Another ACUPOP prompt - Can we get a glimpse at either Kate or Anthony having to discipline Neddy? Is he just an extremely well-behaved boy? That worries me a bit because those are the kids who are plagued by perfectionism. I would love to see a moment of him feeling secure enough to push some boundaries with his parents, with some gentle guidance back.

I mean, generally, Neddy is a super well-behaved kid, and I think at least at first, Neddy would be super worried about pushing any boundaries, especially with Anthony who he doesn't know as well as his Mum.

But eventually, sure, he's a teenager, and he's going to try out different things, because that's what teenagers do.

And imagine the first time Neddy comes home from a party at 16 and he's a little bit tipsy.

"Mummy!"

Kate startled at the sound of her son's deep voice and the slam of the front door and she bit back a laugh already at the sound of his fumbling footsteps and the mutter of When did we get a coat stand? glancing at Anthony who chuckled lightly.

"I'm in here, Neddy." She called back, muttering to Anthony, "This should be interesting."

"There you are!" His eyes were a little unfocused and he slumped against the door of the living room, his hair sticking up in twenty different directions and he looked so much like Anthony had when they'd been young and stupid and hopping from bar to bar in fiji, newly married that she nearly did a double take.

"Hey, Sweetheart. How was the party?"

"And my Dad's here too!" Neddy crowed, "Look at my Dad!"

Anthony chuckled as Neddy stumbled towards them, flopping onto the sofa between them. "Look, it's my son."

"Did you, by any chance, have a few drinks tonight, Neddy?" Kate sighed, kissing his temple.

Neddy hummed, "I maybe had... one beer."

"One beer?" Anthony chuckled, "Sorry mate, you might be a lightweight."

"So maybe it was three?" He sighed, "But there was a girl there, and she was really pretty and I was nervous and I thought that would make it easier to talk to her, but it just made my head feel really fuzzy and I think I lost my wallet."

Kate's heart pounded for a moment, "How did you get home?"

"I think Dave drove me?" He said vaguely, "I dunno."

"Bed time, I think." Anthony said quickly, sensing Kate's panic, "Do you need me to help you up the stairs?"

Edmund sighed, "I think so. my legs don't work."

Anthony sighed and hauled his nearly six-foot son to a Standing position, half carrying him up the stairs and Kate tried not to think about it.

Edmund looked pale when he came downstairs the next morning, dark circles under his eyes and winced when Miles screeched Neddy! at the top of his lungs banging his fists on the counter.

"Hey, Milo."

Kate looked up at her son, sliding a glass of orange juice across the counter towards him followed by some painkillers. "Big night I hear."

Neddy flinched, staring down at the kitchen bench refusing to look at either Kate or Anthony beside him and it was that more than anything that made Kate's stomach churn.

"Sorry." He finally whispered, his shoulders heaving. "I'm really sorry. I shouldn't have been drinking and I know that this reflects really badly on you Dad and-"

"Neddy," Anthony said firmly, his hand on his son's shoulder. "Mum and I aren't upset about that, and I don't want you to ever make choices based on how you think ti reflects on me okay?"

Their son glanced furtively up at them, his brow furrowed, "But I was..."

"We're upset because we just want you to be safe." Kate cleared her throat, pushing down the panic, "You're a kid, and kids make mistakes and try things out and that's fine but you know, if you're in trouble: you can call either of us right? Or any of your aunts and uncles and we'll just come and get you."

Edmund nodded, letting out a sigh of relief before he winced again, "I really did lose my wallet though."

Kate rolled her eyes, "You didn't actually. I found it in the flowerpot out the front when I went to walk Newton this morning. I would like to discuss the condom you rolled onto the front gate though."

And it shouldn't have been so satisfying but when he spluttered and slipped off his stool: it really was very funny

Bridgerton headcanons

Edmund Bridgerton II looks a lot like Anthony and everyone expects him to be the rake out of the two boys but he is actually quite romantic and wears his heart on his sleeve and wants what his parents have. He reminds Violet a lot of her late husband. By the time he is 18/19, she knows he will be married by 25 at the latest. Because of his mature mindset, I can see him marrying a woman a few years older, not one of the newly debuted girls. Maybe a widow or someone on the cusp of spinsterhood.

