There is not a post canon that I currently see Ome remaining with the Society long after game. As soon as it finds out about the whole gith egg thing, regardless if it was actually performed in that version or not, the fact it was even potentially a thing would be a point of heavy contention for it. If the other members are in disagreement of it, fine it accepts that and would stay- but if the plan to take a child and mentally and arguably physically abuse it with magic to prove some unnecessary study of "nature vs nurture" is one that is accepted by others, that would cause Omes disagreement with the Societies vision and goals to the point of splitting.
