My homicidal ideation has gotten so bad lately and I genuinely have to fight back the urge to stab someone every time I’m holding a sharp object. My mom handed me a knife the other day and my first thought was “it would be so easy to just stab her right now” and I had to literally hold my arm down because I wanted to so badly.