Whereas Miles is a baby faced cutie who loves kids, literally his cousins' nursemaids have nothing to do when he is visiting and everyone thinks that he will get married first out of the two boys. Until he hits adulthood and becomes a rake, cynical of the whole romance and love thing.

Imagine a three-year-old Edmund walking with Anthony, holding his hand, calling out to his Amma and when she doesn't respond, he shouts, "KATIE!!"

Anthony looks shocked for a moment at the sudden outburst. Then he doubles up laughing in delight at the sight of his little son, screaming on top of his tiny lungs for his wife, by her name.

Kate skips through the stairs, hearing the shouts of her sweet hellion.

"KATIE!"

"KATIE"

"KATIE!"

She reached the morning room and saw Anthony and Eddie standing in the middle, their faces flushed red. Anthony had tears streaming down his face from laughter and Eddie was looking impatient, his eyebrows scrunched.

Her heart thudded loudly as she took in Eddie's lit up face when he saw her. She took a second to compose her face and walked towards them.

"Did someone call for me? I kept hearing someone shouting my name." Kate looked at Anthony as she spoke, feigning disinterest and ignoring Eddie jumping excitedly beside him. jumps breezily,

"Amma, me! It was me. Amma!"

Kate struggled to keep her face straight as Eddie continued to jump, waving his hands in the air.

Anthony looked at her in question and she gave him a tiny wink. He smiled and shook his head.

Kate could see from the corner of her eyes that Eddie was getting frustrated, and she was starting to feel a little bad for her boy.

Finally, like a violin string snapping, Eddie shouted,

"KATIEEEE!!"

Kate's eyes widened at the vigour in his voice.

She finally looked at Eddie to see him staring at her, his lips pouting.

"Oh! It was you. You were calling me?" She pressed a hand to her chest dramatically and crouched down in front of him.

Eddie grinned and nodded furiously.

"Aww my poor baby, I am so sorry." She pulled him into her arms, hugging him tightly.

She pulled away, "You were shouting for Katie? I thought it was Papa. Wow you have a big voice, my kutti." Eddie preened at the compliment, nodding his head enthusiastically.

"I apologize. Amma made a mistake. Come here, let me apologize properly." She started peppering kisses on his face and Eddie started giggling.

"Papa, help me. Amma is tickling me."

Anthony laughed, "Oh we can't have that now, can we? Let's tickle Amma. Come here, champ."

Anthony joined their tickle fight and soon the three of them were lying on the plush carpet in a tangle, completely exhausted; their cheeks hurting from laughter and tears running down their faces.

What is your favourite Crane Twins Head Cannon?

That they feud with the Kanthony kids at anytime they get. Oliver and Amanda intrinsically caught on to the fact that Eloise has some sort of psychological fight for supremacy with Anthony and that SHE WILL NEVER BE BEATEN. So they are automatically ready to challenge Ned and Miles whenever they see each other. (Charlotte and Mary are still infants)

Ned and Miles are so competitive and it's annoying that their Saphne and Benophie cousins don't fight to death the way they do. But with Oliver and Amanda anything goes and it's like finally meeting someone their own size.

I think that the only one who's ever gotten caught in the Ned, Miles, Oliver and Amanda feud, has been dear Gregory. Who made the mistake of trying to stand in their way during a very violent game of Catch the Highwayman. And ended up tied to a chair with an apple on his mouth to keep him from shouting for help.

it doesn't help that Eloise and Anthony do join them in their games every once in a while. So it looks perfectly legal to try to drop a stink bomb on their siblings when it looks like you're losing.

But that's Bridgerton sibling bonding for you. Oliver and Amanda still consider Ned and Miles their favorite cousins. And vice versa. On account that they never seen each-other back down from a fight.

Nicknames: Neddy, Ned, Teddy(His girlfriend Victoria Dorset is the only one allowed to call him that. And his baby sister Mary)

Profession: lawyer, he took after his parents and is more ruthless than BOTH his parents.

Ned was every bit his fathers son, but with his mothers vivacity and when it came to his career he knew there was only one route he was going to take.

