The Inlet Residence is a minimal house located in East Moriches, New York, designed by Sivak+Partners. This residence is located in East Moriches at a quiet location near Seatuck cove on Long Island. The house was bought for rent, so the main goal of this project was to create a modern and chic design in a concise time. The main difficulty was solving many technical problems on the go, which required us to have an unprecedented level of skill and ability to improvise and make the right decisions quickly.

NY, NY 2002 Unsolved Homicide

Sugar Bear (25), whose legal name was Andre Jamal Isaac, was last seen alive just before Thanksgiving in 2002 leaving her* apartment in East New York and getting into a red BMW-type coupe with “nice rims” driven by a “secret friend” who has been described as a Hispanic man. She reportedly went out without a coat and said she would be right back, and she left her wallet behind. She was never seen alive again.

Between December of 2002 and April of 2004, her dismembered body parts were discovered in three separate places - one location in Far Rockaway, Queens, and two locations in Moriches, Long Island. She had been shot in the head, and her murder has never been solved.
