I'm going to give it to Korean BLs. They know petty.
They are the pettiest.
I respect it.

Bon Appetit is so freaking cute! It's a pretty typical pining/unrequited love since uni story, but I can't help but smile at how cute the leads are with each other.
This is the first time I've ever heard of or seen someone repay someone's kindness by buying them a raw chicken. Don't want to buy fried chicken? How about some wine? Fruit? Chocolate? Cookies? Anything except a raw chicken. 😂 Points for creative logic though.
One of my beloved tropes! They look so happy feeding each other.
It's adorable when they're sweet with each other. So many warm fuzzies.
Seobin! I love that he made a guest appearance. I miss seeing him in bls. I'm kind of itching for a Roommates of Poongduck 304 rewatch now...
Overall a light and enjoyable little series.

I'm watching "Bon appétit" the new Korean BL and I'm just on episode 3. However, I'm thinking that I also need a beautiful human being who would be my neighbor, in love with me and who would cook me delicious food. That's my idea of perfect happiness. I'm a bit jealous of Yoon Soo. He really is lucky. 😄

Bon Appetit Ep 1 Stray Thoughts
This is from the same team that made The Director Who Buys Me Dinner and Love Tractor. One of those is good. I'm trying not to be salty about them dropping a whole show at once in iQIYI again.
Our protagonist is clumsy and struggling. You can't fall in love if you ain't clumsy.
Doesn't seem right that their boss can just decide they'll all be there at 10 pm later.
Looks like this is a new neighbor and he likes to cook. Very excited for him to decide our protagonist needs to eat better.
Our protagonist using the message on the punch to pitch an ad campaign is reminding me of Brian Kinney using something he heard a bear say at one of the hookup spots in Queer as Folk.
Well, at least the boss sent them home after the pitch meeting.
This man gave his neighbor a raw chicken as thanks. I have questions.
Oh, BL, you never miss an opportunity to reference school even when we're aged out. Of course these two took Love and Marriage together before dropping it.
Incredible, our protagonist looks a little bit like the actor the neighbor admires. Good job, BL.
This seems like it's going to be light. I'll stick with it.
