Edrison Peavey

My headcanon is that he’s a total family man. He’s portrayed by an actor who is 60 and Peavey has spent all his life in the Empire and First Order as an officer. That means access to high-grade medical stuff. I figure people are a little longer-lived in a GFFA than they are here, better preserved, too, so I put Peavey at being older.

I imagine him having a wife, six kids (two of whom are older than Armitage Hux) and, like, fifteen grandchildren. Maybe more. Several of his kids are on the Finalizer with him. He’s been lucky enough to be assigned to the same ship since it rolled off the construction line and was first commissioned, so he’s really attached to it and knows a lot of people on board. His wife would be an officer as well working in some other portion of the ship. He dotes on his grandkids and talks about them from time to time when off-duty. He’s the kind of guy who would never hit one of his kids. Or any kid.

Armitage keeps looking at him, trying to identify this emotion in his chest. It’s like envy or jealousy or something. But what he knows is that it’s really upsetting.
