Kineret for Rheumatoid Arthritis
What is KINERET used for? Kineret is a prescription medication named an interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1ra) used for reducing the signs/symptoms and slowing the damage of moderate/severe active RA in patients aged 18 years and older when one or more other medications for RA have failed. It is also used for the treatment of patients with a form of Cryopyrin-Associated Periodic Syndromes (CAPS) named Neonatal-Onset Multisystem Inflammatory Disease (NOMID). Treatment of kineret 100 mg is not prescribed for children with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis.
How should I use Kineret: Kineret should be used exactly as your healthcare professional tells you to. You may not have to use all of the liquid medication in the prefilled syringe. The kineret injection is administered under your skin. Inject this medication at about the same time every day. In case you have complications with kidney, your healthcare professional may need to change how often you administer your kineret dosage. In case you miss/forget a dose of Kineret injection, discuss with your doctor in order to determine when you can use your next injection.
Tumblr media
What are the possible side effects of Kineret? Treatment with Kineret may be responsible for causing serious side effects, including: serious infections: Kineret therapy may lower your ability in order to fight infections. While on therapy with Kineret, call your doctor right away in case you:

Anakinra's Success in Treating Adult Rheumatoid Arthritis Clinically and Economically
Tumblr media
The 153 amino acid residues that make up anakinra are found in recombinant human interleukin-1 receptor antagonists. Anakinra possesses an extra methionine residue at the amino terminus, unlike native human IL-1Ra. This medication's binding inhibits the activity of IL-1 alpha and beta to the IL-1 receptor, which competes with it. As well as treating neonatal-onset multisystem inflammatory disease and interleukin-1 receptor antagonist deficiency, anakinra is indicated for managing rheumatoid arthritis in patients 18 years of generation or older who have fallen one or more additional disease-modifying antirheumatic medications. While buying medicine, Kineret 100 mg price should be compared to whether it varies from shop to shop. It is also employed for treating inflammatory illnesses off-label because IL-1 has a significant role in inflammation and immunological responses.
What is Anakinra?
The rheumatoid arthritis signs and symptoms of joint pain, swelling, weariness, and stiffness are all lessened by the medication anakinra. It is indicated for people who have not improved after receiving one or more RA therapies. Cryopyrin-Associated Periodic Syndromes are also treated with it. IL-1 inhibitor anakinra is sold under the brand name Kineret. It belongs to a group of medications known as biologics.
Purpose of Anakinra
Anakinra is the active ingredient in Kineret and suppresses the immune system. It is a replica of the human protein known as human interleukin 1 receptor antagonist, which inhibits the body's interleukin 1 receptors. This messenger has a role in the inflammation linked to CAPS, familial Mediterranean fever, and Still disease. Kineret 100mg price is reasonable, and it is produced in high amounts in people with rheumatoid arthritis, causing joint inflammation and damage. Anakinra blocks the activity of interleukin 1 by binding to the receptors where interleukin 1 would typically attach itself, easing the symptoms of these diseases.
What steps are being made to ensure that Anakinra is used safely?
The box leaflet and summary of product characteristics both contain suggestions and cautions that patients and healthcare professionals should go by to use Kineret safely and effectively. Data on the use of Kineret are regularly tracked, and Kineret injection price should vary daily based on the discounts. Kineret side effects are carefully examined, and any necessary patient protection measures are taken.
What action do you take next?
The recommended dose of anakinra for the treatment of RA is 100 mg, administered intravenously once daily. The medication should be injected every day at roughly the same time. Call your doctor if you miss a dosage to determine when to administer your next injection. You will be shown how to help injections yourself. Every day, you should distribute anakinra in a different location. Before starting this medication, ensure you fully comprehend how to prepare, administer, and discard the injection and how to handle used syringes.
Final thoughts
Anakinra is a biological treatment for RA that is somewhat effective and generally safe. Anakinra's adverse event data for long-term usage have not yet been evaluated.

