“Wait, wait, wait, short baby Robin, back it up. You followed a radioactive green dog into the sewers? With no weapons?”

“Don’t be an idiot Grayson, I always have a weapon on me. It’d be counterproductive if I didn’t. Anyway- the dog disappeared and I was already down there so I followed the voices to this room—”

“You followed voices?!?”

“Do try to keep up.” Damian snipped. “Yes, and there was a room down there, like some sort of tomb and then I pulled this guy out of the coffin there.” And subsequently gave himself mild frostbite he was guessing by the way he still couldn’t feel his hands. Dick looked mid aneurysm at Damian’s minimal explanation but that had the benefit of him not asking anymore questions as he let them into the apartment, offering to take the teenager from Damian wordlessly.

“Did he tell you anything?” Dick pressed fingers to the teen’s wrist, brow furrowed. “Low pulse, okay. Okay. To the living room then. Was he awake when you got him out?”

“For a few moments.”

“And did you ask him for a name?”

“No.”

“Damian.”

“I was preoccupied with finding a living person in a glass coffin Grayson. He did say one thing though.” Besides thanking Damian but he was keeping that to himself for as long as he could.

“What was it?”

“The Packers suck.”

“Like the football team?” Dick questioned and Damian shrugged.

Oh that's a long list, let me check. So far 19, with a bit of overlap in the megafandoms (Star Wars and Tolkien), plus an original fandom. 20, if you count all the Stargate Atlantis fics I have that I'm currently pecking away at. It's… probably just easier to look at my AO3 at this point.

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

Mmmmmmmaybe? I try? It's a completely different type of effort than just writing fic and throwing it on the internet, which I usually don't have the energy for.

6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

.. Probably the one where I killed Bilbo, but I've reportedly made people cry on various other fics.

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Stamp of Approval (Star Wars, gen) is the… fluffiest? Least angsty? I've been writing happy-ending fics more often, but it's not my wheelhouse to write strictly "happy" fics.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

I used to? Some of it was laughable, honestly, if a little puzzling - I used to get someone that would just repeatedly comment on my short-form fics as "not a drabble". Don't think this person ever read those fics, but it was an interesting week.

9. Do you write smut? If so what kind?

…. Yes. According to various reviewers, "hot" and "sweet" (depends on the fic).

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

Not really? I'm currently writing an SGA/Kingsman crossover that I'm amusing myself with, but it's not got a deadline on it.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Yes. And I'm still mad about it!!

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

I've translated my own works (sometimes badly), mostly as practice, but never by anyone else, no.

13. Have you ever cowritten a fic before?

I've had a work co-posted with an artist's work that I prompted myself on? And on a separate occasion effectively whined into cowriting on a very large and popular work that has since been abandoned by backlash - I was a beta (originally, hah), but every once in a while I still get anons asking about it.

14. What's your all-time favourite ship?

Hmmmmmm. I feel like my tastes generally change as I hop fandoms, so it really depends on the flavour of ship?

15. What's a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?

Lol probably Kintsugi. It's effectively a time-travel not-quite rewrite of Sherlock (the Benedict Cumberbatch one) with supernatural horror elements that I've been on- and off-again poking at forrrr… almost ten years now! I have to now go look up contemporary technology and trends, it's been so long 😂

16. What are your writing strengths?

Reading rhythm, allusions, characterization (somehow), thematic elements.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Keeping track of the plot, the characters, and my point.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I think it depends? I'm definitely in fandoms that have a heavy emphasis on other languages by dint of translation or conlang nerdiness (see: YGO, The Hobbit, Star Wars) or else have characters that know other languages as a default setting (Stargate, Star Trek, Sherlock, Kingsman), so it kind of comes with the territory to at least pick up some key phrases and if you're in deep enough, to learn how to make up new words (hello conlangs). I think it helps that I have a habit of not only using hover text as well as a glossary in the end notes for mobile users/whatnot, so as to not interrupt the reading flow, particularly for desktop readers.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Danny Phantom, baaaack not quite when it was still airing. I think. It was probably still airing?

