Johann Georg Faust Despicable Love

Faust's necklace is a reversable chocker, one side is a velvet nightly blue and other side is a maroon satin ribbon. I figured it would be nice to use the MC's colors along with his.

Napoleon Bonaparte Tie Me With Your Love

Napoleon's necklace features a ribbon closure which you can use to feature a bow on the side, front or even back. This time around I went with his signature colors in a more simplistic chocker necklace.

Isaac Newton Tinted Love

Unlike the other suitors in this collection, Isaac's jewelry item is a bracelet. I made this with the idea of items he would collect along a walk with his lover.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Graceful Love

Made with glass beads this necklace is inspired by Mozart's color pallet. I wanted something that would be delicate and gentle, so I went with softer colors and chose to not include purple. Another color Mozart is often associated with.

Charles' necklace is more of a streetwear style instead of a elegant chocker. I chose this style because I felt as though Charles would wear something similar in modern day.

I haven't been able to make Kandi (no pony beads) but I bought a Rubber band kit!! Look at the stuff I made!!!

And then them when they're actually on me

I love them!!

I have sensory issues which make beads on my neck (aka "full" Kandi necklaces( a no-no. However rubber band bracelets are great! Chockers can be a bit overwhelming but I deal lol

Still, nothing beats kandi. Kandi is a lot more accessible!! I'd recommend it over rubber band bracelets in general

Continuing from my "Bandori vsynth names" theory, I tried to make some observations about POPY and ROSE's designs to guess what the next vocal synths might look like.

Of course, I'm sure a lot will depend on "rule of cool", but here are my notes nonetheless...........

Unless the "pairs" are each given an individual theme, the new vsynths will also have:

a form of dark bracelet (can also be on the leg) with coloured lights. The lights correspond to the colours of their bandmates.

a marking on the face which implies they are robots.

another cyber-inspired marking somewhere else on the body. (like ROSE's arms and POPY's tie and boots in particular)

a callback to their bandmates' colours in the hair (ROSE's highlights, POPY's hairclips)

the singer's eye colour

The following ideas are to be applied on top of this baseline.

My ideas for Aya:

pink (obviously)

twintails

pastel (…obviously)

recognisably an idol outfit

most likely ribbons in her hair, probably ribbons elsewhere on the design too

frills

white base with two or more colours on top

due to my belief she will be very pink, she will likely keep her pink hair

assuming a reference to Ayumi is in order, the white beads hand-band with a ribbon.

likelihood of a necklace, but i think a ribbon around the neck is more likely.

My ideas for Kokoro:

marching band style (duh)

red will be used as a colour for sure. maybe orange too (on top of the Hagumi callback). (chance for yellow since that's her colour, but Yukina's colour wasn't featured for ROSE.)

if one of the designs has a hat, it should be hers.

most likely a reference to Michelle somewhere. something bear inspired. maybe something pink. her "eye sparkle" might be used too. (although some of her designs literally use Michelle's likeness, since people who don't know BanG Dream! would be looking at the vsynth design too, it would make sense to be a little more discrete with her.) (then again, Kokoro is not a character who would try to be discrete, so who knows.)

i see no particular reason why not keep Kokoro's hair colour (it could be argued that Yukina was a "grey hair" character anyway, so changing it white wasn't that much of a reach), but one way to call back to Michelle could always be to dye it pink

possibly earrings

kokoro rarely has nothing around her neck, so she will either have a collared top or a necklace (can be loose)

My ideas for LAYER:

definitely something modern and Cool. it's CHU2's band we're talking about.

i would assume a shape/length of clothing that accentuates her height.

chance for trousers or shorts.

she might be the most obviously "cyber" looking design.

either "off the shoulder" top, or straps over the shoulders, or the kind of bracelet you wear high up the arm.

if her hair colour is to be changed, then dark red would be cool. (but likely not since that would be closer to Ran's thing)

belt(s)

callback to CHU2's cat ears (likely a pin)

also something around the neck, but for LAYER, it specifically needs to be close, such as a collar, a tie or a choker necklace.

a lot of RAS' designs have thick coloured lines near the hems of the clothing.

My ideas for Ran:

not really based on anything, but a possible way to use her hair design would be to keep the hair black and have a coloured strand for each band member.

big likelihood of shorts

a casual base with more detailed/special elements of the design worked on top

red will play an important role for sure (both Ran's colour and visible throughout Afterglow)

necklace, most likely chocker

black elements

maybe a gradient referencing the sunset

a chance for silver earrings, maybe hoop earrings, especially if she's actually named "MOON", like, c'mon

The more I see if the gown the more I hate it. From the side, she has again that pointy chest problem going on that she had with her wedding dress too. The zipper on the back of her dress and belt are misaligned and it makes the belt look something just thrown at the last minute. I think she should've let go of belt altogether or else worn a thin belt. Maybe drop the choker and go for a beaded thin belt and just earings. As much as she's been copying MM she doesn't understand minimalist at all.

I think it was just a terrible and incoherent look all around. I looked at the website she rented the dress from, and that designer had some way better opinions to choose from.

And as much as I like that chocker on its own, the emeralds really don't jive well with the obnoxious slime green of the gown. I don't know what she was going for, but it wasn't the best look.

Pomefiore inspired jewelry

I've been putting off this dorm for so long! I was completely lost in how I wanted to design each piece but after a long time I've finally have them all!

Starting with Vil, whose earring was definitely the most difficult for me. I wanted something elegant, and I wanted an item that I could see Vil wearing for himself. So, I came up with this design. Of course, it's gold which is a nod to his crown and because Vil doesn't scream like a silver metal kind of person. We also have six pearls that are looped together after a purple bead. The purple bead is a glass briolette bead which is a nod to his color motif, and I wanted the gem to be faced. It couldn't be smoothed out at all because I wanted something to display the different kinds of challenges Vil went through to get where he is now. You can also look at it as a way to show how Vil has cuts that run deep. With the pearls it's supposed to look like a mirror as they're in that kind of shape, but I don't think you can really see that pop out.

Moving onto Rook Hunt, we have a chocker necklace. For Rook I wanted to incorporate his past of being a part of Savanaclaw. Which is why I picked to do a necklace as Savanaclaw students seem to wear necklaces and chockers often. This cotton lace was chosen as I felt it had an elegant yet earthy tone to it. Which is similar to Rook who is both. As for the two gems I wanted green for his nature loving self and yellow as color motif for him.

Now for Epel, I originally didn't want to do apples for him. I feel that it's overused for Epel, but it was a classic. He is based on the poison apple, so it was only fitting for him. I chose purple instead of red as Epel has a lavender color motif and it's not actually all one solid color either. The glass beads have a gradient look which is done on purpose. I thought it would better to show his change in character through a gradient color.
