It is always morally okay to hate Centro Leaks
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
They always repost leaks from other people without giving credit to those they took it from, unless it could get them in a lot of trouble with Nintendo (Absol, for example)
They share fake content quite a lot and pass it off as a real leak (the Pokémon Stars incident, for example)
They attack and harass those who don’t agree with/believe them (photo shared above)
Despite being a “leaker” who “loves the series” they have been very open about hating the last few games in the series, and aren’t afraid to let it be known
So remember…
It is always morally okay to hate Centro Leaks

so the Koraidon / Miraidon tera form and Loyal Three leader speculations I posted yesterday got a bit more traction than I really expected so they’ve been on my mind a lot today, and between my own thoughts and points made from people in the replies, I have a couple more things to add (mostly for the Loyal Three theory)
Teal Mask story spoilers and potential leaks for future DLC / Pokemon ahead
Previous Posts on these subjects:
Koraidon / Miraidon tera forms:
Loyal Three leader:
Now that you're all caught up, here's the new stuff:
Koraidon / Miraidon tera form theory
So on the Koraidon / Miraidon front, I wanted to elaborate on the point I made about how the tera symbol they (and Ogerpon) have on their pokedex images could just be a mark to indicate that they’re mascot legendaries, because I remembered they already have special details for this reason. Instead of the standard coloured frame / dex number, these three all have gold frames with some added details specific to each of them. Miraidon, for example, has a gold frame with designs resembling its chest wheel and lightning bolt patterns in the middle of the page.
Tumblr media
I wanna bring this up because I think them already having special details due to being mascot legendaries could both corroborate or counter the idea that the tera mark carries the same meaning
on one hand, since they already have special dex pages it’s not outlandish to assume that the poke ball symbol would be changed for the same reason. It’s just another bit of additional style to go with the fancy dex frame
on the other hand, given that the other details are all personalised to each of the legendaries, I find it weird that they’d have a tera symbol specifically to carry the same meaning, rather than something more personalised like the rest of the added flair or something more generic like a Master Ball that can be more obviously associated with their legendary status
Someone also suggested in the replies of the first post that Ogerpon carries this symbol due to Kitakami’s implied connection to Area Zero- probably referring to the Crystal Pool area- however I personally don’t really get the argument here and think that if this tera mark was supposed to represent a connection to Area Zero it’d be applied to the other paradox pokemon (and maybe Glimmora) as well since they all came from the Great Crater, however they all just have the same generic poke ball mark.
I still think there’s a lot missing to properly confirm or deny this theory, and the dex marks alone definitely aren’t enough in my opinion given how debatable their meaning is, however for that reason I wanna bring up any kind of valid point that comes up in case something leads to a stronger argument
Loyal Three leader theory
Like last time there’s a lot more going on with this theory and, thanks to some observations people made in the replies of the last post- as well as a couple thoughts of my own- there’s even more evidence going into it now
For starters, one of the more to the point pieces of evidence, people have allegedly datamined some codenames for certain Indigo Disk Pokemon, one of which translates to “Poison Momotarō”, which would obviously relate to this supposed leader Pokemon given its resemblance to the Loyal Three’s toxic chains and its probable status as their leader and equivalent to Momotarō.
Tumblr media
Centro marking this translation with a peach emoji also made me realise another parallel this Pokemon has to the Momotarō story. In the story, Momotarō was born from a giant peach, and if we look at the Pokemon it does bear a vague resemblance to a peach. Additionally, the shop in Mossui Town where the plushie of it is found is called Peachy’s. Feels a bit too coincidental to not mean anything to me.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Another thing I had someone point out to me is that there are more hints in the game that the Loyal Three do supposedly have a leader outside of them being classified as Retainers in the Pokedex, namely the signboards, which all depict the three being accompanied by a human / trainer. This character is also acknowledged briefly by an npc at Kitakami Hall.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you’ve finished the Teal Mask story you’ll obviously know that we never see a human companion or trainer to the Loyal Three at all, not even in the accurate story told by Kieran and Carmine’s grandpa. Their only appearances are the signboards and this one npc. I also find it interesting that the one npc who mentions them questions their connection to the three, indicating that this figure probably isn’t as well known and recognised as the Loyal Three if their identity isn’t already common knowledge. Although it might just be a nod to the original Momotarō story, I personally see this as game freak hinting that the Loyal Three do have some kind of leader or ally while keeping their identity a mystery, which I think is more likely given how much evidence this theory already has.
That’s all I have on these two theories for now, I’ll try and bring anything else I find up in future, I honestly like talking about these kinds of things lol

I spent so much time and effort trying to design a worm train fakemon. And yet, before I could even cough up a finalized design, the unthinkable happens.
Tumblr media
CHOO CHOO, MOTHERFUCKER
I don't see a name for this magnificent creature yet, but it is undoubtedly one of the standouts of the generation. The only downside is that, as an earthworm and not a marine polychaete, its name cannot be Polyfreight. It's also a bullet train and not a freight train, but you get the point. I would have preferred something less robotic, but it does make sense re: why an earthworm would be pure steel, not part ground, and 9 feet long. It's not like my Dream Pokemon that perfectly matches my aesthetic, but I like its design more than some other gen 9 mons I've seen so far. It's adorably goofy. And again, being a worm automatically makes it top tier for me. Hopefully this is the beginning of a long and beautiful relationship between Pokemon and the phylum Annelida. There's still many things I'd love to see one day which would also become instant favorites. Imagine a leech that learns Leech Life and has Triage (Comfey's ability) to give it priority.
Centro is actively posting leaks for the paradox pokemon, so any moment I could meet Slither Wing, the other mon I've waited with bated breath for.
Not feeling Bisharp's evo. I like the peppers. Roaring Moon looks amazing, it reminds me of Mega Salamence.

