I don't make a habit of reading longer fics because I get migraines and once I'm invested I can't bring myself to put them down. even if you're like me and don't read long fics, i encourage you to give these a try if they interest you. these are the longest ones I have bookmarked and I hope you enjoy them as much as I have ❤️

Be Nice To Me by standinginanicedress (Anything from this author is always a good read, and amazing. This fic, let me tell you, made me feel all the emotions. One of them being frustrated by Stiles and just wanting to shake him, and then wanting to hug Derek and tell him that he’s in love with an idiot.) 10/10 would recommend.
Pay Attention To The Accident by @eneiryu (You best believe my notifications are on for this author. Their fics are always amazing. This fic is only one chapter in and I’m already obsessed. I’m also very nervous to see how this story plays out. I’m stressed for my son!).
There Are No Wolves In California by @isthatbloodonhisshirt (This is another author where anything they write is guaranteed to be a good read, and amazing. Shifted Derek, and a protective pack, YES PLEASE.) 10/10 would recommend.
Marry Me by JustJim (This fic is only a few chapters in, but i’m so intrigued and invested by the story.) 10/10 would recommend.

Hello, this is your Steter Secret Santa! Obviously I haven’t started yet but I have a few ideas already that means I need to know how you feel about Scott? And I guess the other main pack members too just in case (Derek, Erica, Isaac, Boyd, Allison, Lydia, Kira, Malia, Liam). Also the parents (Sheriff, Chris, Melissa, Deaton). Just whether you love them, hate them, or you’re okay with making them pack but just as okay with throwing them under the bus. Thank you!
Hi Secret Santa! I'm so exited to see what your ideas come to!! I am ambivalent about Scott. I don't mind him in fic, but I generally don't read fic where he is the central character. But I have read good Scott and bad Scott and everything in between. I love the rest of the supporting characters but have particular fondess for the og pack (Isaac, Erica, and Boyd) and Kira. I'm the least invested in Liam out of the people on this list. The parents are great, not a huge fan of Canon Deaton, but I'm always interested to see how people use him in fandom.
So TLDR; there's no one from this list I hate, and you can do with them as you will! Hope that helps!

Any advices on how to run multiple blogs? I feel like everytime I check your blog, you're running another new event/bingo/challenge blogs ahahahaha. What about if you're feeling burned out about a particular fandom/event or simply not interested anymore? Thanks in advance!
Lol well it's not like they all need attention 24/7. Like if the side blog is just for your writing/art/other personal use, then you can post as much or as little as you want. I have one main writing sideblog and one one main Teen Wolf/Steter-specific sideblog (and several other ones that see even less traffic), and for all of them, I just come and go from them when I stumble on something I want to reblog or have something to post. Otherwise, I don't really pay them much mind when my muse isn't particularly focused on the related fandom.
As for sideblogs for challenges, those don't require that much work either. I mean when you first set them up, it's really tedious and a lot of virtual legwork, but once it's set up, for stuff like bingo challenges, I just have to pay attention to them when someone sends in a request for a card, and that doesn't take too long, nor does it require me to be particularly invested in that event in that moment. I am admittedly running a bit behind in reblogging posted works onto the blog for fandombingo but that's mostly because I'm busy and/or too lazy. I also give myself a week's turnaround when I have to create a bingo card for someone, so it's not like I have to force myself if I don't feel like doing it that very day.
And for UraIchi events, those just take place twice a year, and there's some prep work for each event that I have to do, but again, it doesn't take up too much time.
It seems like a lot of blogs, it is a lot of blogs, but for me at least, they don't require constant attention or upkeep. If you're looking to create sideblogs, maybe just start out with one or two and see how it works out for you, and then just add more as you like if you think it's doable.

I have 38 works so far.
2) What’s your total AO3 word count?

3) How many fandoms have you written for, and what are they?
I've only written for Teen Wolf at the moment (except for my little dabble in Gotham which I deleted everything for), but I've recently started reading fics from a few others, so we'll see if I end up writing anything for them too.

I don't think I've written anything with an angsty ending yet? I want to, though! I have WIPs, lol.

