, but I also sort of thought, it seems so early to have her join... I know this season is Doing It Different but we JUST got Takeru, I figured we’d spend more time on his story first. Also figured the lead in to Hikari joining would be more... Idk... this was just kind of anticlimactic, y’know? But whatev.

Now the only thing is... there’s no reason they had to go back to the human world for this. Hikari could have just come on her own. “It’s calling,” she says. Well, it could have called her regardless. So we really didn’t need this for Hikari’s sake. Bleh.

Ok so injuries really are a thing now. I’m down. We don’t get blood but we get to see lots of sparkly data leakage.

What I DO really like... that i think we saw this ep as well as the episode before last in particular, is how important the kids are to their partners this season. Greymon loses it when Taichi’s KO’d in the Devimon battle, and this time, when they were separated under water Greymon started to panic until Taichi arrived. That alone seemed to restore his confidence. And even though he can’t evolve further, Taichi’s still able to give him a power boost. That was the one thing in 99 Adventure - the idea that the partners were connected with their human partners and needed their help to reach the next level was always fun, but mostly left the kids just running around unhelpfully much of the time. Tamers added on to it with the card game boosts (which were just to sell toys to kids BUT I still thought was cool lol). And then Frontier just did away with the partners all together and made the kids the monsters which I did NOT like personally. (YMMV although that one ep where Takuya has a crisis and becomes Flamemon was a cool effect.) This season has found a good balance, I think, between keeping the kids involved and preventing them from being too involved, if that makes sense. Of course it still means they’ve got suction cups on their shoes and can hold their breath underwater for unusual lengths of time...

The whole gang is back!!! YAAAAAYYYY the one reason to love this episode!

So nice to see someone other than Greymon and Garurumon be a badass xP

And then this!! Anticlimactic though it was, I’m really excited to have Hikari on the team. She’s joining about halfway through which is kinda similar to how it was in 99 Adventure, but 99 Adventure had a much better lead in... however this season still has lots of storytelling to do.

Taichi is pretty amazed but not freaked, at least not yet.

Hikari’s just like “I was called here” and yes she’s as freaky as ever. If anything she’s even more freaky. I’m down as long as she gets a bit of personality beyond “mysterious” and “adores her brother”

I mean Takeru’s had plenty of opportunities to be a baby BAMF so far, so Hikari deserves some too. I wonder how long she’ll go without a partner?

Also... ooooohh??

The group will go to a new continent. Exciting exciting. Though I ragged on this episode, I’m still overall enjoying this season. But yeah I’m so GLAD the team is back together and unless something happens to change my mind, I def think they never should have been separated from the beginning. Or at least it should have been a much shorter separation. Anyway they’re together again so fingers crossed for more good stuff to come.

Now you've been asked what you do like about him what about the opposite what don't you like about goh?

Aw man, this is gonna hurt.

TL;DR - Goh’s a completely lovable character, but I have three particular issues with him that I feel could become worse if not taken care of properly.

First off, DISCLAIMERS!! To all my fellow Goh fans, please know that writing this, I do not mean any hatred to Goh in anyway. I LOVE Goh, and if you’ve seen literally ANY of my past anipoke posts, you would already know that. These are just issues I find with his character that I want to be changed for the best.

Now with that outta the way, here’s what I don’t like about Goh:

1. His iffy character development. While he’s doing fine in becoming more open to people and more willing to help Pokemon, his fighting skills are what I have trouble with it. Let’s go back to his first ever official battle.

It was at Hoenn’s Frontier Cup where he used Scorbunny and Scyther against a trainer’s Mightyena. Despite having a type advantage with Scyther, he lost horribly, which is completely understandable. He’s a beginner and doesn’t possess the same kind of street smarts and experience Ash and many other trainers have. Alright then, so maybe this will lead to a change in character of wanting to become better in battles by getting some training with Ash, who made quick work of that Mightyena trainer. Surely we’ll get some development over this topic after this episode!

He beats Saffron City’s Karate Master and scores a free Hitmonchan.

...Okaaaay, I mean, we’ve never seen the Karate Master in battle before, so perhaps it was just another fodder trainer the anime is filled of. I sure we’ll get some more Goh development after thi-

He easily defeats and captures a powerful Flygon.

