im not going to share my clangen story because it's messy and not very good but here's a scene from it: firhowl defeats gingerpaw in the dark forest, finally saving her kin from being sent to the dark forest at death. however, many of her kin are stuck in the df forever. she died trying to escape after, and went to starclan, where she became the starclan guide.

Warrior Ceremony

“Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here beneath the willow tree for a warriors ceremony!” Foxstar’s voice rang through the camp as the cats of Roseclan gather for their first warrior ceremony. “Gingerpaw, Sunpaw, please step forward.”

The two ginger apprentices padded forward and looked up at their leader and father.

“Sunpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code, and defend this clan, even at the cost of your life?”

“I do.” Sunpaw nodded.

“Then by the power of Starclan, I give you your warrior name. From this moment on, you will be known as Sunfern!”

“Sunfern! Sunfern!” The cats of Roseclan cheered.

Foxstar lifted his tail to quiet the clan before turning to his daughter.

“Gingerpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code, and defend this clan, even at the cost of your life?”

“I do!” Gingerpaw bounced on her paws excitedly.

“Then by the power of Starclan, I give you your warrior name. From this moment on, you will be known as Gingerrunner!”

“Gingerrunner! Gingerrunner!” The cats cheered, pride filling the ginger molly’s chest as she looked around. Then a slight pain at the memory of a white and tortoiseshell molly and how she couldn’t be there to see Gingerrunner become a warrior.

“E-Excuse me...” Gingerrunner spoke uncharacteristically softly as Foxstar ended the meeting. She quickly ran out of camp and into the forest. There was someone she just had to see again, and it couldn’t wait for luck or the next gathering.

Hello friends I made a new Clangen clan bc the last one was overwhelming me lol. This is CryptClan! From left to right we have Locuststar (leader), Tallmark (deputy), Dogrise (healer), Currenttail (warrior), Midnightpaw (Tallmark’s apprentice), Gingerpaw (Locuststar’s apprentice), and Tawnykit (Currenttail’s adoptive daughter). More info about each of them below:

Locuststar (she/her) is grumpy, a renowned hunter, is 55 moons old, and has the experience level of "prepared". Her warrior name was Locustfur. I've only played one moon so far and she somehow already got caught by humans + collared. Hashtag girlboss moment I guess.

Tallmark (he/him) is cold, an unusually strong fighter, is 58 moons old and is "competent". Most of these designs are exaggerated, but he has the same fabulous mustache in game too:

Dogrise (they/he) is charismatic, a great teacher and a good speaker, is 72 moons old, and is "proficient". They're just an ouppy what can I say. They're also the first cat I've ever gotten in clangen with heterochromia! Pretty swag :>

Currenttail (he/him) is troublesome, a renowned hunter and a great mediator, is 84 moons old, and is also "proficient". Yes he's the oldest one here yes I made him the smallest. What of it. He's also Tawnykit's adoptive father bc I said so. Also his first patrol was by himself and he decided he had a vision from Starclan. Fun!

Midnightpaw (she/her) is loving, interested in clan history, is 10 moons old, and is a trainee. All of her thoughts have been about being angsty so far <3

Gingerpaw (she/her) is cunning, has an active imagination, is 6 moons old, and is also a trainee. She started the game as a kit (being charming rather than cunning) but I played one moon and she grew up :,)

Tawnykit (she/her) is a know-it-all, constantly climbing, is 2 moons old, and is untrained. I have assigned her as Bearer of The Curse bc she started the game as 1 moon old and already her first thought was how she knew 20 different birds. Little chosen one I see

I'm also playing this one on the "Wasteland" area theme thing, so these guys are technically living in an apocolypse. Even more fun!! Hehe yeah thanks for reading.

pigeon and cinder used to live in the clan living on the other side of the territory but decided to switch clans to be with silver after their parents dying from a dog attack

laburnumpaw, gingerpaw, and asphodelblaze are brothers

gingerpaw tries to be friends with cinderpaw who is pretty detached from everyone because of her parents death but tolerates him

laburnum and ginger failed their assessments because of not paying attention and fooling around

When I was a child, I read Warriors. But instead of being normal about it, I used all of my stuffed animals at my disposal and turned my room into a living breathing clan. That clan was Crystalclan. And now, I bring it to you in the form of this Clangen blog

Unlike most Clangen games, every single character starting out is custom! Most are based off stuffed animals I had as a child. I’m super stoked to begin this clan!

"I think I'm like you," Shadowbloom announced into the empty air. Mintswirl paused in their sorting and squinted at her.

"How so?"

"You know, not a tom, not a she-cat, something... else," she finished, gesturing lamely.

