The idea of Kijo being gay (or some form of man enjoyer) and homophobic is so narratively juicy to me.

All the power in the world, all the money in the world and he's still shackled to the dated Togami traditions and the mindsets that come along with being raised in a strict environment like that.

In a non-despair timeline, he wouldn't ever bring himself to explore it in my interpritation of him.

However, if society were to collapse and fall into despair (and survive), he would be somewhat more inclined to explore his preference for men considering the society that enforced and validated his dated mindset no longer exists.

Later, when he rebuilds the company, he eventually becomes the first Togami in generations to get married, to a man.

I love kamukura makoto and izuru hghgg they are the strangest social unit ever.

Mentally i am throwing them into my Byakura's enclosure and shaking them up to see what happens (most likely Byakura being weird because there's two more!!! And then they eventually polycule up weirdboy style)

Ooooh, that's an interesting addition to the AU. I'm trying to think of what would be the most dramatic point in the timeline for Byakuya to get the Kamukura treatment, and how it might happen.

(I see that you have your own Byakura AU, which is very cool! I'm not fully versed in the lore of your version, but feel free to share! The art looks very cool.)

Maybe when Makoto disappears for the Kamukura Project, Byakuya throws his Togami resources behind finding out what happened to him, and when his resources do unearth what's being done to Makoto, instead of telling Byakuya what they've found, they tell Byakuya's father. And Byakuya's father realizes that Hope's Peak is creating ultra-talented people who can easily outmatch any Togami heir, so he pulls Byakuya out of school to have the same procedures done to him so he can exceed even those standards.

And yeah, his interactions with Makoto Kamukura and Hajime/Izuru would be fascinating.

Bleach AU where the protagonists have morals, including Rukia not being a class traitor no matter how many times the shinigami kidnap her away from the rukon district. She keeps stealing all their shit and bringing it back home. She never stops doing this. Eventually they're forced to exile her to the world of the living just so the captains can enjoy their food without it being stolen. Then the rest of the plot follows as normal, except for the part when Renji and Byakura come to retrieve Rukia and kill Ichigo. Rather than just forgiving these murderous fucking assholes, everyone who has morals teams up to kill them. If/when they go to soul society, they fucking kill the gods damned shinigami for all of their various crimes and redestribute their wealth to all the poor fucking masses of the afterlife.

Hooooooly shit. The disrespect paid to Chihiro, my god.

I get that she's a serial killer, but Toko/Genocide Jill just outright gets transphobic when they learn that Chihiro was AMAB. Like Jesus Christ.

Now because that's been discovered, they're calling Chihiro a boy and using masculine pronouns. And given that other outlets use "they" for Chihiro, I don't think the games ever go deeper into her backstory or further explore whether Chihiro was transgender or a crossdresser or what.

Wow, this eats a metric buttload of ass. Goddamnit. The game is fun, but I feel like murdering this character, revealing them to be an AMAB person and then calling them a boy from that point onwards is super unnecessary.

I'm about to finish the trial, but if this doesn't play into Chihiro's murder and it's just an additional twist that doesn't change the fact that Byakura killed her, I'm gonna be pissed.

Unless they address it further, I personally think Chihiro was a trans girl.

Taylor: Shinji, Momo and Aizen, now what I want each of you to do is different, Shinji can you create explosions with your Cero to make an excuse that you wanna make noise? Momo can you start burning down the trees to make a forest fire? Lastly Aizen, can you use your Zanpakutō on the enemy? Oh and before I forget Shunsui can you protect everyone from Aizen’s Shiki using your Katen Kyōkotsu’s ability to go into the shadows?

Shinji, Momo, Aizen and Shunsui: On it!

Taylor: Now Ririn and Kurōdo. Ririn can you make illusions and Kurōdo transform into something that can help?

Ririn and Kurōdo: Right!

Just then Kon came stumbling out of a Senkaimon 

Kon: Why did no one invite me?

Kurōdo: I was gonna but you were busy sleeping and you looked so handsome sleeping that I couldn’t bare to wake you.

Kon: Aww that is so sweet babe.

Taylor: Well Kon you can use your leg strength to amaze the enemy by jumping around like a kangaroo with it’s head chopped off.

Kon: Awesome!

Taylor: Riruka can you use your dollhouse to trap the enemy?

Riruka: Sure but I expect donuts for this.

Taylor: How about I just build you a donut production line so you don’t need to buy donuts anymore.

Riruka: Deal!

Byakura would probably only listen to Izuru and Makoto Izuru because they have the one talent he doesn't: luck, and he struggles with predicting when and how it will act if it's weaponized against him.

I could see that. I could definitely see that. I've never found an angle to the "Hope's Peak gave Izuru luck" concept that worked super well for me (I've thought of potential workarounds, but that isn't really the point here, lol;), but I definitely agree with the idea that Izuru's and Makoto's luck would influence the way they interact with the world in ways that might bemuse this version of Byakuya.

Tsuna frowned when he noticed the unfamiliar maid, hisintuition warning him that something was wrong as the maid quickly moved away fromthe table after giving you a cup of your favorite tea as you requested. Tsunastopped you from drinking the tea, causing you to look at him curiously.

“What’s wrong Tsuna?”

“Don’t drink that.” He told you seriously and turned to themaid, who looked nervous.

He took the cup and approached the maid, who was slightlysweating, and handed the cup to the maid.

“Drink it.” He demanded.

The maid tentatively took the cup then looked at him. Shethrew the tea at him, but Tsuna had expected that, what he hadn’t expectedhowever was for her to pull a gun, not on him, but at you. He quickly stoppedher from shooting you, the bullet barely missing you. It took every bit of self-controlhe had not to finish the assassin off now.  You approached him as fast as you could,worried about the father to your unborn child, he waved you off.

“I’m fine [Name].” He reassured you, “Get inside, and callGokudera.”

Byakuran’s smile faltered as the man tied to the chair toldhim about a plot to have you along with his unborn baby killed. This was asurprise. Had his enemies gotten so bold as to target you to get to him?  They would find out soon enough that you wereoff limits and there would be grave consequences to those who wished to do harmto his family. His smile returned as he directed his full attention at hisvictim.

“What else can you tell me?” He asked

“I can tell you whatever you want! Just please don’t killme.”

His smile widened, “That all depends on what you tell me.”

Byakuran smiled at you as you stared at him in annoyance. Youthought he was being ridiculous, but you should expect this, because Byakuranwas always at least a bit ridiculous.

“Byakuran I know the doctor told me to take it easy for theselast few months, but that doesn’t mean I have to stay locked up in the mansion.”You tried to reason with him

“I know [Name]-chan, but I just want you to be comfortableand safe.” He told you unmoving in your plea.

You sighed. You knew something was up, by the way he wasbeing extra possessive of you. You relented giving him a final stare.

“Whatever has you so on edge-” You began

“You don’t have toworry about it [Name]-chan.” He pulled you close to him, “I’ll take care of it.”

You nodded knowing he would handle it.
