we as a fandom have to bow down at doris egan’s feet. we have to grovel and praise her work on this show. doris egan wrote son of a coma guy, don’t ever change, HOUSE’S HEAD, WILSON’S HEART, BIRTHMARKS, THE SOCIAL CONTRACT, BOTH SIDES NOW??? HELLO WHAT??? idk how you live your life knowing that you wrote and helped write some of the greatest house episodes of all time, and the greatest hilson episodes of all time, and don’t shout it from the goddamn rooftops. i know i would. i bet she sleeps so good at night. what is her secret? HOW DO YOU DO THAT? i need to know. praise doris egan.
in 3x07 “son of coma guy” i DEFINITELY think coma guy thought wilson and house were together. in the car they were bickering like an old married couple and then “maybe i don’t want to push this until it breaks” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? dude was probably like ‘i can’t believe i decided to spend my one day awake with gays with relationship problems’
when he asked house if he’d ever been in love and he didn’t say wilson he probably thought it was because of their fight
INSANE that I recognized an actor not from his numerous tv shows and movies (many of which I’ve seen) but because he was the vegetative state guy who had to deal with house and wilson’s marriage spat during his last day of living
I know everyone likes the "Fenton parents are dead/evil" route to drive Danny to Gotham, but I propose: "the Fenton parents have to send Danny away to keep him safe/cut off contact (since they're technically contracted to the government and the GIW is the definition of shady and spies)"
Fellas, is it gay to hear your best friend say that you could push your friendship until it breaks by continuing to commit illegal acts so when you go on to a commit another illegal act you tell him to leave the room because "I don't wanna push this till it breaks"?
(House, MD; season 3, episode 7, "Son of Coma Guy;" about 8 minutes left in the episode)
