now to be clear i am in favor of reclaiming "insane". i myself deliberately do not identify with psychiatric diagnoses and instead call myself insane & crazy. but this is a character who Deliberately Disidentifies with the terms "insane" and "crazy", bc of how they are Used Against Him Due To His Experiences, and who specifically uses the word "sick" for himself and his experiences instead. WoG on how he identifies is that he sees himself as "suffering intense paranoia and delusions". and most of the fics in Insane Wilbur Soot...aren't abt "in this fic wilbur identifies as insane". they're abt "in this fic wilbur is an Evil Villain with no interiority beyond being a creep and/or chaos slasher joker archetype". it's fucking disgraceful. do better.

#cwilbur is psychotic. there are 70k works on ao3 abt wilbur soot. now granted some of them are abt the cc or abt other smps #but even given that. come the fuck on. there is no reason for there to be /9 works/ out of 70k. one thing about the recent allegations specifically against george i don’t know if i should say but i kind of wish / hope we would / will get some kind of comment from CCs who have been closer with him (at least in the past) on the situation. this whole thing is a lot more cut and dry than the allegations against dream were and while i think it’s absolutely callous to believe not making a statement = support i also think all of the allegations against different creators recently show that even people you wouldn’t think would tolerate or perpetuate abusive behavior can be completely different behind the scenes

i wonder how ppl who meet bbh irl feel. like why do they never say anything abt it im starting to think when they walk up to him for a picture he starts speaking back only in riddles and they have to solve his riddles to get a picture with him. and then once they do he tells them they cant speak of the experience at all to anyone ever. hes such a riddle lover guy idk i feel like he'd do that. i’m sorry to bring down the vibes during the sam bucket stream and i know i don’t usually do cc crit but it is in fact incredibly unprofessional to show up to your job over an hour and ten minutes late after having rescheduled several times over the past week after having rescheduled several times over the past four months & i’m tired of the “oh take all the time you need! we don’t mind waiting!” when talking about Professionals who do this For A Living and who are in fact Quite Rich Because Of It. thousands of people have been waiting for you for over an hour. this isn’t just bbh, it’s such an omnipresent problem--wilbur showing up late to his finale, the dsmp Season Finale being “two weeks from now” over two weeks ago, ranboo last year saying that his character’s death was going to kickstart a bunch of his lore, every time tommy has promised a return to daily/weekly dsmp streams, karl’s promises of more tales soon which was over half a year ago now.... i know multiple people who have missed events or skipped meals to wait for streams that ended up being hours or days late. flakiness is whatever when it’s something someone does for fun but this is in fact Their Jobs? "either show up on time or cancel significantly in advance to something you do Once A Month Or Less, when thousands of people are waiting on you” is not actually an unreasonable expectation. i’m... actually really frustrated about this.
