1. I still think Mew is a sh*tty friend for letting Ray leave when he is highly emotional, high (from drugs) and drunk just to deliver a perfect revelation to Top. That's effed up.

2. Well, look at Sand gaslighting Ray. C'mon, dude. You are at fault too. You know Ray is vulnerable but that didn't stop you from using him to get even with Top. This is the first time I'm feeling annoyed with First's character.

3. <after a minute> Oops, I take that back. Sand apologised and acknowledged his part in Ray's accident. I'm all good now. 😊

4. Oh, wow. Ray's dad IS an a**hole. Maybe he is the reason why Ray's mum drunk herself to death.

Currently Stranger Things, but I do have some Fargo s5 fic in the works. Back in the day it was a lot of Supernatural, Doctor Who, Check Please!, Schitt’s Creek, (regrettably) The Big Bang Theory, Marvel, The Mortal Instruments, and The Infernal Devices

4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?

Familiar to Me (Supernatural), Intervention (Supernatural), felled by you (Stranger Things), Avenging Barbarian (Stranger Things), and A Truth Universally Acknowledged (Stranger Things)

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

I do! Mainly because I like the interaction (especially when readers have predictions/ world-building thoughts). I also screenshot my favorite ones for when I need motivation or a pick me up.

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Probably Happy Springtime Cas (Supernatural) because it’s Main Character Death

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

This Ken Has a Boyfriend! (Stranger Things) because it is pure crack and delight ❤️

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Not so much hate, but I could always tell when someone hasn’t seen You’ve Got Mail based on how critical they are of Cas in A Truth Universally Acknowledged. Which, at that point, please discuss it with your friends and not me. I decided to follow the plot of You’ve Got Mail pretty close, and for some people it was too much that Dean lost his store like Kathleen. (And I only cried about it twice, which is a win for me).

9. Do you write smut?

yes, primarily omegaverse and kink. oh if 15 year old sweetpea could see me now skdlfjsdjf

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?

Gonna show my age here, but for my 100th fanfic on FF.net I wrote a SuperWhoLock fic. I’ve also written a Supernatural/Check Please! crossover, and I’m in the middle of writing a Fargo/Stranger things crossover (Gator with older Steve/Eddie, anyone?).

I’m currently working on a co-written fic for a ST Femslash Server I’m in (not sure how much I can say publicly!). But I’ve been apart of many multi-voice podfic (podfic voiced with a whole cast instead of one person).

Currently gripped by Steddie.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?

The bio-bdsm destiel fic. I might get back to it some day, but my Stranger Things fascination gripped me about the same time I was noodling with it. Also, I’m so bad about finishing long fics 🤦‍♀️

I went with Elena to her boyfriend’s club. I got what I wanted! Her boyfriend wasn’t in his club when we arrived, so Elena and I took what we needed. There were almost no people in the club at this time of day, which was an advantage for us. Just two or three employees were there. After about an hour, I said goodbye to E. and left the club.

The fact that I walked around in a short dress without almost nothing underneath, in the middle of autumn, seemed unimportant to me. Also that I was a bit shaky on my legs, did not seem to matter much to me. The main thing I was high! As long as this was the case, everything was fine for me. As I was walking a few steps, I saw one of these guys working at the club. I asked him, if he could give me drugs. Even more! 🤦‍♀️ As if I hadn’t had enough, you know? But that man paid me no attention and kept playing with his phone. Suddenly I heard a male voice behind me. “That dress you’re wearing,...I bought it for someone special”, he said. I turned slowly....when I saw how close this stranger was standing in front of me, I frightened, so that I stumbled. I landed on the ground at his feet. He immediately bent down to me to help me up.

Stranger: Hold on, baby, I’ll help you up.

Me: Please don’t hurt me! 😟 I just wanna go home.

Stranger: I won’t hurt you, darling. I’ll call you a cab from my club.

Me: N-no! I don’t have any money. My boyfriend will pick me up.

Stranger: Ok, well! But we need to get you off the road. You’re creating too much attention here in front of my club. The Cops have been here a few times, you knwo? Some neighbors have complained about.... girls like you. And I think you’re someone important to my girlfriend, otherwise she would never have given you that dress. So hold on tight!

Me: Please let me down!... Stop! I’m too heavy. 😩

Stranger: Don’t worry, sweetheart! That used to be my job, getting unconscious guests out of clubs.