.....Alright, alright, it was only a wild Pokemon. Everyone can beat those, right? Heck, in the next episode, he technically suffers a curbstomp loss against Kiawe and admits he only battles Ash every so often. Perhaps this loss will encourage Goh to train more with Ash so he could become a stronger trainer. I mean, despite his good luck with Pokeballs, he’s gonna need to be as strong as he can be for tougher mons, like Legendaries. I’m 100% sure we’ll get something out of thi-

He takes down a wild Zapdos and NEARLY captures it.

.........Uh, okie dokes, it wasn’t a successful capture, and who knows? Even though we have not seen him battle/train that much on-screen, maybe he just got a little lucky. Even in the games, it happens to the best of us. Perhaps this barely missed victory will finally give Goh the time to actually development more on-screen so that he could have a better chance agai-

He defeats Oleana’s Milotic, using his fire-type Raboot who only wanted to use a weak fire-type move.

..............Allllriiiiight, maybe Oleana just got a little cocky later on. Plus, Raboot finished Milotic by evolving in Cinderace and finishing it off with Pyro Ball. With this powerful evolution in hand, maybe Goh will finally realize that, in order for Cinderace to reach its greatest potential, he must start training for once and obtain some proper development for a chance against stronger threa-

Cinderace fights decently well against Mewtwo, even lasting longer than Pikachu and being on-par with the more trained Lucario.

....................At this point, I’m all out of excuses for him. Overall, Goh’s development as a trainer is very rushed to the point seeing him achieve numerous victories despite all odds being against his favor to be iffy.

2. Slightly touchy topic, but there are some negatives with his whole catching all Pokemon goal. So Goh wants to catch every single mon he can in order to reach up to Mew, as he said to Mewtwo in episode 46. And yes, this includes Legendaries as well. Unfortunately, this is where my issues with his goal starts. First off, where in the world will Goh keep any Legendary he encounters? Cerise’s glorified garden dome? Yeah, keep Dialga and Palkia, literal beings of space and time, inside a glass dome with a bunch of weaker mons. And speaking of which, wouldn’t catching mons like the Creation Trio or the Island Guardians cause quite the upset in, well, y’know, the natural balance of things? Sure, Goh technically hasn’t caught a single Legendary yet (Eternatus doesn’t count because it had to be sealed away), with how the anime is playing out, issues like this will surely rise throughout the series.

And yes, the anime is playing it out for Goh to indeed catch every single mon before reaching Mew. If you pay attention to the openings as well as many of Goh’s own character moments, such as episode 46, then you can easily see the signs telling us that Goh is bound to catch them all, just as Ash is bound on defeating Leon. In the past, pretty much all of Ash’s traveling companions had their own goals as well, but it’s usually because of those goals is why they leave Ash by the end of their journeys, like May and Dawn pursuing contests in other regions, Brock wanting to become a doctor, Iris wanting to find more Dragon types, Kiawe wanting to become an Island Kahuna etc. Because of that, it becomes up to the audience’s interpretation (and fanfics) on how they achieve their dreams and what challenges they could face throughout the way. With Goh, there will a lot more focus and emphasis placed on his goal, and while this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it’s too bad there aren’t really any stakes or obstacles in Goh’s journey!

Really now, another glaring issue with Goh’s goal is that he has NO trouble going through with it at all. From his very first fodder capture, all he has to do is get a good throw and then PING! Pokemon caught. Guess the thing of having to weaken a Pokemon first before capturing it has been retconned out of the anime forever. With that said, there’s absolutely no struggle for Goh to overcome in his journey, which kinda makes things boring. Where’s the challenge? Where are his rivals? Are there any doubts? Does he have any issue of having to catch and connect every single mon in existence? No, well then good for him I guess! Sad thing too is that he catches so many Pokemon with so much potential, but they then disappear completely after their debut.

Remember that free Hitmonchan he scored from Saffron’s Fighting Dojo who seemed completely willing to train with Riolu and Farfetch’d? Never seen again. That female Raichu who loves giving berries? Completely forgotten about. That Aerodactyl Goh resurrected and bonded with before catching? Thanos snapped. The Heracross Goh obtained from a trade at the cost of a second Pinsir he worked hard to find? Literally who?

3. And my biggest issue with Goh. The fact he’s somehow on the same scale as Ash.

Don’t believe me? Well, let’s go back to the ending of episode 46. After Mewtwo teleported him, Ash, Pikachu, Lucario, and Cinderace back home, Goh said this: “We’ve still got a long way to go.”

Excuse me, but WHAT?!?!?!