He was obsessed with his bike as a child and loved cycling around the grounds of Aubrey Hall and being out in the air. At 16 he got his CBT and moved up to the bigger bikes. He never actually learns to drive a car because he prefers his motorbikes.

He’s protective of all his siblings and cousins. Though he was terrified by his cousin when he watched Vivi knock out one of the lads when he had come to walk her and the rest of his cousins from school, he was the one who talked her out of having a detention.

He’s really good at making things and puzzles having spent time with his favourite Aunt Sophie and eventually builds his own motorbike from scratch.

He met his girlfriend Victoria on his second day of Uni when she spilt her coffee all over him by accident. He was late for a lecture and was running and barrelled her over. It took four months to convince her to go out with him.

Anthony and Kate’s Children

The Viscount and Viscountess Bridgerton had four children: Edmund, Miles, Charlotte, and Mary. As the eldest and the heir, Edmund had a stellar reputation and was considered to be quite the catch, one of the most eligible of the dowager viscountess’s grandsons. Although to some, Edmund came off as too uptight but he broke all of the mamas of the ton’s hearts when he announced an engagement to the rarely seen spinster sister of Lord Edgar Knight, a baron. As the spare, Miles’s reputation was not nearly as stellar as his elder brother’s, but given his name, connections, and funds, Miles was still considered to be a highly eligible man. However, Miles followed his brother’s footsteps and announced an engagement to a baker from Bond Street. As the eldest daughter, Charlotte’s reputation was different from her brothers. She was a highly eligible choice, but refused most men and by the end of her third season, the proposals had stopped. To follow in her brother’s footsteps, Charlotte eventually announced an engagement to the twelfth Viscount Crofton who had no real connections to the ton. As the youngest child and with a big gap between her and her siblings, Mary had the most complex reputation. She had a temperament that was the combination of her parents’ temperaments, which meant that she wasn’t the most approachable choice. Thus, Mary received very few proposals and, perhaps unsurprisingly, she was the captain of her destiny, eventually announcing her own engagement to her brother-in-law’s cousin, a private detective. 

Edmund Anthony Marcus Bridgerton

Born in 1815, Edmund is the sensible one. His siblings and cousins often say that Edmund has never made a rash decision in his life. It’s not exactly true, but most of the time Edmund does do a lot of thinking before acting.

Edmund’s godfather is Benedict and his godmother is Edwina. 

Edmund is the child that looks the most like Anthony, something that Kate adores and also finds hilarious because in many ways, Edmund is the complete opposite of Anthony. 

Perhaps the biggest thing that Edmund has in common with his father is a big protective streak that extends to his siblings and every one of his cousins. It doesn’t matter that they can take care of themselves. He’s going to be the next viscount and Edmund feels that he needs to take the role of protector seriously. 

Oliver Crane often brings out the daredevil in Edmund. There’s just something about being around Oliver that makes Edmund impulsive. He finds it almost impossible to turn down any dare from Oliver. 

Edmund only “sows his wild oats” for one season. He grew tired of trying to keep up the rake lifestyle and felt like it wasn’t for him. Edmund prefers a discreet meeting and never actually holds a mistress for very long.

Given Edmund’s reputation for being a bit uptight and sensible, his choice of wife shocks everyone. His wife, Juliet Knight, is the daughter of a baron, but she had a son out of wedlock. There was an attempt to cover-up her son’s bastardy by her late father, but there are rumors. Edmund doesn’t care. It’s not that big of a shock, considering her son looks a lot like her. At one point, though, he nearly gets into a duel because he overheard a crude comment about Juliet. 

Edmund married Juliet in August of 1843, when he was 28, she was 26, and her son was seven.

After their wedding, Edmund adopts her son, Teddy. He knows that the Bridgerton name will provide the boy with greater protection and respectability, and that’s what Teddy deserves. 

Edmund and Juliet have two children together, a daughter named Clara Katharine Anne Bridgerton and three years later, a second son named Marcus Edmund Anthony Bridgerton, who is Edmund’s heir. However, whenever asked, Edmund always says he has three children: Teddy, Clara, and Marcus.