Most of my fics have happy endings (if not all), but I would say Under The Mistletoe is probably the happiest of my happy endings.
7) Do you write crossovers? If so, what is the craziest one you’ve written?
Not yet. I am planning a few Stiles/Loki fics, but I wouldn’t say they are particularly crazy.
8) Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
Ha, yes, I write smut. All kinds, really. I will write anything; the spicier, the better.
9) Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
Always. Well, I will always try to respond to every comment I get. If I've missed one or two, it's genuinely a mistake. I'd never intentionally ignore a comment.
10) Have you ever received hate on a fic?
Yes. I received quite a hateful comment on one of my Sterek fics. I haven't had any more since then, though. Thankfully.

Not that I know of?

Nope, but I'd love it if it ever happened.

Yes, I have! @yogi-bogey-box and I co-wrote A Monstrous Love.
14) What’s your all-time favorite ship?
Steter. I think it will always be my favourite, or at least, will always hold a special place in my heart. I am really invested in Barduil at the moment, though, and I think the only thing stopping it from being my favourite is that there's not many fics out there for the ship—and not many new ones coming in. Crying shame. But yeah, Steter. I just love Peter Hale so damn much.
15) What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?
I have to pick only one? 'Cause I have a few WIPs in my folder that are bare ideas or full on outlines, but part of me thinks I'll never actually get around to writing them.
I am an absolute sucker for Medieval AU's—or anything Historical really—and I have a few ideas mulling around for those sorts of settings. One is King Peter, another is Fae Lord Stiles, another is a Jane Eyre mash-up, another is Stiles as the King's Assassin, another is a plain old Regency Romance, and so many others... I'd probably be here all day listing them off.
I don't know why they'll never be written, I just feel like they would take a lot of time to perfect, and I just don't have that time. But. The ideas are there, and they are never being deleted, so maybe one day.
16) What are your writing strengths?
Er... dialogue, maybe? I'm not sure. Or like... coming up with ideas? Can that be classed as a strength? I feel like I have some pretty good ideas for fics; I just don't write them, lol.
17) What are your writing weaknesses?
Anything to do with punctuation or tenses. Honestly, as I said above, I may have a decent imagination, but the technical stuff just stumps me. If I could just sit and tell someone my ideas and roughly what I want written down (the feelings and all that business), that would be ideal, then they can do all the grammar and spelling nonsense.
18) What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?
I've never tried it, BUT I probably will in the future 'cause I do have a few fics that will require another language. Tbh. For me, since I'm not fluent in any other language except English, I would never try to take on full sentences or whatever unless I knew someone who could confidently speak that language and could help me. I don’t mind using a few words here and there, but anything more, I'd need to do so much research first lest I end up looking like a tit.
19) What was the first fandom you wrote for?
Gotham, but I deleted everything I wrote for it and turned them into Teen Wolf.
20) What’s your favourite fic you’ve written?
Probably Treasure. It has everything I love in it, and I think it's a good mix of hot and silly.