You BOTH got a long way to go, even though you both suffered a complete curbstomp from a mon that would probably even make the likes of Lance, Cynthia, and Leon comparable to Youngster Joey?!?! What the Distortion World?!?! Why is Goh and, by extension, the writers implying he and Ash are on even terms when it comes to being a trainer? Goh, as a reminder, you literally only began your trainer career 45 episodes ago!!

Alright, let’s talk about Ash for a second and what he’s been through since he started his trainer career. Ash started in Kanto, and while he really only fairly achieved three out of his eight badges (Brock and Misty’s were givens, Erika’s was a thank-you gift, Sabrina’s was all Haunter’s doing, and Jessie and James are complete jokes that no one should take seriously), he still partook in as many battles as he could against tough trainers while getting some pointers from the much more experienced Misty and Brock. After that, he went on to become a much more impressive trainer in later journeys. Instead of a full recap, I’ll just list two impressive things Ash has done in each region he’s journeyed through after losing in the Kanto League.

Orange Islands: Won his first official double battle with Pikachu and Charizard despite neither initially getting along at first and then defeated the Orange League champ, Drake.

Johto: Survived an entire forest of bloodthirsty Ursaring with his friends and defeated Gary’s Blastoise with his Charizard.

Hoenn: Helped stopped both Team Magma and Team Aqua’s elemental threats and reached Top 8 in the Hoenn League despite only two of his mons being fully evolved with one being a glass cannon bird.

Kanto again: Conquered the Battle Frontier and tied with May in his first ever contest.

Sinnoh: Helped protect a Riolu from the famed Hunter J and knocked out two of Tobias’ Legendary Pokemon.

Unova: Defeated Iris’ Dragonite twice (Charizard pretty much had the high ground in their fight) and helped protect Meloetta.

Kalos: Defeated four Mega Evolutions (Lucario, Abomasnow, Absol, and Sceptile) and was one of the main heroes against Lysandre.

Alola: Became an Ultra Guardian and conquered the Alola League.

And right now as of Journeys: Defeated Korinna’s Mienfoo and Mega Lucario with only Dragonite right after the two curbstomped Gengar and defeated Chairman Rose.

And this isn’t even scratching the surface, and yet, somehow, Ash is still on the same scale of Goh. This doesn’t make any logical sense, it completely negates Ash’s experience while over-wanking Goh’s, and it ruins any semblance of power scaling between the two. Logically, Ash should be leagues above Goh and the latter should always confide to Ash whenever he needs assistance or pointers, not “Oh, we both lost to a powerful legendary, guess that means we both have stuff to learn and we’re both beginners lul”. It’s like Deku and All Might both losing a villain that’s beyond both of their capabilities, and then Deku saying that they BOTH have much to learn afterwards! Does it make sense? HECK NO.

If they had to have Goh comment about their loss, why couldn’t he say something that would’ve made more sense? Maybe say something like “Wow, I can’t believe I lasted that long, honestly.” And then Ash would say, “Hey, you’re only getting better. And me and my team will always be there in case you need more training.” Have the two acknowledge the fact that even trainers like Leon wouldn’t fare any better than them against Mewtwo. Just absolutely anything that doesn’t completely ruin what we know of these characters to the point the two are considered equals, despite all the evidence saying otherwise.

Triple Frontier: Unwanted Job Chapter 6

The next installment is here you guys! I am thinking about making a Max Phillips story from Bloodsucking Bastards, but I would like to hear from you guys if I should. I have just been mulling over if I should do a Max Phillips story or not. Hope you all are doing okay and get ready for more domestic fluffy/protective Frankie! WARNINGS: Fluff, PTSD, Panic Attacks, Bad Dreams, Phone Stalking (I guess thats what it’s called), Nudity and Steamy Situation.

Frankie had to be dreaming that Cait was his, and that she was curled into his side with her head on his chest. She looked so beautiful as the sunshine danced across her face. He reached with his free hand to move some of the loose strands of hair out of her face. His breath hitched when she whined, and her eyes fluttered open. “Morning”, he whispered. “Morning handsome”, she yawned.

“So what are we going to do today?”, Frankie questioned. “Well I was thinking we could go for some breakfast at the diner in town”, Cait replied. Her eyes seemed to sparkle and Frankie knew he could never say no to her. “Okay let's do that then”, he beamed. She giggled and rolled onto her back where she stretched. Frankies mouth went dry when she arched her back because her shirt rode up slightly and he realized she wasn’t wearing a bra.