◾️MAJOR CYBER ATTACKS… Israeli hacking team produces evidence that emergency number outage at Bezeq night before last was an enemy cyber attack.  The hacking team recommends Bezeq spend more resources for cyber security and less for advertising.  Overnight Ziv Hospital (Safed) suffered a cyber attack with information leaked and damaged software systems.
◾️MAJOR SECURITY ACTIVITY THROUGHOUT JUDEA-SAMARIA OVERNIGHT…. Jenin, (enemy reports) very large forces entered city. City declared a closed military zone.  Multiple wanted terrorists captured.  Buildings surrounded, major firefight, shoulder based rockets fired.  10 terrorists hit.  Hospitals, the traditional terrorist safe space, surrounded and arriving wounded checked.  Due to this, locations of private clinics were distributed among the terrorists.  D9 bulldozers active to check roads for IED’s.  This morning - drone attacked an armed terrorist squad.

◾️HUH? ISRAELI ARABS REFUSE HAMAS… Lawyers of the Israeli Arab detainees informed the State Attorney's Office that the detainees refuse to be included in the release deal with Hamas.  Related, one Gaza detainee REFUSED to leave prison back into Gaza - he was taken forcefully.
◾️EAST JERUSALEM… clashes and riots with police dispersal and tear gas in Issaviya, east Jerusalem.
◾️MDA TO RED CROSS - GO AWAY:  The director general of MDA instructed the heads of the organization to stop cooperating with the Red Cross, after they refused to help (or even visit) the Israeli hostages held by Hamas.
◾️UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY SAYS ‘DISAPPEAR ISRAEL’:  United Nations General Assembly adopts a resolution VIA the majority of member states demanding that Israel withdraw completely from the occupied Syrian Golan to the June 4, 1967 line (that’s the border of the Kineret).
◾️WHAT’S NEXT… A “source” spoke with the "Washington Post" said that there is a desire on both sides to reach a deal - but the "prices" have not been agreed upon. According to him, the parties have reached an agreement (to create) 5 groups of Israelis who will be released in the following phases: adult men (over reserve age), female soldiers, men in the reserves, soldiers in regular service and bodies of Israelis who died on Oct. 7 or in captivity.

THERE IS AN OLD BOOK “PALESTINA EX” MONUMENTIS VETERIBUS ILLUSTRATA” which debunks the occupation fallacy
“The book is written in Latin. In 1695. Rilandi was describing what was then called Palestine.
The author Adriani Rilandi is a geographer, cartographer, traveler, philologist, he knew several European languages, Arabic, ancient Greek, Hebrew.
He visited almost 2,500 settlements mentioned in the Bible. The research was conducted as follows:
*He first created the map of Palestine. He then designated every settlement mentioned in the Bible or the Talmud with its original name.
* If the original was Jewish, it meant "pasuk" (a suggestion in the Holy Scriptures that mentioned the name. )
* If the original was Roman or Greek, the connection was in Latin or Greek.
In the end, he made a population census by settlements.
Here are the main conclusions and some facts:
* The country is mainly empty, abandoned, sparsely populated, the main population is Jerusalem, Akko, Tsfat, Jaffa, Tveria and Gaza.
* Most of the population is Jews, almost everyone else is Christians, very few Muslims, mostly Bedouins.
* The only exception is Nablus (now Shchem), where approximately 120 people from the Muslim family Natsha and approximately 70 "shomronims" (Samaritans).
* In Nazareth, the capital of Galilee, lived approximately 700 people - all Christians.
* In Jerusalem there are about 5,000 people, almost all Jews and a few Christians.
* In 1695, everyone knew that the origin of the country was Jewish.
* There is not a single settlement in Palestine that has Arabic roots in its name.
* Most settlements have Jewish originals, and in some cases Greek or Roman Latin.
* Apart from the city of Ramla, there is no Arab settlement that has an original Arabic name. Jewish, Greek or Latin names that have been changed to Arabic that don't make any sense in Arabic. In Arabic, there is no meaning in names like: Akko, Haifa, Jaffa, Nablus, Gaza or Jenin, and names like Ramallah, al-Khalil (Hebron), al-Quds (Jerusalem) - they do not have philological or historical Arabic roots. So, for example, in 1696, Ramallah was called Bethel (Beit El, the House of God), Hebron was called Hebron and the Cave of Mahpel was called El-Khalil (the nickname of Abraham) by the Arabs.
* Relandi mentions Muslims only as nomadic Bedouins who came to the cities as seasonal workers in agriculture or construction.
* About 550 people lived in Gaza, half of them Jews and half Christians. Jews were successful in agriculture, especially in vineyards, olives and wheat, Christians were engaged in trade and transportation.
* Jews lived in Tveria and Tsfat, but their occupation is not mentioned, except for the traditional fishing in Kineret.
* In the village of Um El Fahm, for example, lived 10 families, all Christians (about 50 people). There stood a small Maronite church.
The book completely refutes theories about "Palestinian traditions", "Palestinian people" and leaves almost no link between the land and the Arabs who even stole the land's Latin name (Palestine) and took it for themselves.
Book by Adrian Relandi (1676-1718) about Palestine, published in Utrecht in 1714.” [Summery by https://blogs.timesofisrael.com/whose-land-is-this/]

