Prinny Instructor Charlie & Vaggie: Pt. 1

((For now, like how I'm doing the Ashley, Student of Evil Academy AU, I'm going to make short moments on what I believe would occur instead of making one story, especially since Season 1 hasn't ended yet. Let me know if you prefer this format or a full blown story.))

President Emizel: "So, let me get this straight. You're the one and only daughter of none other than Lucifer himself and you came here to Hades... to become a Prinny Instructor?"

Charlie: "Yes. In fact, that is almost exactly what I just told you, Mr... Death Emizel, Sir."

Emizel: "I just can't wrap my head around it. That job title is for the lowest ranking demons here in Hades! Why would anyone of your status willingly choose to work at the very bottom? In fact I'm looking at both of your resumes right now and to say you're overqualified is an understatement."

Vaggie: "Glad someone's taking notice of our talents."

Charlie: "With all due respect, Sir Emizel, I want to learn all about the prinnies. You see, the world I come from has a bit of an overpopulation problem, and I think to solve it would be to help people on a path of redemption."

Vaggie: "Some demon claiming to be an overlord told us about this place saying prinnies are the key to reincarnation or whatever."

Emizel: "Well, whoever told you isn't wrong but-"

Charlie: "I'll take any test I have to in order to prove myself! I need to show everyone that every soul can be redeemed. Even though no one has been able to leave hell before, doesn't mean it's impossible."

Emizel: "I still can't... wait, NO one has been able to redeem their soul where you come from?"

Charlie: "Well, at least no to my knowledge."

Emizel: "...Alright fine, if you're really determined to do this. I'll let you study the prinnies as an instructor in training."

Charlie: *gasp!* "Yes! Thank you so much, Mr. President! I swear you won't regret-"

Emizel: "And to make sure you get the best coarse possible, I'll have you learn from our top instructor."

Charlie & Vaggie: "Top instructor?"

Emizel: "He's the only person that takes his job seriously meaning technically he's the only one qualified to teach you anything, but believe me when I say that there's no better person in any Netherworld to learn from."

Charlie: "That's great! I already can't wait to get started! Come on, Vaggie! To the classrooms!" Runs out the door.

Which Disgaea Character Would Join the Phantom Thieves (Pt. 2)

((Hee ho doods, Prinnyfrost reporting for Duty! This is part 2 of a multiparter. Sorry I couldn't finish this all in one, but I reached a character limit, so let's get straight into it.

24. Salvatore would not join the Phantom Thieves. Like Laharl, she'll probably get on everyone's nerves trying to take over the group as she doesn't take any orders from anyone she doesn't recognize as her superior officer. 25. Rutile on the other hand would definitely join as she would try to befriend each and every one of them. That being said, Ryuji is definitely going to try to teach her how to have more of a backbone. 26. Same can't be said for her bestie Stella. She's not exactly as endearing as Rozalin and if anything considering what she did in Absence of Detention, she might also be a target for the Phantom Thieves. 27. Valvatorez is an interesting case. On one hand, he probably would be against joining a group of thieves, but on the other hand, he could see what they're doing as a way of rehabilitating humans who may otherwise become prinnies one day. He's just as likely to become part of the group as he is to be fighting against them, unless if he makes a promise. 28. The only way Fenrich would join is if Valvatorez is in the group, and even then he's not going to get along with any of the members, especially not Ryuji or Morgana. 29. Fuka, Desco, and Artina all have experience being the Tri Angels, especially in Artina's case, but even then, I don't think they'd be willing to join. Fuka and Desco have global domination plans, and considering everything they've been through, the Phantom Thieves aren't going to take too kindly to that. As for Artina, while I do see her getting along with the members (and she even has her own all out attack in D7), she would only join if she feels like she has to because she does not like being a thief. She's only going around taking money because Flonne told her they needed it to restore Celestia's economy and to keep an eye on Nemo. 30. Emizel is in the same boat as Valvatorez. He's as likely to join them as he is to fight against them. 31. Nagi probably wouldn't join. Not only is she clumsy, but she's also hesitant to get too involved unless if she feels like she has to. 32. Killia would be a great asset to the Phantom Thieves and would get along swimmingly with the group. He wouldn't actively seek to join, but if it means helping others with their issues, he'd tag along. 33. As long as Seraphina keeps her character growth, I can see her joining as well. She'd probably have fun hanging with Ann and Haru. 34. Red Magnus would probably fight the Phantom Thieves, but only for fun sparring. Aside from that, he'd make another good muscle for the group, plus he's surprisingly good at keeping secrets. 35. I mean I could say Christo's already technically leading the Phantom Thieves considering his voice actor, but in all seriousness, I can see him joining if he has to for support. 36. You already know what I'm going to say about Usalia. She's in. Moving on. 37. Zeroken claims to be a lone wolf to try to act cool, but we know he'd join the Phantom Thieves in a heartbeat if he gets asked. Plus he would have pretty interesting dynamics with Morgana and Yusuke. 38. Zed would only join if Bieko either joins or wants him to join. Even then, like Fenrich, he's not the most social character, so they're still probably not going to have the best relationship with each other. 39. Misedor on the other hand would join if it means he can finally become the hero he dreams of being, even if it's not the most traditional way. Plus it's unlikely they're going to use him just for money. If they were, they wouldn't be friends with Haru. 40. Melodia would be a good member with her being light on her feet and her magical songs, but she might not join if Zed's not too fond of them. 42. To say that Piyori Nijino would be a hilarious member with a potential dynamic with Makoto is an understatement. Considering her conflicting values of justice, she might be against them at first, but after realizing what they're doing, I can see her supporting them. 43. Majolene on the other hand wouldn't join aside from assistance on the sidelines unless if she has to.

