どのような活動に没頭しますか ?
自分が最近没頭できる物には読書がある、
最近は数冊の本を並行して読み進めている、
以前は一冊読みおえ、次の本と考えていたけれど、
途中で飽きてしまうことが多かった。
数冊の本を順繰りその時野気分で取り上げ読むことで、
読書の楽しさが倍増して感じられ…
今はもっぱら読書の時間が増えた。
楽しく進められる物は頭にもその内容が良くのこるものだ…
今日も没頭する習慣となりつつある。
