Heya, I'm Vee, 18+ years old, female (she/her) from the CET timezone! I'm looking for a few new Fandom Roleplays!

I'm looking for Canon x OC, FxM only (will double for AxA) and very much offer to Double! I only roleplay on Discord.

I am semi-literate to literate. I can write a couple paragraphs, but I prefere not having too much pressure when it comes to length. I usually type around the max. length on Discord, sometimes more. But somedays it might be a bit less.

I write my OC in first person and the character I double as (plus any additional ones) in third person.

I am in college and not the most active (most likely no rapid fire), yet I try to answer regularly and ask of my partner to be patient. Roleplaying is just a hobby for me, so I don't wanna force myself to reply, if I still got work to do or wanna spend my freetime with something else.

I am a big fan of Romance, Angst and Drama! I also like mature themes and topics, like unhealthy relationships, perhaps some yandere here and there and a couple AUs! Smut is possible, yet would I prefere to let it be an afterthought, instead of the whole story.

I also enjoy love triangles (or squares) and am always up to also double for those!

oouugh oog I'm emotional about Kamen Rider X episode 25

It's a bit of an odd one- there's a blueprint that's been ripped into pieces, and EVERYONE wants it. And one of the people entrusted with a piece is Dr. Doumoto! Who is a scientist in the same sort of way that Jin Keisuke's dad is a scientist (DEROGATORY).

He destroys his piece... but not before making a copy. Which he burned onto the backs of two kids when they were unconscious. OOF.

Some kidnappings and rescuing later, we end up back at Tachibana's coffeeshop.

And oh yeah, WAIT, those kids aren't out of hot water yet, they still have the marks! They're still targets! Will be for the rest of their lives! After all, what's happened is something that no one can undo, right? Dr. Doumoto sure talks about it like it's irreversible- he even refers to the marks as "a tattoo".

An aside for Historical Context: Laser tattoo removal research started making headway with Leon Goldman in 1960: but until around the 1980's, the techniques available would still cause significant scarring in the affected areas. In the 1974 world of Kamen Rider X... it's just not an option.

BUT WHAT'S THIS?

Jin Keisuke has a solution!! To cure the damage from one laser with another, different laser! THE FUTURE IS NOW (1974)

We cut back to Dr. Doumoto's lab (where Keisuke is blocked to stand on the opposite side of the equipment as Dr. Doumoto did when he applied the marks, hmm hmm HMMM) to find that he's not just found a way to help them, he's done it! It's all good now!

I just. How did Keisuke know how to do this. How did he know about these "Sigma Rays". How did he know they could do that to the marks left by Alpha rays, and more specifically, the marks left by Alpha rays on human skin.

The only answer I can think of is that he was paying attention when his Incredibly Shitty Dad, Jin Keitaro, forced him to help out around HIS Morally Questionable Cyborg Laboratory. And Keisuke finally found something he could use all that watching and listening FOR, to help these kids, in a way only his dad would have been able to.

(...Even if his dad wouldn't have wanted to).

And I just... after the machine's done fixing the damage, Keisuke just kinda. Awkwardly slaps 'em both on the back.

They're not asleep or anything he doesn't need to wake them up he just. Does it.

(It makes a big THWACK noise it's VERY funny.)

But I just can't help thinking. Does. Does Keisuke really know how to interact with kids?? What's his experience, historically? He tends to be almost nervously polite around them, and here, it's... I just...

So he's trying to comfort two kids. Who got knocked unconscious, and then had their bodies modified without their permission, or even their knowledge. Who had to be told later about what had been done to them, suddenly discover they'd been changed.

(Oh, that sounds kinda familiar, doesn't it. Hmm.)

Does he give them one sharp pat on the back because that's the warmest, most supportive thing he can think of to do?

... Is that the warmest, most supportive gesture that Keitaro ever gave him?

Keisuke seems so, so happy to give these kids the chance to undo what was done to them, to "rub out" the marks that were left, return their bodies to the way they used to be.

But... there's really no one that can do the same for him.

(And even if there was, would his dad really want to? Would he even bother to try?)

Yakuza, known in Japan as Ryū ga Gotoku (Like a Dragon, Japanese), is an action-adventure beat ’em up video game franchise created, owned and published by Sega.

The series originated from Toshihiro Nagoshi’s desire to create a game that would tell the way of life of the yakuza.

The series primarily focuses on the yakuza Kazuma Kiryu from the Tojo clan.

While Kiryu often assists the Tojo clan, the series has also featured him searching for another way of life in the form of raising orphans and helping those in need. The gameplay of Yakuza has the player controlling Kiryu and various other characters depending on the story, in the city of Kamurocho, a fictionalized version of the real life Kabukichō district in Tokyo, where he can encounter an enemy, perform an activity or participate in its various available sub-stories, which often complement the main game story and reward the player with extra EXP to better enhance your fighting style, resilience and gameplay.

This game is also well known for its various mini-games, which range from things like bowling, darts, and arcade games, to much more involved things like hostess club management which can take a number of hours over the course of several sessions in themselves to complete, all to some hilariously amusing results.

The franchise has become a commercial and critical success, and as of 2017, Sega has reported that the Yakuza franchise has sold a combined total of 10.5 million units in physical and digital sales since its debut in 2005. Strong sales of the games in its original Japanese market has led to the franchise’s expansion to other mediums, including film adaptations.

A great Beat ‘em up series that not only has had popularity over its home country of japan, but has gotten a big following in the united states and in Europe.

I’m honestly laughing at how similar this source of mine is with my favorite Kamen Rider show that aired during the same year.

I don’t know if that was intentional or not, but it’s honestly starting to really help me understand why I connected to KRX so easily.

@roaringxthunder​ asked Keitaro was paying his weekly visit to his parent's grave. Carrying the incense as he saw a familiar person. He knew he needed to take him in, but not like this. He may have been a bounty hunter, but dammit he still had some respect for the dead. "Hey Jin....Want an incense to burn for them?" he said holding out a single rod.

     At the sound of the voice, he jerks the mask back over his head, hiding his face, and expression, from the other. He’s internally grateful that no aggression is shown, Jin isn’t sure he’s got it in him to start or finish a fight. not here.

      with no living relatives when it happened, they hadn’t gotten formal funerals. he was the only visitor here, it was one of the few places he could come and just, have peace and silence, to feel his emotions almost like a normal person. this place is sacred, he never even smokes here.

       the offer is taken with some hesitation, at first he thinks it may be a trap, but the other seems genuine. he takes it, muttering a soft “thanks.” before asking awkwardly.

     “visiting family?”
