So… we’ve come this far, huh?

Today is officially the one year anniversary of my time on Tumblr, and the one year anniversary of my friendship with the lovely person who is @/dinosaurzzz (the slug cat on the right is its sona!).

It is honestly incomprehensible to me that it has been a full year since I got on this site and honestly it has completely changed my life. I have grown more as a person in this year than I believe I ever have in my whole prior life combined. I have found a community where I am loved, where I am safe, and where I am given the space to learn and grow from my mistakes, and that is completely fucking invaluable to me. And I will forever thank Dino for being the final thing to push me to finally get on this site that I already figured would be perfect for me. It has been such a wild ride, and even if Tumblr has muffled the reach of my posts at the moment, I am going to scream this one from the rooftops, and try to show appreciation for everyone who has helped me along this journey.

First of all shout out to my incredible partner @wishtale-blogs, she is the love and light of my life and she truly understands me and has my back. I never, ever thought that I would meet someone who both gets me completely and contrasts me perfectly and having her in my life is something I would never trade absolutely anything for. When you’re young it seems like destiny for partnerships to fall apart simply by nature of it being so early in life, but I genuinely feel as if this is unshakable, and I’m just.. so happy to have her.

And with that I’d next like to shout out our adoptive sons, @karineverse and @the-selfmade-gods. Both of you are absolute angels, lights of my life and people that I would protect with my life. Thank you so much for being here for me and being here for all of your friends and staying strong through all you’ve been through. I’m proud of you, truly I am so proud of you and I love you as if you were my own flesh and blood.

Now, I am going to list out every single person I can think of whom I consider a friend. There will not be elaboration here as this post will be long enough as-is, but just know that I could write a blurb for each of you for why I adore you so much, some of you a whole essay. If your name is not here and you consider us friends, do not hesitate to message or ask me about it, I never want to leave people out and I know how anxiety-inducing it can be to not wind up on one of these lists with someone you care about. I wish that things had happened differently, and even though you’re likely not seeing this I hope today can be the start of new beginnings for you too. Thanks for the impacts that you’ve left on me, even if those are scars. You guys have also helped make me into who I am, and without hardship it would be hard for me to learn.

Happy 7th anniversary to ARAR!

It's pretty wild that I've been working on this Ranma ask blog for seven years! Being in the Ranma 1/2 fandom is the longest relationship I've ever been in, over a decade later and I still love these characters and want to do them justice, and this ask blog was my way of doing so. It's a pleasure project where I get to explore these characters, delve deeper into their feelings; and make things at least, like, 50% more queer. It's so fitting that ARAR's birthday falls on Pride Month.

I still have a lot of plans for this blog/webcomic/whatever-you-wanna-call-it, so ARAR ain't going anywhere any time soon. We only JUST got outta the Beach Arc after all, which is technically the only official "arc" the comic has had so far in 7 damn years, so there's still plenty of story to tell!

Happy birthday, ARAR! Here's to plenty more birthdays to come~

Happy 9th Birthday to this blog 🎉

In that time, I've written nearly 4 million words, over 1000 fics across 10+ fandoms, made some irreplacable friends, traveled to places I never thought I'd see because of one little fandom that could (SPN obvs.), and found kinks I'd never even fucking heard of.

I am eternally grateful for every single moment of every single experience this site has brought me. I really hope @staff don't fuck it up too much, because... well, I don't have anywhere else to go 😅

So let's wish a very happy ninth birthday to all the smut and angst and weirdness, and hope for at least a few more.

August 1, 2022 marks my sixth anniversary on this blog.

Six years of ups and downs, fics, poetry, personal battles, and lots and lots of Ackles. There are over 1,000 works on my master list and more that never made it on there. I've published 5 books... and another is in production... Thousands of asks, reblogs, random posts... so much stuff on here.

Thank you to everyone who's stuck by me no matter what... those silent readers, the lurkers, the anons who spam my inbox daily. those who reblog consistently, those who pop in and out... to my patrons, my anonymous supporters, my commissioners (really wanted to say commissioner gordons here...)... to my friends who love me and those who hate me... thank you. you've all pushed me to realize what I want to do with my life and I strive to do my best for each of you.