Then he almost died when she let out a little groan which had him twitching in his sweatpants. He quickly averted his eyes as she relaxed, and got up to get ready. She went into the bathroom and he started getting dressed. When Cait came out he was in his jeans holding a shirt barefoot. She bit her lip and her thighs clenched at the sight. Frankie smirked as he noticed the way she was checking him out.

Cait quickly got dressed while he was in the bathroom, and once he came out she already had water and his pain medication waiting for him. As he got his boots on she grabbed her purse and the truck keys. He frowned when she grabbed the keys, but his eyes lit up when she held them out for him to take. The truck ride was easy going until Cait’s phone alerted her to a text message.

“Are you going to answer that?”, he asked. “Nah. It’s probably Benny wanting to check up on us”, she laughed nervously. He smiled as he knew it was probably a text asking if they had fucked yet. “You know I know about the bet going on with our friends right”, Frankie told her. “What bet would that be”, she panicked. “The bet of wether we will have had sex before my stitches are out. Listen I am not doing this because of the bet. I really do like you and I want this to work”, he stated taking her hand with the one not holding the steering wheel.

“Same here. Our friends are pervs you know”, she sighed obviously relieved. “Well yeah they are, but if I recall you used to be a perv too when we were all in the same squad”, he joked. “We were young, and still somewhat immature”, she defended. He chuckled at that and when they reached the diner she automatically glued herself to his side. They chatted and ordered their food. “So what else did you have in mind for today?”, Frankie asked.

“Well I don’t know I was thinking of cleaning the house”, she laughed. “It’s not that dirty is it?”, he chuckled knowing damn well that the house needed a little tidying up. “No but it also could be a little bit less like mens barracks and more like a home”, she joked. “Hey I like my stuff the way it is”, he pouted. “Well I won’t change it that much”, she smiled. “Maybe I can start with the bedroom”, Cait grinned behind her coffee mug. “Oh what did you have in mind”, Frankie chuckled.

“I was thinking we could add some rings to the headboard or maybe a stripper pole at the end of the bed”, she joked. Frankie nearly choked on his coffee as he started imagining things he shouldn’t. “Frankie I’m joking. Unless you're into that kind of thing”, she laughed. Oh she was going to be the death of him as he imagined her hands tied to the headboard and her body arching like it had this morning.

He was about to respond when the waitress came back to take their order. They ordered their food, and the waitress smiled and winked at Frankie. Cait stiffened a little beside him, but he was completely clueless. She relaxed when she realized that he wasn’t even looking at the waitress as she walked away. He was fidgeting with his hat as she explained what she was going to work on when they got back to the house.

She realized Frankie wasn’t paying attention to her so she slipped her hand over his thigh and gave a slight squeeze. She swore he stopped breathing and when he looked at her she could see a gaze that made her rub her thighs together. “Are you okay?”, she asked. “Yeah I’m good”, he replied as he leaned closer to her. She gently reached up and pulled his hat from his head and he swooped down to capture her lips.

It wasn’t a long kiss, but she beamed when he pulled back to rest his forehead on hers. She was lost in his warm, chocolate eyes when the waitress came back with the food and cleared her throat. Frankie pulled back but didn’t take his eyes off Cait as she accepted the food being handed to them. The food was delicious and Cait felt a tingle run down her spine when Frankie groaned. “This is really good? Do you want to try some?”, he asked her.

“Sure”, she told him. Before she could grab her own fork he already had it on his and held it out for her to taste. She bit into what looked like a cheesy hashbrown casserole and she moaned. “That is so good”, she hummed. The rest of the breakfast was sharing some of the food, and a couple more alerts on her phone that she ignored. The waitress brought the check and Cait grabbed it first and chuckled at the apology written at the bottom for trying to flirt with Frankie.

She quickly paid much to the protest coming from Frankie about how he should have paid. They had gotten back to the house when her phone started ringing. She didn’t recognize the number, but answered it just in case it was June. “Hello?”, she answered. “Hi Cait it’s been a long time”, the voice on the other end said. She turned white as a sheet; that voice couldn't be. “You left me to die in that lake!”, the voice hissed.

She couldn’t move and Frankie noticed that she had stopped in the driveway. “Cait what's wrong?”, he asked. She didn’t answer; she seemed like there was something terribly wrong. “Just know I’ll be coming for you and you won’t have Will or Benny swooping in to save you this time”, the voice echoed. The phone call cut off and Frankie had grabbed her by the shoulders. She screamed and pulled away from him as she backed up against the truck as panic set in.

