spent a lifetime planting this garden all these pretty flowers in their places beneath the sun i danced between them but for a few years the sun turned its face from me & the storms washed all the flowers away until I was standing ankle deep in water with dead petals floating all around the garden was brown, dry and withered and slowly I died with it until you came so vivid and beautiful so small but full of love & life you brought back the light with you Once again I felt alive and all the flowers bloomed again in their places beneath the sun Brighter than they were before I can dance between them once more We dance with them every night.

Week 1 - So as part of my graduate studies in technical communication, I am taking a Social Media Branding class. I am familiar with Facebook and LinkedIn, but have never really used any other platforms.

In the coming weeks I will be talking about my experiences with new platforms. We will be using Twitter and Instagram. Blogging and journaling will be done with Medium.com and Tumblr. I am sure there will be opportunities to use other platforms as well.

Looking forward to experimenting with Twitter this week, and learning how to use hashtags! Feel free to follow along and see my progression as I venture more fully into the world of Social Media.

Anything from Superheroes, Villains, favorite food, advice, quiet places to ways to relieve stress, etc. I bought this, so I could write about each topic, so that my children would have something to look back on, something about me. Things they already know, to things they didn't know. After I lost my mom, I wished I had something like this to read. Something to help me stay connected to her. I feel like there was so much more to know & learn about her. I highly recommend doing this.