Unfortunately, Joltik and Galvantula will not be returning in the first round of SV DLC, according to Centro Leaks. We will have to wait until the Indigo Disk DLC, which will release in winter 2023. Just a few more months!!!
There's always a possibility that the leakers are incorrect tho, but Centro has a pretty good track record.

The Pokemon community (Looking at you Centro leaks) for completely looking over how vague the phrase, "it stands up" (said by Khu) about Sprigatito and it's evolution line... guys.. Did you know, that in Sprigatitos artwork, it's STANDING UP!!?!?
Centro I am looking at you for causing a completely misconstrued uproar about a god damn green cat. And honestly no I don't care that much about if they'll go bipedal, as long as it's either, a typhlosion situation. Or a puss in boots. Literally I don't care I just hate how the community sees "standing up" and goes to 2 legs without thinking critically.

Okay, I’ve been thinking over the ScarVi leaks for a couple days now and I just wanna ramble about em a bit (obvious leaks/spoilers under the cut, all info gotten from the Centro LEAKS Twitter page)
I honestly don’t give a fuck if Sprigatito’s evolution turns out to be another waifu mon, all of these "waaaaaah humanoid starter evos are Bad and Terrible and Bad" posts have, ironically, made me completely neutral towards them. If I like the design I like the design, humanoid waifu or not
I also don’t care if there’s any new Eeveelutions or not tbh
I know some leakers are saying "they’re not putting much focus on regional forms this gen" but I don’t think that’s true? I’m just thinking these Paradox/Ancient/Future and Convergent Species Pokémon are a new variant of them
Side note the teased "Ancient Forms" are just further ensuring that I pick Scarlet for this one
And of the two "traditional" regional forms leaked, Tauros was obvious and I’m somewhat interested in Wooper
If the new Girafarig evolution is real I am 100% adding it to my team, I fucking love Girafarig
Still no fucking clue what this crystallization gimmick is
Version exclusive champions? Hmmmm… (side-eyes Sada and Turo)
IDK how to feel about the apparent new addition to the Pawniard/Bisharp line, mostly because the leakers can’t seem to make up their minds on whether it’s going to Pawniard or Bisharp
Only leaked new Pokémon I’m unsure about is the dolphin, if only because the fandom has been chanting "DOLPHIN POKEMON" so many times that I can’t be sure if it’s the leakers pandering to them or not
Most of what I’m getting when it comes to the open-world stuff is "SWSH Wild Area walked so Leg Arc and ScarVi could run". Definitely interested in the "challenge in any order" gym leader thing tho!
Conclusion: Game Freak I’m begging you for another trailer

r/pokeleaks is pretty reliable as a re-posting and only some stuff gets taken down, then theres like centro leaks and riddler khu but both are obnoxious as hell and one more rancid than the other, but they are like The source for leaks some how, serebii can sometimes be a good place for leaks but sometimes they play it really safe and just the general pkmn fansites, but its all trickling down from centro and riddler hgfhfgh

knowing Centro leaks has a notoriously bad track record with posting credible leaks but knowing the person they got the Sprigatito evolution information from is very credible,,,, >:(

I did some Extremely Lenient/Hopeful scribbles of what I think the fuecoco evo might look like based on leaks. when it comes to the starters, fuecoco is the only one we haven't had a 5 Pixel Total screenshot of so I had the most to mess with lol the red outline there is the, to quote Centro, "rough" drawings of the evos 😭 I'm hoping that it'll look like it belongs with Tox and Obstagoon... love those guys

Nintendo Switch 2 terá retrocompatibilidade e jogos aprimorados
Por Vinicius Torres Oliveira
Tumblr media

495: Inside the NarcoFiles
This week, Emily Hart gets the inside story on the #NarcoFiles - a new investigation into The Global Criminal Order, the largest investigative project of its kind to originate in Latin America. She speaks to OCCRP’s Latin America Editor Nathan Jaccard, who has led and coordinated this project - right from its earliest seeds in the 2022 hack to the incredible flourishing of reporting we’ve seen this week, and which continues to emerge. Last year, a group of 'hacktivists' known as Guacamaya infiltrated the Microsoft Exchange server, enabling them to hack the system of the Colombian Attorney General's Office, the entity in charge of investigating and prosecuting crimes in Colombia. Five terabytes in size, the leak contains more than 7 million emails, including exchanges between the Fiscalia and numerous embassies, law enforcement groups, and others. The documents in the leak reveal unique details about the inner workings of international criminal gangs as well as law enforcement efforts to dismantle them. The Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), the Centro Latinoamericano de Investigación Periodística (CLIP), Vorágine, and Cerosetenta gained early access to the data, and then shared the leak with more than 40 other media outlets. Journalists from over 23 countries worked on the investigation. Nathan will be giving us the who, what, and how of this story, as well as his insights into the new world of organised crime and cocaine trafficking revealed by this hack – from the changes in where cocaine is grown and produced to corruption of top officials in Suriname, as well as the narco-nexus between huge banana companies and Colombia’s political right wing, Israeli mafia in Colombia, links to the Odebrecht scandal and more – stories involving fruit, shark fins, and DEA Agents. Emily will also be sharing with supporters and subscribers her top picks from the NarcoFiles reporting from a number of outlets, with translated versions - subscribe now to our Patreon to get access!
Check out this episode!

Does anyone who looked at leaks for Scarlet and Violet remember someone claiming to design the gym leaders that were leaked? Twitter leak accounts like Centro basically uploaded low quality images of the gym leaders (which turned out to be real) and then some artist drew concept art of them and said that those were their designs. I thought it might be interesting for the account but I don't remember the account's @ and i think they deleted the post :v