The tears started streaming down her face as Frankie slowly approached her. “Cait sweetheart what’s going on? Look at me breath in and out slowly”, he told her. Her eyes met his and he slowly pulled her into him when she collapsed into him. It took her several minutes to calm down and she started to come around. “It was him”, she sobbed into his chest. “Who was him?”, he questioned. “My ex that was him on the phone. I.. how….he was dead...I had to verify the body when...when he was pulled out of the lake”, she started to hyperventilate.

“You need to breathe. It was probably just a sick prank. Let's get you inside and we can talk about what they said when you're ready”, he told her, helping her into the house. She sat on the couch clinging to him as if she let go she would disappear. Frankie held her close as she tried to rationalize what was happening. Once she was calm she told him exactly what the voice that sounded like her dead ex said.

He let her explain the whole story about how her ex had been abusive and how he had tried to kill them both when he drove into the frozen lake. “It was just a sick prank”, he told her trying to calm her. Just then Frankie’s phone started ringing and he looked at Cait who nodded for him to go get it. He had been so distracted this morning that he hadn’t remembered to grab his phone. He noticed that it was Benny calling and he answered, but he wasn’t able to even ask hello. “Where is Cait!?”, he yelled through the phone.

“She is sitting on the couch in the living room why?”, Frankie questioned now on high alert. “I just got a call from an unknown number. It sounded like her douchebag ex saying that he was coming for her, and then not even a minute later Will called me saying the same thing. He told us this time we wouldn’t be there to save her. Fish something isn’t right we helped her identify his body”, Benny snarled. “Well it’s like I told her it’s probably just a sick prank, but I swear no one is going to hurt her while I’m still breathing”, he growled.

He was still on the phone with Benny when Cait let out a blood curdling scream. Frankie dropped his phone and ran into the living room where she sat wide eyed and panicked. “What happened”, he questioned. “He knows I’m here”, she shook as fresh tears took over. “What do you mean he knows you're here”, he pressed. She shakily pointed at her phone and when he picked it up his face fell. There were several pictures of her doing dishes in his kitchen, of her walking out to his truck, of her putting groceries away in his fridge, and one from last night when she was straddling his lap after the movie.

He was pulling her to him when her phone rang, and she clung to him as he answered. “Cait it’s Benny. Me and Will are on our way. I already called the others and Santiago is booking a flight right now”, Benny stated. “Benny its Fish”, Frankie announced. “Where’s Cait I heard her scream is she alright?”, he worriedly asked. “Yeah she is ok I’m with her right now. You were right about something weird's going on. She just got pictures sent to her phone of her here at my place”, he relayed. “Well we are on our way June is going to come along, and she said her father would stop by every day to check on everything. Once we get a flight we will be there”, Benny told him.

By the time that Benny had hung up Frankie was already pulling Cait towards the bedroom. He opened his dresser and pulled out a small .38 Smith & Wesson placing it in her hands. “I want you to take this with you whenever we go out until we figure out what is going on okay”, he told her. She nodded and placed it with her stuff on a chair in the bedroom, and Frankie pulled out a Sig Sauer .40 caliber handgun placing the holster on his belt. Then he racked a bullet into the chamber and holstered the weapon.

Frankie pulled her into his chest as she buried her face into him, and he placed his chin on the top of her head. He pulled her back slightly and cupped her face with his hands to make her look him in the eyes. “As long as I breathe I promise that no one is going to hurt you. Understand me”, he said sternly. She nodded and relaxed as he pulled her back to the couch to wait on the others to get there. He explained that Will, Benny and Santiago were on their way to try and help, but he left out that Benny and Will had received similar calls.

Cait was exhausted and had taken to curling into Frankie’s side as they watched a movie. The only time that they moved was so Frankie could make some sandwiches for their lunch. She barely ate and that worried him to no end, but he let it go with everything that was going on. It was getting late, and Cait was laying across the couch with her head in his lap. A knock sounded at the door and Frankie got up pulling the gun from its holster as he opened it. Santiago stood there and he let him in.

“I came as fast as I could. Is she alright?”, Santiago asked. “Yeah she has been pretty quiet since everything happened”, Frankie relayed dragging a hand down his face. “Look. Me and the boys will do everything we can to keep her safe”, Santiago stated. “We both appreciate it”, Frankie thanked him. “No problem Hermano”, Santiago shrugged. “Cait, Santi is here”, he called as he locked the door. There was a weak answer from her, but nothing more and that worried both of them.