Miles Benedict Colin Bridgerton

Born in 1817, Miles is the dramatic one. He doesn’t mean to be dramatic… it just happens. It’s in his nature. 

Miles’s godfather is Colin and his godmother is Daphne. 

In addition to being the dramatic one, Miles is also the wild brother. He’s not a rake by any means, but he likes to have fun. However, he is aware of what’s expected of him and saves his wild antics for the appropriate places. All bets are off at Aubrey Hall, though.

Miles is a momma’s boy. He’s always been close with Kate and is more likely to tell her what is going on in his life. 

Miles’s best friend is his cousin, David Basset. It’s rare to see Miles without David when they’re in the same space. 

There’s a running joke amongst the Bridgerton cousins that Miles will fall in the love with the drop of a hat. It’s sort of true, as Miles has declared himself in love multiple times. However, he also falls out of love just as quickly. 

It takes Miles a long time to realize that he actually does love his future wife, Grace Hill. He’s had so many different thoughts of love that he really struggles with the idea of truly being in love. He goes through and asks all of his married family members, especially his aunts, uncles, and parents, when they knew they were in love. 

Miles’s wife, Grace, is considered a scandalous choice as Grace runs her family’s bakery. Miles doesn’t care. In fact, he wins Grace over by deciding to help her handle the bakery’s books. He shocks both his parents when he asks Anthony to teach him how to balance ledgers and notice things like price hikes.

Miles married Grace in September of 1844, when he was 27 and she was 25. 

Miles and Grace have four children together. They have three sons named Felix Noah Bridgerton, Abel Anthony Bridgerton, and Jasper Miles Bridgerton, each born two years apart, and one daughter, Ada Grace Bridgerton, born five years after their youngest son, Jasper.

Charlotte Katharine Bridgerton

Born in 1822, Charlotte is the stubborn one. She refuses to do something if she doesn’t want to or doesn’t like something.

Charlotte’s godfather is Gregory and her godmother is Francesca.

Anthony is the only person allowed to call her “Lottie.” He’s called her that since she was a baby and while she would never admit it, Charlotte adores that he calls her it.

Charlotte’s middle name could also be Kathani. The headcanon is that her middle name is Kate’s full name. 

Charlotte is very much a daddy’s girl. She adores Anthony and, aside from a couple bumps during her seasons, she always has. Anthony is wrapped around her finger. (Of course, he’s also wrapped around Edmund’s, Miles’s, and Mary’s fingers.)

Charlotte could be a bit of a terror. It wasn’t that she caused problems on purpose, but she’s a bit of a trouble magnet. She’s gotten into many scrapes throughout her life, often leaving her parents to marvel at how she managed to avoid a compromising situation.

She is very good at making friends quickly. In fact, she managed to befriend almost every girl that debuted alongside her… which also resulted in her becoming a bit of a matchmaker. This extends to her sister as well as a cousin or two.

She has six seasons before she meets and later marries her husband, Rupert Townshend. She had a handful of suitors during those previous seasons, but none of the men managed to capture her interest. By that point, she had given up the idea of marrying because none of the men in her circle interested her. Sure, she’d had a couple kisses but none of them made her want to really risk going much further. Rupert changed everything about this. 

Charlotte’s husband, Rupert is also considered to be a bit scandalous, despite the fact that he inherited a viscountcy. He’s the son of a schoolteacher and a seamstress, which is perhaps why Charlotte found him to be refreshing… and real. She was able to see who he was, and not the mask that so many people on the ton have been trained to wear.

Charlotte married Rupert in October of 1846, when she was 24 and he was 27. 

Charlotte and Rupert have two sons together. There are six years between their two boys. Their elder son is named Malcolm Anthony Rupert Townshend and their younger son is named Lucian Elias Joshua Townshend.

Mary Violet Bridgerton

Born in 1830, Mary was the surprise. Her parents hadn’t been planning on having another child, but Mary happened. She enjoys surprising people, though. 

Mary’s godfather is Simon and her godmother is Eloise, much to Hyacinth’s displeasure. 

Due to the age gap, Mary is not extremely close to her siblings. They don’t have a lot in common when she’s little, but they do grow closer when she gets older. She also is a bit spoiled by her older siblings, as she’s the baby of the family. 

