Somehow Re:Dracula has made the polycule even more believable to me then before. I was fully onboard with it last year but this year I'm even more on board with it.
Jonathan and his wife Mina and Mina’s girlfriend Lucy and Lucy’s husband Arthur and their boyfriends Quincey and Jack and Jack’s sugar daddy Van Helsing-

Mina: Oh, my friends, you know as well as I do, that my soul is at stake... Professor, are you quite alright?
Dr. VH: *laughs till he cries*
Jonathan: I fail to see what's so—
Dr. VH: *cries till he laughs*
Arthur: Doctor, explain yourself!
Dr. VH: Arthur, dear lad, you should know of us all.
Everyone else but Jack: *confused staring*
Jack, muttering: Oh, God.
Dr. VH: Miss Mina, her soul *mimes stabbing* is at stake?
Arthur & Jonathan: *leap at Dr. VH in gentlemanly indignation, yammering incoherently*
Quincey: *easily holds both of them back*
Seward, dragging Dr. VH away: Now is not the time for King Laugh.
Dr. VH: *crying & laughing till he can't breathe, echoing down the hall*
Mina, to us:

Has anyone read this version of Dracula? It’s a comic book from Dynamite Entertainment that adapts Dracula word for word.

People making fun of Seward for not recognizing the bites as coming from a bat are valid but in his defence I had to google what bat bites looked like, and even then I'd be a lot more likely to attribute two puncture wounds as a snake bite, especially at the size they are. Speaking of size they are also much bigger than most bat bites; compare the size of your jaw to the size of a bat's, or even look up images of a bat bite, most examples are quite small.
He also does not work with animals nor is he a medicinal doctor most of the time; he usually works as a psychiatrist (or the Victorian equivalent) so he's even less likely to have had a patient with a bat bite before (as opposed to General Practitioner Vincent who has probably treated bat bites many times if his statement about how common bats are is to be believed).

Songs for Dracula Characters
During Dracula Daily, I decided to assign some songs to the characters that could be included in a playlist. The songs are compiled here, and there are four (4) songs for each main character, except Van Helping and Renfield as I only gave them two (2) songs each. The song assignments are based on the vibes of the song itself or the lyrics featured and relate to the characters themselves and/or their situations in the story. My choices also reflect my own musical preferences, so if there's a particular song that you think would fit that isn't on here that is likely why.
If you have any thoughts about my choices or your own suggestions, let me know!