I’ve never said that if Scott isn’t the main character in the story, than it’s racist / You literally threw a tantrum and harassed user allirica just because they refused to make their Stiles centric story all about Scott like you wanted the other month. Not to mention all the hate and death threats you've bee leaving on every single non Scott centric fics (especially Sterek and Steter fics, of course, because you are bitter and unhealthily obsessed like that) for years now
I've never left death threats or hate on a story in my entire life. I challenge anyone to find one and place it right here, on this post. I'm sure that thisdiscontentedwinter could easily find one and put it on this post. They certainly read my posts close enough and go through my stories. If I've left a death threat or hate on a story, then by all means, add a sample to this post.
Like Stiles, I am not afraid.
And, my friend, you should really be more careful with your exaggerations. You are saying I've left negative comments on "every single non-Scott-centric story?" To quote the production itself, are you sure about that?
I haven't left comments on this one, on this one, on this one, on this one, on this one, on this one, on this one, on this one, on this one, on this one, on this one, OR on this one. These twelve were all from last month, and I could keep on going, but everyone gets the point. If I'm leaving negative comments on all non-Scott-centric fiction, especially the Sterek and Steter stories, I have a tremendous backlog to get through. /sarcasm
Contrary to your hyperbole, I've left perhaps three to four dozen negative comments on stories over the past six years. Most of them have been deleted by the author, but I'm sure you can find some if you dig hard enough.
After all you found the quote I left on Allirica's story. Let's talk about that. I left a quote expressing my frustration on the lack of development of Scott's character; I will admit that completely. I shall now talk about why.
The work I left on is a series with seven works in it, totally, last time I checked, approximately 545,000 words. That's a lot. That's around 40,000 words less than War and Peace by Tolstoy, and 30,000 words less than The Lord of the Rings (including The Hobbit) by Tolkien. That's more than 2.5 times the size of Moby Dick by Melville. It's a hefty work for which user allirica should be rightly proud.
However, I did express my frustration at the shallowness of Scott's character. The two main characters in her story are Stiles and Allison, who are SHIELD agents. They both, on multiple occasions, have expressed how important their relationship with Scott is. Stiles has talked about how much he values Scott's support and Allison mentions her break-up with him consistently when talking about her present love life.
I never said I wanted Scott to be the main character, but I did feel that she had reduced him to a one-dimensional source of automatic forgiveness. I believe I said "all the depth of an animatronic plushie." Scott as he is written has absolutely no emotional drives of his own, no wants and needs, simply existing to offer unconditional support to Stiles and Allison.
I wouldn't have a problem with it if it was a 3000-work one shot. Not every character can be explored. But this is half-a-million words over seven works, in which I have invested significant time reading. I really believe that it's not very skilled to indicate through words and actions that a relationship is important to the main characters and yet to give the other side of the relationship so little development that he could be replaced with an teacup yorkie.
There's an incident where Stiles is injured in a battle and disappears off the grid for months, allowing his family and friends no knowledge of his condition of whereabouts. When Scott and Stiles reunite, Scott's emotional reaction to this is given a paragraph, and then he's completely fine with it. Scott, in this work, exists simply to validate Stiles's existence and choices. Again, were this a 5k auction fic, I wouldn't comment, but it's 100 times as long.
I considered it bad writing and as a fan of the character and as someone who had spent hours and hours and hours reading this -- which I enjoyed by the way and I told user allirica that; in fact, I recommend you read it -- I felt the need to let them know my feelings in a comment, which is what the comment function happens to be for.
You know, much like the reblog and anon comment functions work on tumblr.