At the age of six, Mary convinces Kate and Anthony to give her a puppy for her seventh birthday. Naturally, Kate and Anthony get her a corgi puppy, whom Mary named Rosie. She adored that corgi.

Mary’s best friend is her cousin, Janet Stirling. They’re the same age and bonded right away, as they’re rather similar. 

Unlike her sister, Mary isn’t the best at making friends and only befriends one other debutante, a Lady Lilliana Steele… who goes on to marry Mary’s cousin, George St. Clair. Mary isn’t exactly thrilled by that development and does threaten her cousin with bodily harm, if he hurts Lilliana. 

Mary hadn’t intended to get married, but then her sister reintroduced her to Charlotte’s husband, Rupert’s cousin, Arthur Townshend. She falls surprisingly hard for the mysterious man and can’t help but want to get involved in his mysterious investigation.

Like her siblings, Mary’s husband is also considered an inappropriate choice. Arthur is not a member of the ton and he's a private investigator. 

Mary married Arthur in December of 1851, when she was 21 and he was 26. 

Mary and Arthur have two daughters together. There’s only eighteen months between their girls. Their elder daughter is named Diana Katharine Townshend and their younger daughter is named Lily Marie Townshend.

I WANNA SEEE EDDY NEDDY! AND IT NEEDS TO BE NEDDY - I don’t want an Edwina II or something they already erased Amelia, I don’t want Neddy erasure. Though they did put importance on Anthony’s bond with Edmund so hopefully we can bank on that to get Neddy!

As for the storyline itself, I want a pregnancy storyline with Neddy being born in a later episode. Since we never got to enjoy Kathony as a couple, I want them to be soft and married for most of S3. Just happy and in love, no drama, no fucking infertility plot. 

(I swear if one more person tells me they want it I will smack them, esp if its a racid Polio saying that so an Allergy baby can be the Viscount like do you know how many people have to die before the Polio baby gets either title?? They are both third borns they ain’t getting the Baronage or Viscounty)

Randomly thought of Mary’s forehead kisses in your Edmund/Alice story and been smiling since ❤️

I absolutely adore Edmund being a good big brother just as his parents were. And Mary being so much younger than her siblings she absolutely would be the baby of the family and she knows it.

As to the forehead kisses, I got inspo from real life lol apparently, it's something I do. I never even realised it, but a couple of years back my dad pointed it out to me like "It's really funny that instead of kissing me you just offer me your head to kiss." and I was liek "wait, no I don't!" Ahhhh Edmund and a governess!! Molly I NEED to know how they met! And how Edmund makes a fool of himself to get her attention

Okay, I've somehow gotten myself obsessed with Bruises Universe Baby Bridgertons and their love lives.

Imagine Edmund, 23 years old, broad shouldered and strong and all the girls in the village giggle and whisper when he passes and he chuckles when he winks at them and they all gasp, even when his Mama tuts at him You shouldn't give them false hope, Neddy

He knew he had no intention of marrying any of these women. He's known them since he was a boy and if he was going to feel anything for them he'd have felt it by now, surely. And while he'd never admit it, and he knows that his parents had only met twice before they married, he wants a marriage like theirs. He wants the deep abiding love they share for one another, it's mortally embarrassing that they're still in love with each other after all this time but... they know one another. The childhood he had was so filled with love, and gentleness and he wants just the same.

Lord, he wants what Miles had with the girl who had been painfully shy before their marriage. Miles now a doting husband and father to little Henry.

And then he meets her.

Walking through the village one day, nudging Miles just as they did when they were children, teasing him even as he rolled his eyes. Edmund hadn't been paying attention to where he was going and a young Lady had exited the bakery at the exact moment he was walking past and he knocked her into the dirt before he could catch her.

"I am so very sorry, Miss." Edmund held out his hand to the young woman who was looking down at her dress despondently.

She sighed, brushing her hands off on her dress "That's quite alright."

And then she looked up at him, right into his eyes and Edmund's stomach jolted. "Allow me to help you."

"I'm fine, thank you." The woman said primly, shaking her head as she hauled herself to her feet dusting off her dress.

