The BEST roast potatoes. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. With the olive oil or a goose fat. @lakeshore_ireland But there is a specific method to make these. It is not complicated, I promise. What you will need: ▪ 1kg potatoes ▪ 100g goose or duck fat (or 100ml olive oil) ▪ 2tbsp flour @dovesfarm ▪ @maldonsalt, to serve Method: 1. Put the roasting tin in the oven and heat oven to 200°C. Potatoes has to be in single layer. 2. Peel 1kg potatoes and cut each in even pieces (2, 3 to 5cm) 3. Drop the potatoes in a pan and pour in enough water to cover them. 4. Add in salt and let the water to boil. Once it's boilling, reduce the heat and boil for only 2 mins more. 5. Now put your fat or oil to the roasting pan and close the oven. 6. Drain the potatoes in a colander then shake back and forth to fluff up the outsides. 7. Sprinkle with 2tbsp flour and give another shake so they are evenly coated. 8. Carefully put the potatoes into the hot fat or oil. Mix the potatoes in oil 9. Bake for 15 mins, take out, mix again, bake for another 15mins, mix again, and then bake for last 10 to 20mins, or until golden and crispy. 10. 嘉義新店報報 七月底在嘉義小巷內無意間經過的小店， 之前也沒在網路上看到， 既然有緣，那就來給他試試看， 畢竟市面上真的比較少可麗露的專賣店。 本來以為只能外帶， 但他們好像也是以外帶為主， 後來查了一下， 他們之前好像也是以網路宅配銷售為主， 是最近才開了實體店面， 這樣讓想吃的人更加方便。 但他們目前佔無內用的計畫， 因此店內只有一組桌椅， 應該是給等拿餐點的客人稍作休息用的， 卻被我拿來內用。 香草焦糖布丁 口感介於軟嫩跟綿密中間， 甜度是略微偏甜， 搭配上焦糖微微的苦味， 會把整個布丁的味道層次拉得更出來一點， 整體味道算是甜香帶點微苦的尾韻， 焦糖的香氣也會留在口腔中。 耐吃度大概一顆， 第二顆就可能會稍嫌過於甜膩。 原味可麗露 外殼算是偏硬， 牙口不好的人請注意， 裡面吃起來口感也是略偏乾， 沒有那麼軟嫩有彈性的感覺， 感覺是有點烤過頭的樣子。 抹茶 這顆的口感就比原味的好一點， 沒有到那麼硬了， 裡面也比較濕潤也比較有彈性了。 而且因為抹茶的苦味， 也讓整個吃起來不會那麼甜， 而且他們抹茶的量算是下的很夠， 可以吃到抹茶的味道跟香氣。 泰奶 泰奶的口感算是這三顆吃起來口感最好的一個， 泰奶在咬下去的那剎那， 就會讓你吃到聞到濃濃的獨特香氣， 外殼也是酥脆不過硬， 內部也是濕潤跟彈性， 如果其他兩個也有這樣的水準， 我有來嘉義的話會再來回購。 沒有咬咬圖，因為太順口， 吃完才想到沒拍！ 鮮奶茶 茶香跟奶香兩者都偏淡， 沒有很明顯的茶香跟奶味， 不確定有沒有加糖， 但感覺是有加一點點， 但喝起來不會太甜也順口， 適合搭配較甜的布丁跟可麗露。 可麗露整體的口味是偏甜的， 所以搭配的飲品， 推薦是以無糖的為主， 你要搭配含糖的我也是不能說什麼， 只是這樣你到最後會很甜膩， 失去味覺吧！ 每天供應的口味基本上是固定的， 所以如果有喜歡的口味就私訊他們幫忙預留， 不然像是今天偶遇他們， 所剩的口味沒幾款， 就比較可惜一點！ 然後我還蠻喜歡他們店配色的質感， 用了大面積偏深的海軍藍， 搭配白色跟金色的裝飾品跟展示架， 還有唯一的座位區， 用了灰色皮草質感的地毯搭配牛皮沙發， 還有帶點復古色調的金屬桌子， 整個就是貴族的感覺！ #ninetydessert #canele #dessert #chaiyi #chaiyidessert #canelespecialtystore #crispyoutside #moistandtenderinside #matcha #thaimilktea #freshmilktea #vanillacaramelpudding #pudding （在 玖零甜食所） https://www.instagram.com/p/CF8eWYisLEh/?igshid=rywq25be39le