When they came back in she had curled up into a ball in the spot Frankie had been sitting in. Santiago looked to Frankie and back at Cait as he went to put his things in the guest bedroom. “Will and Benny will be here soon. Do you want me to call in some take out?”, he asked. She looked up at him exhaustively and nodded. It was breaking his heart seeing her look so broken and defeated, but he stepped into the kitchen keeping an eye on her as he ordered the food.

He had ordered enough for everybody that was going to be there tonight, and came back to the couch where he took his seat. Cait automatically curling up and laying her head on his leg made him feel trusted. Santi joined them a couple minutes later, and sat down at the other end of the couch. Cait didn’t even seem to notice as Santi tossed a small blanket over her. Every once in a while she would go still, but would jolt as if she were waking up when her eyelids seemed too heavy. It wasn’t twenty minutes later that there was a knock on the door as Cait jumped out of her skin.

Frankie got up and answered the door only to find the delivery guy standing there. He quickly paid the man, and shut the door locking it back. He set the food down on the kitchen island, and before he could sort through the rest of it another knock sounded. He went to the door and opened it to find June, Will and Benny standing there. He let them in and Benny turned to Frankie then looked down to his holstered weapon and nodded.

“Where is she?”, Benny asked. “She is in the living room with Santi on the couch. I got take out. It just got here so help yourselves”, Frankie told them gesturing towards the food. Benny nodded but headed straight for the living room to find Cait with June in tow. Will looked at Frankie and noticed how tense he seemed. “How are you doin’ Frankie?”, Will asked. “I’m fine, I'm more worried about Cait. She has barely said anything or moved since the pics were sent to her phone”, Frankie sighed.

“We all handle stressful situations differently”, Will coached. “Yeah I know, but it’s like she is an empty shell now, and I don’t know what to do”, Frankie argued. “Just be there for her. Trust me she will come around. Remember that time Tom got shot, and she went all silent commando on us. This is basically the same thing she has to take time to process what's happening”, Will explained. “I guess you’re right. I just wish I could get a hold of this motherfucker”, he huffed.

Frankie started to divvy up the take out, and Will helped as much as he could. When Benny had entered the living room he felt angry at the sight in front of him. Cait huddled in a blanket on one end of the couch shaking like a leaf until she locked eyes with him. She then hid her face and he could tell she was sobbing into the blanket. He gently strode over sitting beside her, and pulling her into his side. “Cait we are all here for you. No one is going to hurt you”, he soothed, but her sobs came harder.

“He was dead. How is it him. I….I buried him. Why...is...this happening…to me”, she sobbed. “I don’t know, but we are going to figure this out. Do you want or need anything?”, Benny asked. “I want...Frankie”, she hiccuped. June wasted no time in hurrying to the kitchen. “Frankie, Cait is asking for you”, June told him. He didn’t even hesitate and made his way into the living room. “Here I can help where he left off”, June said, helping Will get everybody's food together.

Frankie knelt down in front of her, and she all but collapsed into him. He wrapped his arms around her holding her close as she tried to quiet her sobs. Sanit and Benny looked at each other and quietly got up to go into the kitchen. “Hermosa I’m here shhhhh”, he whispered. It took a minute for her to finally calm down, and once she had Frankie pulled her back slightly to wipe the tears away with his thumbs. He leaned in and kissed the top of her head as she nuzzled into him.

Benny and June brought Cait and Frankie’s food to them, but Cait didn’t even seem interested in eating. “You need to eat Novia”, Frankie pleaded. “I’m not hungry”, she whispered. “Please eat something for me”, he implored. She looked at him and his pout was what did her in as she took a couple bites of her take out. Once she had a couple bites she realized how hungry she was. When she was done eating she got up and quickly got in the shower, and then Frankie got in after her.

Santiago gave the guest bed up so June could have it, and Benny followed her to bed. Will was already pulling out his travel cot so Santiago took up position on the couch. Cait waited for Frankie to come out of the bathroom, and when he slid into the bed she clung to him. “Frankie promise you won’t leave me alone”, she whispered. “I won’t Novia get some sleep”, he whispered back. He gently stroked her hair, and it didn’t take long before she was asleep Frankie following soon after.