"Oh. Well, do you like being called they? Like... I met Shadowbloom, they're really cool."

"Yeah. But I also like she sometimes."

"Hm. Maybe you're both a she-cat and not at the same time."

Shadowbloom paused. "....Can I do that?"

Mintswirl shrugged. "I don't see why not."

Shadowbloom mulled this over, turning the thought in their mind. "Yes," they decided, nodding with a finality. "That's me. Sometimes a she-cat, but mostly not."

"I think I want to retire," Sakari told Parsleystar. The leader stopped and looked up at her, her brow creasing.

"Oh. I can hold a ceremony-"

"No, I don't want one," Sakari inturupted. "I just want to retire. I don't need the Clan to fawn over me."

"It's not fawning. It's thanking you for your service, for your contribution to our community."

"What have I done that needs thanking?" Sakari scoffed. "My son, Cloud, died. I couldn't save Aspenpaw. I have done nothing to contribute."

"You've raised Skyrumble to be a strong warrior," Parsleystar pointed out. "You've hunted and fought for us. What happened with Cloud and Aspenpaw wasn't your fault. It was horrible and tragic, but it wasn't because of you. ButterflyClan will want to thank you, Sakari. I want to thank you."

Sakari let out a long breath. She looked up at the sky, and paused when she saw a kitten-shaped cloud drift across the sun. She watched it for a long time before turning back to Parsleystar. "Okay."

"From this day forth, you shall be known as Asphodelfang. We honor your skills in both hunting and fighting, and we welcome you as a full member of ButterflyClan."

Asphodelfang's heart thrummed with pride as the crowd cheered for her. She'd done it. She'd proven her worth, and she'd been made a warrior. She was good enough.

Kitecrash curled over Crabkit's body. He was so small, somehow so much smaller than he'd been in life. She groomed his body, steadfastly ignoring the taste of death staining her tongue, making sure his fur covered the wound that had eventually killed him. She could give him comfort in his death. That much, she could do.

"Hey!" A voice called. A dark brown tabby sat just over the border, their tail curled around a pair of she-kits. Skyrumble padded closer, Gingerpaw at his tail. "You lot are Clan cats, right? You give shelter to cats who need it?"

"Sometimes. Are you in need of any?"

"Housefolk are cruel sometimes," the tabby said in lieu of an answer. "They'll take my daughters as soon as they're able and send them away. I'd never see them again."

Skyrumble bit back a shocked hiss. "We'll bring you all to camp," he told them. "We'll see what our leader has to say, but I think she'd agree to let you stay for a while at least. She's not one to let kits be seperated from their parents."

"I'm Gingerpaw," the apprentice greeted, crouching in front of the kits. "What's your names?"

"I'm Seed, and this is Pod," the darker of the two kits introduced. "And that's our parent, Honeydew."

"Those are wonderful names!" Gingerpaw purred. Honeydew seemed amused by his antics, and swept their daughters along.

Tumblefern took a step forward towards the crumpled and shivering she-cat, ears twitching curiously.

"Stop!" Mintswirl hissed, their fur spiking. Tumblefern froze in her spot, turning towards Mintswirl with her eyes wide. "She has redcough," Mintswirl explained. "It's very contagious, and very deadly." The she-cat let out a pitiful mewl, followed by a coughing fit that shook her whole body. Mintswirl winced.

"We can't get close. If an outbreak starts in camp, there will be no stopping it. With all the kits... we can't risk it." Tumblefern cast a mournful look at the sick she-cat before nodding. The two Clan cats continued on their trek, hearts heavy.

As Brightstar travels to Skyclan's camp they were stopped by a patrol. The skyclan patrol brought them to the camp and Jaystar had met them outside of the camp. He looked old and tired, his deputy walked up. The deputy was chosen recently as their other had retired due to a bad injury and Jaystar was upset at the last gathering as he had thought that his friend had Betrayed him but Jaystar had sucked it up and just moved on and named his new deputy was Dappledfang.

Dappledfang walked up to the thunderclan group and hissed at them on why they were on Skyclan territory.

Brightstar looked to jaystar but he had looked away from the thunderclan leader. Brightstar sighed and explained that during a patrol a few days ago that they a killed Spiderpaw over a misunderstanding.

Raindew's eyes widen with horror and realization that with the description that Juniperpaw had given when they were in there for the shock. The description had fit Dappledfang down to their long fangs. Dappledfangs had killed spiderpaw. In fear Raindew had kept quiet and would tell Brightstar later.

Jaystar had looked at Brightstar and promised that He will Punish the patrol of cats who was on that patrol but for now they will need to get off of their territory and go home.

Brightstar will talk to them during the gathering next moon