When I saw that he was walking towards Elena’s workplace with me, I was sure that’s her boyfriend! I mean, I suspected it when he was talking about Elena’s dress, but... yea, I was confused.

Back at the club, he dropped me right in front of Elena. Elena was totally scared when she saw that he carried me in. Frankly, I was also scared, and when I hugged Elena, I could feel her body start shaking. She asked me if I was okay and wanted to call Daniel to get me out of here quickly. I whispered to her, that he recognized her dress on me....

Eelna’s Bf (to Elena): Is she your sister Tina? And why is she so afraid of me? 🤷‍♂️

Elena: She’s a close friend, and she’s afraid of you because those jerks who attacked David, hurt her sister too. Her sister was with David when this happened.😟

Elena’s Bf: I had nothing to do with that attack on this boy-... David! This thing hurt me and my club, so why should I have done this? The fucking cops came to me afterwards!....I hope nothing serious happened to your sister and that she’s fine.

Me: She’s ok 😔.... But David recognized one of them.

Elena’s Bf: My guys would never hurt a woman! And as for David, I had absolutely no reason to harm him. Idk who he was messing with? But I ask you to invite him here. Let’s see, if he will recognize anyone. I also want to know who, if he’s right!

Elena’s BF sat down with me & her and talked to us, while I was waiting for Daniel to pick me up. He was 26 years old. From the first impression, he seemed ok to me, but as soon as Daniel entered the club, I saw what kind of guy Elena’s BF is or was. 🤨

Daniel stormed into the club like a...madman (Nico 😄).  As soon as he saw me, he grabbed me by my hand & dragged me towards the exit. Elena’s bf immediately got up. He was trying to stop Daniel leaving the club with me. I was just wondering where Daniel suddenly got all this energy?? This morning, he was pretty fucked up. But Daniel was afraid for me when he saw me there. 🙁😔 After all he knew what an arrogant ass this guy was, because 9 months ago, he himself worked for Elena’s Bf by hiding drugs for him.

Elena’s BF: Stop! How dare you kidnap one of my girls?

Me: He’s my boyfriend! 😟

Daniel: She’s not yours, fucker! 😠 Stay away from us!

Elena’s BF: I thought you were interested in a job here, A.? 🤨

Me: Uhm...yeah, maybe?🤥 But I just wanted to get an impression of this job. 😬

Elena’s BF: Still, you’re a good friend of Elena’s! We protect you here and if you don’t want to go with him, you don’t have to.

Me: I’m sorry for the trouble I made, but Daniel loves me & I him. I’d go anywhere with him! So yeah, I’m leaving with him.

Tagging: i don’t know who to tag since this made the rounds a while ago, but if you see this, you haven’t already done it, and would like to.... please consider yourself tagged!!

1) How many complete fics/one shots do you have that you have not published (yet)?  Two short things that will likely never see the light of day (they’ve served their purpose), plus a couple of oneshots that are probably close enough to call complete, but I’m not ready to be done futzing around with the wording and such just yet.  Let’s say two.

2) How many WIPS do you have right now?  Ahahahaha... 😅  I had to go count, and I’ve got 33 that are big enough to be their own file in my WIP folder, plus a collab or two with @astroboots​​ that live in her docs. 🙈  (And that’s not even getting into the multiple docs where I collect bits and pieces of other ideas) 

3) Do you take writing requests or write original ideas, or both?  Mostly I come up with my own ideas or brainstorm them with friends. 

It’s All About What You Want was written for a Christmas fic exchange request, but I don’t generally take writing requests as such.  (It turns out that feeling like I “owe” someone a fic is the fastest way to totally tank my motivation and forward progress... oops 😅)  That said, I am always open to suggestions or throwing around ideas with people.

4) If you do take requests, how many do you currently have?  Five, I think?  All but one of them are from my 100 follower celebration back in Nov 2020, 🤦‍♀️🙈  which tells you a little something about how well I do at filling requests (and why I haven’t done that sort of follower celebration again)  

5) How many fandoms do you write for?  Pretty much just the various Pedro Pascal fandoms. I’ve posted fics for the Mentalist, the Mandalorian, Triple Frontier, and Prospect, and I have WIPs in those plus a couple more. 

6) Are there any fandoms you wrote for in the past that you no longer write for?  Before I fell headfirst into the Pedro pit, I’d written exactly 4 short oneshots in 2 other fandoms (many, many years ago)

7) Do you write for ships, reader inserts or other?  Mostly reader inserts, and the very occasional non-reader ship

8) Niche fandoms/characters you write for?  Uh... do the other Triple Frontier boys count?  Or Ricky Hauk, maybe??