Beta Reader Request, Again!
So, I’m interesting in getting another Beta reader, in addition to the lovely one I already have. I just have so much backlog, you’ve no idea, and it’s a lot for just one Beta to get through, so I figured adding to the ranks would be useful.
Forewarning: As of right now, any new Beta I get would not be working on the “A New Perspective” series.
This post might look familiar, but that’s bc my needs are pretty much the same as before.
Because I’m a broke ass fan, there would be no pay, unless you consider getting to read loads of sterek fic before it’s been published a payment? Of course, whoever Betas my work would automatically be named on AO3 where I post it, along with a link to their tumblr or AO3 account for credit.
What I’m looking for:
Someone with a strong understanding of the English language, grammar, and vocabulary, along with previous history with creative writing (not a degree or anything, don’t worry)
An in-depth reading of my fics, including understanding of characters and atmosphere, rather than just an overview opinion. (I’d like to know why you like something, rather than just that you like it)
Someone with Patience, because I have MDD(Major Depressive Disorder) and often can’t bring myself to write for extended periods of time. I’ve also got ADHD, so my thoughts are pretty scrambled and I might message you to let you know I wrote 14k in one day...
Someone compassionate: I’m not looking for someone to drag me, I want someone who can offer a new perspective respectfully and kindly
Someone is willing to listen/help when I need to vent about the show or a plot point that’s screwing me over. Oftentimes I just need to bounce thoughts off someone or walk through it like those programmers who talk to ducks. I need a ducky.
Someone flexible, who can give me a break in the grammar department with plot specific things/dialogue/things that are colloquial even if they aren’t technically correct, while still nudging me toward a cleaner, clearer path so my readers don’t stumble over my mistakes.
Someone who has a strong understanding of Teen Wolf, having seen most-if not all-of the show (I’ve only seen up to season 4, I think? But i know all the main plotlines, etc).
Someone willing to put in the time. Of course I don’t expect constant access, but having a chance to work through certain scenes with my Beta at my side would be nice, and getting a response to the most recent chapter or section in a timely manner is important to me.
Someone Open Minded. I write ace characters and demisexual characters and polyamoric characters, and of course bisexual and homosexual characters. I’ve yet to write a trans character, but who knows? I need a Beta who is as accepting of these things as I am.
Someone as passionate about Sterek as I am. Being my Beta means reading a LOT of Sterek, and if you’re easily burnt out this might not be the work for you. Also, I truly do consider this writing my Work, so I need a Beta who is willing to do the work because that’s what it is. If you don’t think you’ll stay interested in my fics and can’t go through with it, then again, probably not the work for you.
What my Work is like:
If you’re following me then there’s a good chance that you’ve read one of my fics on AO3 before, but you should know what you’re getting into.
I work in AU’s a lot, so be prepared to read fic that is in a completely different setting than usual. Rewriting Canon, borrowing storylines from movies and shows and fitting the sterek world into it. I write happy endings, and pining, and healing and growth and found-families. I am extremely unlikely to write anything with a sad or ambiguous ending, anything with cheating, abusive sterek relationships, etc. I don’t write a lot of angst, but I do write often about depression (not suicidal), anxiety, self-esteem issues, and bad friends.
Most of my works are long, like at least 20k long. For example, season 2 of my rewrite is about 170k. This means they’re a big investment. Something to think about. My fics are usually less of a snack and more of a buffet.
How this would go:
I’d like to start a potential Beta reader off slow by having you edit a sample doc I’ve put together, so I can learn what kind of a Beta job you’re able to offer and whether it’s compatible with what I’m looking for.
I can’t promise that if I send you the doc, I will automatically want to continue working with you. I’m looking for someone to work with long-term, but that means that we’ll really need to click writing-wise. Hence the insanely long post detailing what kind of person I’m looking for.
As for a Beta/Writer relationship, I like getting to know my Betas, but my work is what’s most important to me. While it would be nice to be friends, I don’t want to lose the point of my being a writer and you being a Beta, it’s a work partnership that I am unwilling to damage because of a friendship that’s become too close to see clearly. I don’t want to feel guilty asking you to look something over, or accidentally bog you down with my personal life.
Warnings:
As stated before, I have MDD and there may be long periods of time where I’m unable to get a lot of writing done
I’ve got over a dozen unfinished fics that I’m currently working on and I bounce between them until I find something that catches my eye long enough to write more of it. This would mean either bouncing with me, or having to wait a very long time for the one fic you’re working on to be finished.
I do write Explicit fics and fics which may contain certain triggers for people, if there are specific things you’re uncomfortable working with, I would need to know Beforehand. I wouldn’t want to expose a Beta to something they’re uncomfortable with. If something you don’t like to read is common in my writing, a Beta partnership probably won’t work.
As with any show, there are characters I care a lot Less for than others might. I’m really not a Scott fan, though I do have some fics where he’s either redeemable or a good friend/guy. I also don’t ship some of the other common ships (Steter, theo/stiles, etc.).
I know that this is a lot, and it’s probably daunting to look at. Trust me, it’s pretty daunting for me. But I want to try and lessen the load on my current Beta and hopefully meet another Beta that I can work with for a long time. As before, I’m not able to provide any Beta work in return for help on my fics. Please do not offer your services if you’re expecting Beta stuff in return, because I can’t provide what you need.

When Stiles sees his boyfriend on a date he knows, that like, he should be upset. Jealous? Something? Rather, he’s quite amused. Because it’s at a diner he frequents after Tuesday class. And it’s a Tuesday. After class. But he knows his wolf. Knows how Peter mind works. He knows this is his sick and twisted way of telling Stiles he loves him.
