no like i'm listening to the depeche singles i got today, and it's so crazy to think about the fact that these were released in the uk in the 80s and somehow they ended up here in my hands in the usa in 2024... kind of making me emotional it's fine.

There are cracks in the spine of my book and the pages have grown yellow at the edges. I've taped torn pages back together and written my name on the inside cover when I was eleven years old. It has grown with me.

random thought but

i love it when people post pictures of the back of an album like. you always see pictures of the front but there's usually still really good art on the back, or pictures of the band or something, the year it was released, whether it not there's bonus tracks (unless they're hidden) etc. especially older albums usually have so much on the back before there were cd booklets in the front or Wikipedia pages on the artist the put interesting stuff on the back and it kind of gets hidden. and you usually only get to see it if you are holding a physical copy of an album, and even then it depends on format / edition... so thank you people who post the backs of albums <3

well. I have all the Leverage DVDs and I'm a big fan of sharing the wealth, so me and my beloved 2012 macbook (that still has a disc drive) are slowly but surely moving all of that into a google drive

I miss CDs i want more of them in one of those big flippy organizers like i had when i was 10. It just adds something to the music. Nothing like sittinf in ur hot ass car in the summer putting a disc in and hitting some buttons. I love the versatility of music on phones but so much is missing from the experience. They even took our headphone wires!