20. Favourite fic you've ever written?

As pretty of compliments as I've accrued over the years, I still don't… quite… like my writing? Imo I'm only approaching "mediocre" or "average", so it's really only an appreciation for technical goals reached the more I write. If I enjoy things enough to re-read for the pleasure of it, that's good enough for me.

Danny

Full name: Daniel A.Jax Fenton

-Yes his middle name is A.jax and it's entirely bc of this post and this post .

-Danny is Trans, (note the cute bracelet!) having officially transitioned over the summer between middle school and his freshman year.

-Danny is still fourteen, and is the youngest, as well as the shortest out of the trio.

-12 ounces of whoop ass, snark and anxiety. Also puns. Dear God, the puns....

-hobbies include: Astronomy, astrology, D.O.O.M and horror movies.

-Astronmy is more of a hyperfixation tbh.

-Proficient in gymnastics, having taken classes from ages 6-12, and participated in jr. cheer-leading throughout some of middle school as a flyer. Actually used to be friends with dash and paulina.

-Favorite classes involve Science and Mathematics, he’s good at understanding difficult concepts when he can pay attention. Absolutely awful at reading comprehension.

-His style hasn't changed all that much; he absolutely lives in graphic tees, jeans and sneakers. He usually wears the hoodie to cover up the litchenburg figure scars he received from the accident.

-The Accident occurred roughly a week or so before the start of his freshman year at Casper High. 

-Much of how Danny got ghost powers remains in line with the established canon, with Sam urging him to investigate the ghost zone portal, and his getting caught and electrocuted within the frame after accidentally turning it on. 

-Sam didn't have to do very much convincing though, Danny's definitely a lot more interested in his parents work that in cannon, even if they can be super embarrassing about it a lot of the time.

-And this is the point where I break off from that canon: but I'm going to make a seperate post for detailing Danny's ghost half / Phantom.

Sam

Full name: Samantha Nicole Manson

-Sam isn't an Amity park native, she moves into town over the summer after getting expelled from a fancy private school and finishing the year out online/ at home.

-At 15 years old, She's the oldest out of the three of them- having gotten held back a school year at some point for "behavioral issues"

-Sam's personality is still very much in line with her cannon counter part, although while she may still be stubborn to a fault, she knows when to admit she's wrong.

-Her revised style is really more punk, than goth.

-Sam's family is still pretty well off, as her father is the Owner of "Manson refrigerators" which has had a long-standing partnership with Dairy-King Co.

-She doesn't have a great relationship with either of her parents- they view her as out of control while she feels that they're too controling. Her grandmother is a constant mediator between the three of them.

-she's a vegetarian, she won't eat meat, but ethically sourced eggs and dairy is fair game.

-Pan-romantic Asexual.

-hobbies include: Cooking, Gardening, urban exploration, social activism, Anime, horror films and novels, and D.O.OM.

-She meets Danny over the summer at the movie theater during a horror flick marathon. After talking with him for a while, she's intrigued when Danny explains what it is his parents do. Being equally shocked that she doesn't immediately dismiss their work and call him a freak, he invites her over to see the portal...

Tucker

Full name: Tucker Foley

-Meet Danny in kindergarten, and the two of them have been pretty much inseparable ever since. He's only older than Danny by about a month.

-Was the first person that Danny came out to.

-Bisexual

-Dated Danny VERY briefly (like, a week) in middle school, which, unfortunately leads to a lot of people assuming they're still a "thing" (it's annoying but I has absolutely gotten them out of a few sticky situations *cough* fake out make out *cough*

-Not really a fan of sam at first. Tuck Actually feels somewhat threatened by her in the beginning beacuse for the longest time it's been JUST him and Danny, the dynamic duo. He gets worried that Danny'll stop hanging out with him because Sam is just SO much cooler. (These worries are completely unfounded, of course.)

