I have had far too many people asking me about this eventuality, rushing around all concerned and worried about Mr. Trump.

Don't worry about The Donald.

He will be tried under Admiralty Law and he will tell the Judges what to do and think and how high to jump ---and that will be that.

He's the Captain of their Ship of State as well as the Captain of their Corporation, so what in blazes does anyone think he's going to do?

Condemn himself? Or pardon himself?

Go figure, but don't grind away on it too long....

Those Municipal DAs in NYC and the State of Georgia District Franchise are dumber than ten boxes of rocks to think that they were ever going anywhere but straight down.

And we are all dumber than they are, to imagine that The Donald is in any danger.

He's right where he wants to be, dead center in the Briar Patch, soaking up all this public concern and sympathy for him, watching his approval ratings climb, beating the other candidates silly without spending a dime.

No, don't worry about Trump. He's as fine as frog's hair on an evening in July, just cruising along, humming a little Stevie Wonder song, "Don't you worry 'bout a thing, don't you worry 'bout a thing, pretty Mama...."

One year after his tragic death, Ahmaud Arbery‘s mother Wanda Cooper-Jones filed a federal lawsuit alleging that her son’s civil rights were violated.

The suit also claims that law enforcement officials worked to protect those who killed her son.

Cooper-Jones, through her attorney S. Lee Merritt, filed the suit on Tuesday in the Southern District of Georgia and seeks more than $1 million in damages, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The suit names the three men suspected of murdering Arbery, Gregory McMichael, Travis McMichael and William Bryan, but also includes more than a dozen law enforcement officers, former Glynn County District Attorney Jackie Johnson and Ware County District Attorney George Barnhill.

“They unfairly and prejudicially targeted the Black man who was seen enter entering a property that many people were entering, they imputed criminality on [Arbery]. And they had the opportunity to avoid this from happening to tell citizens that it is not appropriate to engage in vigilantism,” Merritt told First Coast News.

“We wanted to let the [family] know that the community, their attorneys, the legal system is still going to be held accountable and that we’re still fighting for them a year later.”