Cait’s eyes flew open as she heard a familiar song, and could feel the heat from the car's vents. She looked out and it was snowing. She feared what or who she would see sitting in the driver’s seat, but she turned anyway. It was her ex. His black hair as she remembered it, and his piercing blue eyes stared back at her. “You know I don’t like you hanging out with Will and Benny”, he growled. “I’m sorry”, she whimpered. “You know that Frankie guy won’t be able to protect you right”, he chuckled.

Wait this wasn’t the conversation they had had that night. Cait was reeling trying to figure out what was happening. “You know what. I think I’ll kill him in front of you slowly and make you watch”, he smiled wickedly. “Mason stop the car and let me out”, she snarled. “Oh no sweetheart I’m gonna finish what I meant to all those years ago”, he answered. She tried the door and the lock, but they wouldn’t budge. She quickly looked up as Mason stepped on the gas pedal to see the frozen lake.

She braced as the car went straight into the icy depths. The cold water hit her as it filled the car and Mason sat laughing maniacally in the driver's seat. She pushed and pushed on the door trying to get out, but it was too difficult. She waited until the car was completely filled with water and tried again this time the door opened. She swam for the surface just like she had all those years ago, but just as it had been then it was frozen over.

Then just when her vision started going black the ice above her gave way, and she was being pulled from the water. All of the sudden she was standing in the morgue where Benny and Will stood behind her. She looked at Benny and Will who both nodded as she turned and walked up to the table, and the body draped with a white sheet. “Are you sure you’re ready?”, the mortician asked.

Cait nodded and he pulled the sheet back, and she wasn’t prepared for what she saw. It wasn’t her ex laying on the cold metal table. The brown hair, mustache, scruffy beard and the aquiline nose gave it away immediately. Frankie lay there pale and his lips blue, and she couldn’t move or make a sound as she looked up. The mortician wasn’t there anymore neither were Benny and Will, and instead there stood Mason grinning at her. “YOU LET HIM DIE JUST LIKE YOU LET ME DIE!”, he yelled. That was when she let out a wailing scream of Frankie’s name.

Cait sat straight up and she could hear screaming, but didn’t realize it was coming from her own mouth. Frankie jolted awake beside her, and he started to call her name as he pulled her to him. “Cait it’s okay, it's okay. Breathe novia breathe. I’m here. I’m here”, he told her. Just then Benny, Will and Santiago flung the door open with their weapons drawn and sweeping the room. When their eyes landed on Cait wrapped in Frankie’s arms and he mouthed “bad dream” they quietly filed out of the room.

It took her several minutes to calm down, and Frankie just held her as she did. When she was calm he handed her a glass of water, and brushed more tears from rolling down her face. “Do you want to talk about it”, Frankie said. Cait sat for a moment, but explained her dream to him as fresh tears rolled down her face. “Frankie I love you, and I don’t want to lose you”, she cried. “Oh Cait I love you too, and like I told you earlier I’m not going anywhere”, he told her.

He pulled some pillows behind him and leaned back against the headboard, and he pulled her to him. She pulled back a little to straddle him, and leaned in to capture his lips. He brought his hands up to cup her face as she started kissing him a little rougher. Then she bit his bottom lip and moaned. He groaned when she did it a second time, and she grinned. Her eyes were hooded and he stopped her. “Maybe we shouldn't. You have had a rough day, and I don’t want to take advantage”, he explained.

“No I want this”, she told him. She pulled on his shirt and he helped her as she tossed it onto the floor. She then reached for her shirt and he put his hands on her hips as she pulled it off and tossed it with his shirt. “I think Tom is going to lose his bet”, she laughed. “Yeah I think he is too”, Frankie snorted. He took in her naked form as her hands came up to cup her bare breasts. He rolled his hips and she gasped as she could feel his hardening cock under her.

Pokedex Holders reunion! Blazing Battle zone

The fancomic I drew (and dropped) 4 years ago. You can read it here (you won’t understand the texts tho hm).

I decided to write down its summary, for reasons:

- I like this story

- The comic hasn’t finished yet

- The original comic is in Vietnamese so no one will understand

Ready? Here it is, the first part, which is basically the comic.

The story started when Red arrived at Viridian gym to meet Green and Yellow. He had just finished challenging Hoenn Battle Frontier and decided to challenge Sinnoh Battle Zone next.

Red suggested Green and Yellow going with him, as a vacation. Then Blue appeared with Johto Trio (as she had returned from Johto), so they were invited too.