-Still a tech wiz, same as in cannon. Even though I've decided I'm going to set the rewrite in the early 2000's, there's gonna be more "modern" technology. (bc I love the fact that Jack, Vlad and Maddie were in college in the 80's and also don't feel like doing math to adjust the timeline) Tucker probably still has at least one PDA somewhere cause hey, vintage shits kinda cool! But it's definitely not gonna be his go to device anymore.

-Tucker has an issue with iron deficiency...hence, an increase of red meat in his diet. The "meat vs veggies" debate is absolutely a heated issue between him and sam, although after a while it settles into friendly banter rather than lengthy arguments that have Danny pulling out his hair at the lunch table.

-Tucker hates the horror genre, cause he's a freaking wuss, lmao. But he lets Sam and Danny drag him out to see movies anyway.

-Tucker's hobbies include tinkering, computer games, (including but not limited to D.O.O.M) coding and yarn crafts.

-His grandmother taught him to crochet when he would visit her in the hospital, Tucker Actually made his beanie himself.

-Danny's the only one who knows about that though because he doesn't want to be teased for liking something "girly"

-He still has a phobia of hospitals. Watching has grandma slowly deteriorating in one is what caused it.

I think I've covered everything, but odds are I'll be adding onto this at some point.

I offer two different types of commissions; writing and editing.

I charge .01 cents per word for both writing and editing.

Every 1000 words after 5000 will have an additional fee of $5 per 1000 words.

I will only go up to 10,000 words. Anything over that I will not do.

The longer you want your commission, the more detail and conflict you will have to give me!

Note: If I go under the word count you paid you’ll only have to pay me for the actual word count. If I go over that word count (wrote, you won’t have to pay extra.

So, if for example you paid me to write a 1000 word oneshot and it only managed to be around 963 words long, then you’ll only have to pay me $9.63 (unless you wanna pay me the full $10). If it managed to go over 1000 words, and was for example, around 1145 words, then you’ll only have to pay the $10 and not that extra $1.45 (again, unless you wanna pay for that!)

For editing, I use a professional online editor to help me catch all mistakes in grammar, style, and wording. Unlike with writing, I can edit any fiction work, including fanfiction, from any fandom, however if it’s for a fandom for a piece of media I have not experienced, I may not be able to edit it as well as if I were editing something I am familiar with. I will let you know if that is indeed the situation. I will also italicize/highlight all my edits in your work so you can see what I changed. I recommend not giving me the original document of your work but a copy so you can see what I changed. If you want me to edit your work, you will HAVE to email me your work OR have it posted online somewhere for me to access!

After we have discussed what sort of commission you want, I will inform you when I will be able to start working on it and do so. For editing, you will need to email me your work.

For editing, the price will match however many words long your piece is. I will require at the very least, half of that amount upfront. After I have your piece edited, I will require the rest of the payment if you didn’t pay me fully upfront after I send you the edited document.

For writing, I will write the first draft for you and give you the price estimate based upon that. I will also provide about a third to a half of the draft to read to make sure I am writing it close to how you want it. After you pay me, I will go back and finalize the draft and send you the full and edited version.

If there are mistakes in the full and edited version, and they are minor mistakes (misspellings, grammar mistakes, and minor content mistakes) I will go back and fix it for you, free of charge!

However, is there are major mistakes (rewriting anything a paragraph or longer, for instance), I will require a small fee based upon how much needs to be fixed. (if 500 words need to be rewritten or reworked, that will be $5 for instance).

I will not post anything online unless it is asked of me to. If you don’t want me to email you the document of your commission, I can instead post it to one of the following sites: Tumblr, AO3, fanfiction.net OR fictionpress.com, Deviant Art, or Wattpad. You can choose the site(s) you would like it to be posted on.

Note: Though I may not own anything I am writing, I do retain the rights to the actual writing itself. You may not use my writing and try and pass it off as your own work. Upon commissioning me, you agree that you will not repost my work on any site.
