This follows the CODM timeline so if you don’t play Cod Mobile, you may not know what I’m taking about. Also this will be a venting post, cause this part in Codm lore really messed me up. Like I was a puddle of despair after that comic strip.

You stood leaning up against the doorway, watching as he walked forwards. Even though he always wore some form of skull mask, you didn’t recognize this man at all.

“So you done yet. Feel better now?” You dismiss as he reaches for your shoulder.

“I had no choice. It had to be done.” He sighs

“What makes you think, that was a good idea?” You hiss

“I’m not having an argument with you right now. Come find me when you’re not in a pissy mood.” He huffs and storms off.

“What about Sophia? You mean to tell me, you not only killed Templar, but you left his daughter there to die as well!?” You yell after him.

He just kept walking and you just scoff.

“You promised him that Sophia would be safe if anything happened to him!”

The door to his room slams shut as you feel a stray tear slide down your cheek. Two hands clasp your shoulders and spin you around to pull you into a big hug.

“I’ll never understand what goes on in that pricks head, but I promise it’ll be alright.” Price says

Many years down the road, life had seemed to heal for some. Others were getting treated much worse and you pity them, but praised them as they kept going on despite life being against them.

Your relationship with Ghost never fully recovered, but it was probably for the best. He tried to repair the damage, but you both knew he never would.

That poor girl was always on your mind and you wondered if she managed to find safety or if she died with her father. You understood her pain, being a child only with a father who you watched as he was killed by someone who he thought he could trust. You can’t imagine the hatred boiling up inside her, poor girl had her life turned upside down, one of the ones that life was against unfortunately.

“I just heard that you were discharged. Man it really is as bad as Price said.” Soap’s accent fills the once quiet room.

“It’s because of that bastard ain’t it?”

“A whole bunch of things. I just can’t find it in me to focus anymore. That one mission, I almost killed Price cause I wasn’t thinking.”

“No that was on me. I misread the codes, you weren’t this issue, lass”

Although he tried to comfort you, it didn’t help at all. The once lively office, was as cluttered as your brain. It’ll soon be empty as you head off to enjoy what’s left to enjoy.

What’s left for one that life is against….

Call him creepy, but Simon kept tabs on you all the time. He hated himself for causing such turmoil within the group, but also within you. He saw your health go downhill and how you weren’t as alert as you used to be.

“First Mara, now y/n. God women are just dying to get away from you, huh?”

“Go fuck yourself, McTavish” he replied

“We’ll wait until you hear the information I just received from our little y/n”

A cold and dreary morning, you sat across from a familiar, yet so new face. You see those young eyes, but are thrown off by how she’s grown up. Short brown hair and a strong hatred in her eyes.

You seen the fallen knights mask attached to her belt as she sits across from you with arms crossed.

“We never really got to meet before, but I know who you are. Why you’re here now, but unfortunately I can’t help you with what you need. That’s not my life anymore.”

“I just want you to relay a message to him. Tell him that I’m coming for him and I will stop at nothing to finish what my father started.” She says before standing up and leaving.

they transported back to richtofen's lab that was about to be ransacked by the evil forces. (samantha maxis started working with templar, for a bioweapon against ghost and the guys, and the rest of the world.)

how did dempsey and nikolai turn into purple zombies?

- a villain started stabbing knives with suspicious contents. the four were down. nikolai told takeo to run fast while he baits one of the bad guys. richtofen was supposed to be the one to be stabbed only to be pulled back by dempsey who takes the knife on his behalf. takeo got too mad and started slicing the bad guys while nikolai collapses in pain. dempsey and richtofen ran outside the facility, with dempsey carrying richtofen who injured his knee while running.

- it was a heavy snow outside and in the middle of nowhere dempsey starts feeling hungry for human flesh. the transformation was done but dempsey is slowly losing his sanity. richtofen eventually sacrifices himself to him.

the whole time, the skin was not "richtofen - turned," he was just bleeding at the parts where dempsey bit and ate him. by the time richtofen died due to blood loss (and frostbites), dempsey also completely lost himself and started walking like a zombie into nowhere.