Edmund snatched his cap off his head, fixing his hair quickly in the shop window while she wasn't looking, ignoring his brother's muttered Lord.

"You really must forgive me miss-?"

"You're forgiven." The woman said quickly, "No harm done."

She was already walking away as Edmund's mouth fell open in surprise at the rebuff.

"Might I be allowed to introduce myself, Miss?"

"I don't think that will be necessary. I've met a hundred men just like you."

"You've known me half a minute!" He said a little indignantly.

"I've known men like you all my life. Forgive me if I pass on knowing another. Good Day, Sir."

Edmund stared at the door to the post office that had just been closed in his face, his mind racing.

"Well mercy me." Miles' voice was far too smug behind him. "I think perhaps I feel an icy breeze coming up from under the earth."

"Shut it." Edmund said quickly.

"Could it be that Edmund Bridgerton has finally met a woman who doesn't find him charming?"

"Hush."

"I don't think I will. I can't wait to tell Emily."

"I'm your older brother, you should listen to me!"

"When have I ever?"

Kanthlet's first words

Ned: In the build up to Ned's first word, Anthony and Kate have playful arguments with Anthony saying it is going to be Appa, while secretly wanting it to be Amma, while Kate says it will be Amma while wanting it to be Appa. It is actually neither. His first word is 'dog'. Anthony is adamant that Newton's face remained a picture of canine smugness for a week afterwards.

Miles: Ned takes being a big brother very seriously and the pair of them absolutely adore each other. As soon as Miles can crawl, he wants to follow his brother. Therefore, when his first word is Ned, the whole family thinks that it is fitting. His second word is spoken a few weeks later. 'Wait'. "Ned, wait!" is often heard echoing through the halls of Aubrey Hall as Miles trys to keep up with his brother. And Ned always does wait for him.

Charlotte: Charlotte's first is 'Oi!'. Something that she regularly shouts when she wants someone's attention (mainly with Kate. With Anthony, she normally crawls over to him and tugs his sleeve or his trousers leg and then holds her arms up cutely. Only if her beloved Appa continues to ignore or or takes too long to respond in Charlotte's opinion does shout Oi at him). Kate insists that 'Oi' is not a proper word, so her first official word is 'No'.

Mary: Kate and Anthony knew when she was very young that she would be an avid reader. When she was a baby, being read to was her favourite thing, and she had two doting parents and 3 adoring siblings to indulge her. Even when everyone is too busy to read to her, she can keep herself entertained for hours flipping through her picture books by herself. Therefore, no one is surprised when her first word is 'book'.

Bridgerton Halloween

Five-year-old Charlotte wants to dress up as Elsa from Frozen. But she's sad because her brothers are not willing to dress up as Anna and all her cousins are all far away in their own homes.

Kate tries to console little Charlotte, "But Elsa travels to the mountains all alone and she builds an ice castle all by herself, isn't that cool? You could still go as Elsa, darling."

Charlotte shakes her head, "And Anna comes searching for Elsa because she misses her. And they hug. Elsa has Anna. I don't have anyone!" Her crying intensifies.

Kate feels sad to see her crying, yet she can't help but feel frustrated at her daughter's stubborn streak, something that she definitely inherited from her Papa because Kate is sure that she was never this stubborn.

Anthony sees his precious daughter holding her blue dress, sitting on the floor, at tears falling from her eyes and he feels his heart bursting. Kate is sitting next to her, stroking her hair, looking helpless.

Anthony walks up to them and sits beside Charlotte.

"What's wrong, sweetheart?" He asks her gently.

Charlotte hiccups, "Nothing!" Pouting harder.

"You're crying because of nothing?"

Charlotte shakes her head, "I am not crying."

Anthony bites back a smile, "So why are your eyes wet?"

Charlotte starts crying harder.

Anthony pulls his daughter into his lap and holds her.

"It's okay, sweetie. Tell me what it is and I promise, I'll help you."

Anthony can feel Charlotte shaking her head into his shoulder, her crying subdues.

"You won't."

He strokes her back, "You're right. I won't be able to help if you won't even tell me the problem. Won't you tell your poor Papa what's troubling you?"

