We’re going to a friend’s house for dinner and I decided to make a berry-flavored tiramisu (the ladyfingers are soaked in berry juice, and there are layers of mixed berries between them and vanilla mousse). It looks *delicious* and I am very proud of it because while it’s not the most elaborate desert I’ve made, it’s the most complicated since the dog and I was basically making it up as I went, based on an understanding of tiramisu that comes from watching the Binging with Babieh episode. And possibly a Good Eats.

I’m getting spoons back and it’s wonderful :)

Sorry, life’s doing that hectic thing again. So here’s some more filler, although it’s not so much filler as it is a slight update. 

Had a tiny new addition to my family, not mine. He’s my sister’s and I’m a proud but nervous as fuck fancy aunt. 

I love him and I can’t wait to show him my art some day. 

I’ll be getting back into my schedule this Monday and I’ll have some more comic focused stuff to post this week. (I hope)
