Chilly Witch having a Forest Bath. When I making this illustration, I feel so much enjoy even I sometimes being frustrated with using XPPEN Tablet. But I'm so glad I could finished on time. I was being inspired to draw myself as a witch who explored plus finding a meaning inside a life. Few days ago, I have been having a panic attack and depression. Makes me hardly to make my own art. Until now, some part of me still grief but fortunately most half of it was healed. Eventually, I really want to do the forest bathing. Sadly, I had to go back to college to continue my studies on fine art. Another things is I didn't have a driver license to give myself a chance to go to the forest. I had using a lot of money from both of my parent and didn't have chance to apply a job. So, I can't having a forest bathing with doing other hobbies. Story in caption. Week 50 - Holiday treat

There are many traditions for the start of a new turn of the time wheel. Here in Monasteria, a traditional favorite is the gingerbread house. Constructed from a sweet and heavily spiced baked pastry, they are decorated with all kinds of sweets. Kids and adults so love to nibble on them! We often add a little hag and two kids to the scenery. This is a reference to the famous tale of ‘Elhans and Elgret’, two kids who narrowly escaped a hag by killing her in her own blazing oven. A hundred years ago, during the festive season, the royal opera house debuted an opera based on this tale that featured a gingerbread house. Ever since, it has become firmly linked to the festive season. A few years ago, I talked to a researcher who told me this tale might actually be based on a true economic crime! He claims to have evidence that the aspiring young baker siblings Elhans and Elgret slaughtered an elderly female competitor by pushing her into an oven in order to steal her famous pastry recipe! Since I learned this, they have lost their appeal to me. Yet, this year, I created a very special gingerbread house in memory of my helping dragons from Porkerquarter! I am very grateful to be alive…

I developed the setting of the Bees Keeper a bit. In the sanctuary grows a special type of diaphanous flower whose pollen has magical properties. So bees are essential for collecting this pollen, but their predator is a fantastic bird species (whose appearance I have yet to decide) and the Protectors exist to keep the flowers and bees safe ⚔️🐝

"VILLAGE CHIEF" - Illustration by Ernest Dziedzic

I am presenting the character design of the leader of the community of a small village located somewhere among the forests. A simple man, but quite cunning by nature. He knows how to lead the village community. It does this by playing on the basic needs of residents. He uses their simplicity, without consciously trying to aggrandize himself. It creates appearances. He dominates with his physicality. He uses this to basically mask his fearfulness. A strong posture appeals to residents. They see him as a strong leader. His clothes do not differ from what the villagers wear. Simply cut and trimmed fur, leather pants and shoes. He has some trinkets on him that remain a community dream. This is the only insignia of power. He carries a simple staff. Mainly to add momentum and build the image of a strong leader.