Charlotte stays silent and Anthony waits for her.

After a few seconds, she replies, her voice small, "I wanted to dress up as Elsa for Halloween."

"Wanted? You don't want to anymore?"

Charlotte shakes her head.

"Do you want to dress up as someone else then? We could go get new costumes."

She shakes her head again.

"Do you not want to dress up at all?"

She shakes her head.

Anthony looks up at Kate for help.

"She wants to dress up as Elsa but there's no one to dress up as Anna! I told her it's okay if she goes as Elsa without Anna but she does not want that." Kate shrugs at him.

Anthony holds Charlotte by her shoulder and looks into her teary, brown eyes, "Why do you need Anna to go with you, darling? Isn't it awesome for Elsa to go by herself?"

Charlotte looks down and softly whispers, "Ed and Miles are going together. And I don't have anyone with me."

Anthony feels his heart melt. He smiles softy at Kate in understanding.

Kate feels her eyes tear up, hearing her little daughter's confession. Maybe she's not so much different to herself, she muses.

Kate bites her lips and stares at her husband and daughter as Anthony replies,

"Aww, sweetheart. That's not true. You have Papa. I can dress up as Anna. We can show the boys how it's done."

Charlotte looks up at Anthony, her eyes wide, looking hopeful, "You'll really dress up as Anna, Papa?"

Anthony nods his head vigorously, "For my favorite daughter? Definitely!"

Charlotte smiles widely and throws her tiny arms around Anthony, hugging him.

"You're the best, Papa. You're the best Papa. Thank you!" Charlotte shouts.

Anthony hugs back, smiling widely.

"Sweetheart? Maybe you should ask Amma if she could find Elsa costume for me?" Anthony whispers into Charlotte's ear.

Charlotte looks at Kate, her eyes hopeful, "Please Amma, can you find Anna's dress for Papa? Please?"

Kate smiles at Charlotte, "Yes, ma'am! We'll find the best dress for your Papa to dress up as Anna."

Charlotte cheers, "Thank you, Amma! Thank you!" She climbs down from Anthony’s lap and climbs into Kate's.

Kate hugs her tight and gives her a kiss on her head.

And that's how Anthony Bridgerton, aged 38 dressed up as Anna from Frozen and went Trick or Treating with his daughter, Charlotte dressed up as Queen Elsa for Halloween 👸

Kate Bridgerton, not wanting to waste an opportunity to embarrass her stupid boys (and teach a lesson), dressed up as Olaf. Charlotte was overjoyed to see her Amma’s surprise costume ☃️

Edmund and Miles Bridgerton were seen running, wearing plain masks. Whether it was a part of costume or out of embarrassment of their parent's antics, nobody knows 👻 🎃

I love the two drabbles you posted today. I feel like the staff at Romney need respite leave. Could you imagine if during the visit was the twins first introduction to pall mall?

Oh the twins don’t get to play Pall Mall until the following summer… but the learn about it before hand… and are vibrating with excitement to play over the summer

The children have a game with Edmund, Charlie, Miles, Amanda, Oliver, Belinda, Amelia and Alex all playing… whilst being watched by Sophie and Kate neither expecting it to descend quite so much with the kids being aged 10 on Amelia’s case to 4 in Alex’s case.

Edmund tries to assert control as “leader” which ends up with him face down in the mud and Amelia insisting it wasn’t her fault…

Oliver with a cut on his face from the bushes Amanda hit his ball into.

Charlotte screaming at the side because she wasn’t allowed to join in despite only being 2 and taking stealing Edmund’s ball and hiding it up at the house with her dolls.

And only ends when Vivi crawls in the way of the game having escaped thanks to Lottie needing a distraction and Mile’s stray shot missing his sister by inches and Charlie shocking everyone by shouting at his brother and everyone else for not noticing his 6 month old sister a) crawling for the first time and b) endangering her.

Sophie and Kate having ran down noticing Lottie helped Vivi escape shocked at the outburst from the freshly 6 year old boy.

It’s that day when everyone realises he’s the one that’s a mini Anthony not Edmund… which makes Ned huff for about 2 hours.