emizel tucker and shilo bathroy are sosoososos perfect in my mind. not like, morally, yknow, but they are two perfect characters to compliment each other.

emizel's a kid raised on the streets of LA by his gang brothers and he forced his way up the ranks by being brutal and unforgiving and not showing weakness. he's powerful because he refuses to doubt his own capabilities, and pushes himself past what he should be capable of, because he's cocksure and drowning in hubris. and then he gets turned into a vampire and all of the sudden he's in the middle of a brand new society and it runs on violence. and emizel knows violence! he's good at violence! literally this is all he's ever known!!! he's got this, he thinks he understands how to climb the ranks but in reality, he doesn't get it. at all. vampire society is this strange mix of posh old money and a violent underbelly and to really survive in it you have to manage both ends, but emizel only knows the violent underbelly.

and then shilo. shilo, who only knows the opposite: the grand old money, the power, the manipulation. and he's okay it at- he's better at it than he thinks he is, and he's way out of his depth when it comes to vampire LA. he grew up sheltered from the violence of vampirism- sure, death isn't unfamiliar to him but the really gritty stuff, the blood, even the point of not being able to feed without it being served to him has been withheld. but he knows, theoretically, how vampires are supposed to work. he's not at all confident in himself which is such a detriment because he is a manipulative little shit at his core, and if he wasn't so overwhelmed all the time he'd be pretty good at the politics thing. he's smart! he's personable! the reason he fails in LA like he does is the fact he doesn't understand the violence-

which is where emizel comes in.

they are literally perfect for each other. twin brothers, two equal sides of this fucked up vampire world, and if they worked together (and with arthur, i think arthur is key here for them not losing their humanity, y'know) i 100% believe they could take over the fucking world.

suckening episode 5 spoilers

i find shilo such an interesting character so far, the way bizly roleplays him is so captivating and it's really clear that he's thinking about everything going on in his head. i absolutely LOVE the way he's portrayed when upset (alongside vtm's idea that vampires cry blood) after he finds out about his mothers death. going back into that isolation after wanting to go outside for his whole life? time and time again shilo is shown that LA and the rest of the world is cruel and not what he thought it was - but he still pushes forward! he's actually so so brave. the contrast between him sobbing in the closet of the motel to being the only one to follow the unseen ones instructions, even when he's taunted with a depiction of his just-dead mother? sickening. while arthur opens his eyes because he's worried for shilo (and emizel opens his eyes because hes, well, emizel) shilo stays dedicated and proper to their goal of gaining information. and then having to sacrifice a memory of his mother to get the other two back? at the start of the campaign i loved shilo but i thought that his selfishness (letting guards be killed so that he can explore and gain information) would be his primary character arc. but after episode 5 i'm convinced that he's wholly selfless; perhaps just a little naive? his arc may be coming to terms with his mother and bonding with emizel while finding out that life outside the castle Can be kind. really excited to see where he goes from here. just the mental image of him walking bravely through the unseen one's domain has really stuck with me and made me love him even more than before. because he's also super silly! he's so entertaining to listen to as he discovers things about the outside world, ESPECIALLY now emizel has come into play as his twin brother. they really bounce off of each other well and i love that they're able to bond. it will be interesting to see how their dynamic plays out from here, emizel clearly isn't as emotionally comforting or intelligent which i think is something that shilo kinda needs. i believe that arthur will come out of his brooding shell to provide that though. and then we have such a wonderful found family dynamic at play.

this wasn't the most Coherent, i'll need to relisten to the episode to make a better post on how he's gotten to this point and fully dive into his character, motivations and relationships with those around him. but i just love shilo so much man. he totally needs a break but i fear he may not get one for a while.

Not to sound like an insane person but is it wrong to assume a lot of Arthur's early development came from his interactions with Magnus? I'm not gonna go into spoilers for ep 5 & 6 at least too heavily but as much as we got from Emizel and Shilo interacting with their respective Charlie npc and each other, a lot of what we know about Arthur only really came from his calls with Magnus and later the party but even then not as much. We knew about his nightmares and his aversion to drinking someone to death as well as vampires in general but it was kind of explored more with his first call to Magnus where we found out he's working with literal vampire hunters and wanted to "fix his relationship with the sun". It comes with the fact that I'm assuming they've known each other way longer but the fact that Magnus wasn't and still isn't afraid to call Arthur out on his brooding bullshit and sees him as a friend kind of chipped away at what kind of person Arthur is on the inside for us, the audience, to see. Before we got the development that is ep 5 & 6, the most we kind of got was that despite everything, Arthur does care for the boys at least a tiny bit but also knows destruction and chaos follows him everywhere. If you have watched 5 & 6 now, a lot of his conversations with Magnus get a little recontextualized and I think that's very cool.

I think Magnus is a very interesting npc and I love him very much and I want his own spinoff please please please please please
