You were mine. . . . Thank you for everyone who has kept up with this comic. I was a bit hesitant at first to put this out into the world, and to be honest, worried if you out there would like it or not. But I'm so happy to receive support from you! Congratulations! You have made it to the last page of this comic. . I'm a big bookworm and a fan of multiple artists here in Japan who do such lovely work for melodrama stories. That's where a lot of the inspiration for this story came from. . And I know there are things like [its ok to not be ok ], but when it comes to expressing our negative stories or emotions, people don’t want to hear them so we feel pressured to give a filtered version of what we are going through. See what I mean? So I really wanted to show and talk about all the pain, loss, depression and suffering through a girls’ story. A girl you may know from school or work but may not know her that deeply. The girl that’s quiet and is nice to everyone because that’s how she knows how to deal with her pain. Ahhh such fond memories the few years I lived there as a child #navybrat. • Here’s a Japanese term for you: #hibakujumoku - this refers to the trees that survived the atomic bomb attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