9) Do you read fics as well as write them?  HELL YES!!  I’ve always been an avid reader, and these days the overwhelming majority of my reading is fanfic.  I’ve probably read more fic than published stuff at this point, and I LOVE IT! <3

10) What is your favorite genre to write for?  Romance and/or Smut

11) What is your favorite trope (to read/write)?  Probably mutual pining, both to read and to write.  I’m also a huge fan of established relationships where they’re both still a little in awe of each other and constantly think that they’re the lucky one.  Basically: two (or more) people in love

12) What do you do to get motivated to write?  You mean besides star at gifs of the various Pedro characters?  Probably chat with people about various ideas and/or thots.  I think the majority of my fics have started in someone’s dms, and a few of them were written almost entirely that way

13) Is there a trope/genre you like to read, but not write?  Hmm... I’m not sure?  Zombie and other apocalyptic AUs, maybe?  Anything that requires too much research 😅

14) Any characters/fandoms you want to write for that are never requested?  Not really?  If I want to write something I’m just gonna write it.  (I have had friends request that I stop writing certain characters--aka Will Miller--at them though *coughcicicough*)

15) How long have you been writing fanfiction? I wrote those first four (non-PP) fics back in 2006-07,  ...and then I didn’t write fanfic again until An Acquired Taste in Oct 2020

16) Did you read fan fiction before you started writing?  Yep! I was in high school when I first discovered that people wrote stories for pre-existing characters and put them up on the internet where I could read them for free.  That was 2+ decades ago, and predates my first ‘06-07 toe-dip into writing by several years

17) Do you only post on Tumblr, or any other sites as well?  Mostly tumblr, though I do try to put my completed fics up on AO3 as well.

18) What do you personally consider the word counts of “Drabble”, “One shots” and “Fics”?  This feels like a trick question.  I consider “fic” to be a general term for a story presented in prose (as opposed to say... poetry or bullet-point headcanons), length irrelevant.  A “one shot” is a complete fic that’s presented in a single self-contained post or chapter--usually shortish, but once again, the length is not the defining feature.  Back in the day, a “drabble” used to mean a fic that was exactly 100 words, no more, no less, but that definition seems to have gotten much more relaxed recently  

19) Which do you prefer to write more? HC, drabbles, oneshots/fics, multi chapter stories, other?  I write whatever I have the inspiration and time for, which... well, honestly it’s usually short smutty snippets spewed into somebody’s dms. 😅  In terms of things I’d actually post, I find shortish oneshots easiest to write.  

I’d love to write longer, multi-chapter fic someday, but I’m pretty sure I’m constitutionally incapable of posting something that’s not completely written.  The idea of having a fic lingering around half-posted and partially unwritten gives me massive anxiety, so if I ever do go full multi-chap, I won’t be posting any of it until I’ve written the whole thing.

20) Are there any stories you have discontinued? If so, why?  As mentioned above, I’m allergic to the idea of having something half-posted, so there’s nothing I’ve put up part of with the intention to continue and then decided not to.  I do have some WIPs that are firmly on the back burner, but those are more “waiting for my inspiration to return from the war” than “discontinued.”

21) What is one of your main “pet-peeves” as a writer on Tumblr?  I have actually had a pretty good experience as a writer on tumblr, though I feel like that’s more luck than any particular talent on my part

22) Do you write at a particular time of day?  Nope. Honestly, finding the right combo of free time + spoons + inspiration + motivation is hard enough without worrying about the time of day

23) Do you listen to music, ambiance/noise, etc to write or do you need silence?  I have three kids, so I mostly just have to write with the sound of whatever they’re up to happening in the background (right now the kidlets are watching cartoons which is... y’know... not great for my concentration).  When it’s just me and I can choose, I tend toward silence or long wordless youtube music mix videos like this one.

24) Do you outline your fics at all before writing?  Not really.  If I outline at all, it’s usually just in my head as I go.  Sometimes I’ll talk an idea through with someone or if I get well and truly stuck, I might write up a short outline to figure out how to connect certain bits.

25) Do you post your writing as soon as you finish it, or do you schedule it to come out at a specific time/day?  Once I’m happy with a fic (which sometimes takes a while, even after it’s technically “complete”), I usually post right away.  Sometimes if I have a bunch of stuff queued up it goes in the queue, but I don’t really schedule for a specific day or time.