THERE IS AN OLD BOOK "PALESTINA EX"
MONUMENTIS VETERIBUS ILLUSTRATA"
The author Adriani Rilandi is a geographer, cartographer, traveler, philologist, he knew several European languages, Arabic, ancient Greek, Hebrew.
The book is written in Latin. In the year 1695
Rilandy was describing what was then called Palestine.
He visited almost 2,500 settlements mentioned in the Bible. The research was conducted as follows:
*He first created the map of Palestine.
He then designated every settlement mentioned in the Bible or the Talmud with its original name.
* If the original was Jewish, it meant
"pasuk" (sentence in the Holy Scriptures, which mentions the name. )
* If the original was Roman or Greek, the connection was in Latin or Greek.
In the end, he made a population census by settlements.
HERE ARE THE MAIN CONclusions and some facts:
* The country is mainly empty, abandoned, sparsely populated, the main population in
Jerusalem, Akko, Tsfat, Jaffa, Tveria and Gaza.
* Most of the population is Jews, almost everyone else is Christians, very few Muslims, mostly Bedouins.
*The only exception is Nablus (now)
Schem), in which approximately 120 people from the Muslim family Natsha lived and approximately 70 "shomronim" (Samaritans).
* In Nazareth, the capital of Galilee, lived approximately 700 people - all Christians.
* In Jerusalem - about 5000 people, almost all Jews and a few Christians.
* In 1695, everyone knew that the origin of the country was Jewish.
* There is not a single settlement in Palestine that has Arabic roots in its name.
* Most settlements have Jewish originals, and in some cases Greek or Roman Latin.
* Apart from the city of Ramla, there is no Arabic settlement that has an original Arabic name.
Jewish, Greek or Latin names that have been changed to Arabic that don't make any sense in Arabic.
In Arabic, names like Akko, Haifa, Jaffa, Nablus, Gaza or Jenin do not make any sense, and names like Ramallah, al-Khalil (Hebron), al-Quds (Jerusalem) do not have philological or historical Arabic roots.
Jews were successful in agriculture, especially in vineyards, olives and wheat, Christians were trading and
by transportation.
* Jews lived in Tveria and Tsfat, but their occupation is not mentioned, except for the traditional fishing in Kineret.
* In the village of Um El Fahm, for example, lived 10 families, all Christians (about 50 people). There stood a small Maronite church.
The book completely refutes theories about
"palestinian traditions,"
to the "Palestinian people" and has almost no link between the land and the Arabs, who even stole the latin name of the land (Palestine) and took it for themselves.
