After getting my @rotgbingo​ card in the first week of January, (and then proceeding to do nothing with it for half a year,) here’s my first Bingo fill for 2022!

The square this time was: “Not a Date.” 

Inspired by the Heartstopper comic’s bonus material, Sandy finds himself third wheeling during an outing, even if Jack and Aster won’t admit that it was, in fact, a date.

Who knows! Maybe it wasn’t one. I’m sure lots of platonic duos get so wrapped up in each other’s nonsense that they completely fail to notice friend #3 pull out a phone and take a selfie. Checks out, guys. Great work.

bunny: now that i think about it, neither of us are big on surprises.

shoto: no, we’re not.

bunny: with him, it’s usually experiences. special dates or maybe something i’ve always wanted to try. that or flowers.

shoto: she’ll make my favorite dessert once in a while or perhaps bring home something i like from the bakery.

Locket; How does your f/o's style line up with yours? Do you ever attempt to match, or just do your own thing?

bunny: we have similar styles, but shoto’s look is much more… curated than mine haha. unless it’s an important event, i tend to stick to sweaters and cardigans, jeans, big scarves, sneakers… but he’s got a well developed wardrobe thanks to his friends.

shoto: yeah, and we don’t try to match unless it’s perhaps for an ugly sweater party? bunny undersells herself though. she looks just darling all dressed up.

bunny: thanks, dear.

Fireworks; What's something your f/o does that always sweeps you off your feet?

bunny: maybe this is a little cliche, but it’s small gestures. opening my car door, pulling out my chair, holding out his arm for me to take when we go anywhere… things like that. it makes me feel special.

shoto: she can be very thoughtful. she goes out of her way to consider my preferences or make my day better. sometimes she’ll set out my clothes for the next day.