Next day, they got on SS.Anne to go to Sinnoh. The captain is Elritch (DP arc’s sailor), who happened to be a friend of Yellow’s uncle. Gold discussed with Crys about which Sinnoh cuisine he should try first – Twinleaf rice or Eterna Old Gateau while Yellow noticed that there was a school of Tentacool following the ship. Then, a giant Tentacruel appeared, attacked them and captured Yellow. Crys tried to catch it but failed

I made a mistake that I let Gold used Flame Wheel to attack it on the sea. My readers kept talking about it, what a shame. Sorry Gold I’m sorry.

They managed to defeat the Tentacruel with Pika family’s Thunderbolt. Crys then noticed that the Tentacruel must be owned by someone, and wondered who did it, and why.

For reasons, the team arrived in Sunnyshore and then move to Hearthome for sightseeing before actual going to Battle Zone. They met Hoenn team there, in which Ruby was decorating Ruru for Contest and Sapphire was forced to put on a dress. The dexholders tried to find her a nice hat and it annoyed her.

Later, they went to eat and had a talk. It was revealed that Hoenn team was on their way to Battle Zone too, because some trouble happened in Hoenn. In Mossdeep space center, somebody attacked and stole the meteorite – the hibernating Jirachi. The thefts left a pokéball which had the symbol of Battle Zone’s Battle Factory so Hoenn dexholders were assigned to go there to invest.

Therefor, 10 dexholders decided to go together.

Next day at Battle Frontier, Green dropped his pokedex when being stuck in a crowd. Meanwhile, a random Whimsicott played prank and stole Ruby’s poffin case (Ruby was like “So cuteeeeee” yeah). They split to find the pokedex. Gold flirted a young missy and was attacked by her guardsfriends. Apparently, they were Sinnoh trio. They had a fight, which was interrupted by the rest. That was how the children met their seniors, though they didn’t know the others were pokedex holders.

Pearl showed them the way to lost and found center to find Green’s thing, where they could also find the Whimsicott’s trainer. Platinum decided to follow them because she wanted to know more about the Unova pokémon (which she had never seen before).

Obviously, when Green got his pokedex back, all the pokedex rang at the same time. I really like this moment lmao

Though, the woman at the center seemed to know them. She introduced herself : “My name is Soul. I will need your help later”

Upon realizing they were sempai and kouhai, they quickly befriended (Platinum stared at Gold and was like “But how could a person like that..”). It’s revealed that the trio often visited Survival Area and rested at Platinum’s villa in Resort Area. The girl then invited everyone to stay at her villa too.

All the minor stuffs aside… As the villa had 3 sleeping rooms, they had to seperate into 3 groups based on their starter’s type. Crystal told Yellow to stay in Grass room as she didn’t want to be the only girl in the group of three boys. (Sapphire: “The only girl with three boys? How about me???”)

Here are what happened in each room:

- Grass room: Not much things happened, but Yellow felt like she was calling by somemon in Dia’s pokeball (Regigigas)

- Fire room: Sapphire refused to share the only bed with the rest and decided to sleep on a tree. Then, they talked about Infernape and Blaziken’s type, wondering which one was stronger, which lead to a fight between Sapphire and Pearl. Green put it off with Charizard and Gold suggested everyone playing cards together.

- Water room: Platinum, Blue and Silver had a discussion about trading and evolution. Ruby felt being left out and decided to decorate others’ pokémon. The three got mad and knocked him out.

Then, they had dinner except Ruby who was staying in the room, being knocked out. He woke up and saw a pillar of light from Stark Mountain. Some other people saw it too.. Especially Soul, who said “I have to hurry, before this whole battle zone got drown into fire”

Next day, they split up again for their own plans. Red, Green, Sapphire, Diamond and Pearl went to Battle Tower. Crystal and Emerald went to catch Pokémon. Ruby, Platinum, Blue and Silver went to Battle Factory to meet Thorton.

At Battle Factory, Thorton told them that no renting pokémon was stolen, but instead someone had invaded and stolen empty pokéballs, months ago.

After that, Ruby went to challenge Battle Hall.

Meanwhile, Red was challenging Battle Tower while Green and Sapphire got frustrated because only one person was allowed to do the challenge. They met Palmer and he told them to visit Survival Area before exploring Battle Frontier.

Gold and Platinum seemed to get along since both of them got interested in Battle Arcade

At Battle Ground, Survival Area, they met Buck, Marley, Cheryl, Mira and Riley. Soul later appeared too.

Red suggested a tournament for all the dexholders. Soul, and Cynthia, Steven, who appeared later joined with them.