Hello if you think with my internet presence my cod obsession disappeared, YOU WERE HELLA WRONG

Literally the only reason I've been gone (besides my discomfort at being perceived) is that I am too lazy to keep switching from this account to my lurker account back and forth... And I like to lurk around. A lot.

I have a shitton of drawings. Like... A ridiculous shit ton. Still loving Keegan. Still drawing Keegan x Rapace stuff. I have a hand drawn picture of him in my wallet. Been walking around with him. I gave up on my F2P status just to get his skin on codm. (worth it)

My friends like to mention him whenever I talk about love. I may be slightly obsessive, yeah

And the reason I came back?...

I was falling asleep when I remembered a fanfiction I had read. Fell asleep and woke up with no memory of what the fanfic it was about. Searched around, couldn't find it in my lurker account.

Is there any kind of song that suddenly gives you Call of Duty vibes? The moment you listen to it, nostalgia fills inside you?

Probably a straight forward answer, but JTmusic's MW19 rap "The Price of War" is the primary one. It's the COD song I heard before I even knew what COD was beyond some giant shooter franchise, but still loved it.

There's a lot of other random songs I associate with COD, but they're character/weapon specific and have nothing to really do with COD beyond that. A lot of times I watch characters dance to songs in my head or build up montage scenarios. I'll list a few because why not?

8: How do you develop your OCs?

I wrote about this in detail a while back but since Tumblr seems to have eaten the post, here we go again.

I typically develop them on disability/disorder. Not only do I have to research the disability/disorder in great detail to pull off the character properly, but it helps me build empathy for people in real life. For example, my current primary OC Sim MacCallen was built out base off a default operator in Call of Duty: Mobile when I noticed the operator’s eyes were grey. And so Sim was built off being completely colorblind (dyschromatopsia). The operator also wears full fingered gloves, so I added dermatophagia (which is where someone compulsively bites their fingers to the point they’re often swollen and bleeding). And then I added gout (a type of arthritis in the hands) which he kinda helped bring on faster from biting his hands so much.

I come up with a name after that, and for Sim, the CODM default operator has a (very odd) Scottish accent, so I just Google searched and picked names that appealed the most to me. And then I give them a prop which is an object a character has on them almost all the time, like a lucky charm. So for Sim, it’s his red tinted glasses for his eyes so he can see and the compression gloves for his fingers so he won’t bite them and he’s not so stiff.

The last thing I do is design a look for them, which usually doesn’t come until I go to draw them or make a piccrew.

11: Which OC of yours do you think is the most similar to you? Which OC is the most different? Why?

Honestly… I have no idea who is the most similar to me. I put pieces of myself in my OCs, but I have yet to make someone that’s like a self-insert. I typically consider my Chinese Bell, Yao Ming Yue, as the closest Bell to myself, but that’s not really true either because she’s a different ethnicity, more spiritual, quieter, and honestly more badass than I am.

Actually, maybe it was Acala, my Marvel OC who did absolutely nothing but was in every Marvel fanfic I wrote with a single dialogue line. Kinda like the female Stan Lee.

As for the second part, I think most of my OCs are petty different from me. Like I said before, I enjoy researching so making them different makes me research.

13: Do you prefer writing multi-chapter fics or single-part fics? Do you prefer reading multi-chapter fics or single-part fics?

I prefer reading and writing single-part fics, but that doesn’t mean I won’t do the other. A lot of times, one-shots don’t fuck around and just get straight to the point, which is what I love about them. Multi-chapters fics are a catch 22. Some of them get to the point and hook you in immediately, others take a few chapters to build their world, and that’s cool and all—some people really like that reading style—but I’m an impatient person.

I’m certainly no exception from needing a chapter to build my entire world before the story starts. Such is the case with my BOCW kid!Bell fic where the first chapter is just straight comedy because I need to build the world before anything happens.
