My journey at Aviation began in December 2012, in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. I had never thought of working in the Aviation, I was invited to join in TAM Airlines team, due to my fluent English, and since my first day of training, I fell completely in love!
A few years later, due to an economic crisis, which affected Brazilian Aviation, I focused on my personal life, traveling and exploring the world.
On December 2018, I Joined Air France - KLM, In Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. As a passenger service on the front line of check-In. Months later I started training in the arrival department, where I learned the entire procedure of opening delayed and damaged baggage reports. 2 years and 9 months later, in September 2021, I decided to move to Canada and study more about Aviation, at the renowned Seneca College, in the Flight Services Operations and Cabin Management course. In November 2021, 2 months after my arrival in Toronto, I applied to work at Air France - KLM at Toronto Pearson airport, and since then I've been dedicating myself every day to passenger service. Force of NATURE
I slept at 1-ish. But before that, I grabbed my iPhone and checked messages because my husband said there was a storm coming later that evening. And true enough, my flight to Vienna was canceled. I didn't panic, instead, I put forth Focus!!!
I canceled ❌ my IBIS hotac. Or at least request for a hold till I can resume my flight.
I was awakened by the meditation ringing in my ear. Then I sat on the bed. Checking my trips in KLM, I saw that they put me on a flight this morning at 09:45...
So with mindful intention, I got dressed, locked my suitcase, and got my shoulder bag.
In an hour, Martin was also ready.
Off we go to the Schiphol airport. …
At the Amsterdam airport, I stood at desk 6 hoping that the agent could find me a seat on the plane. I remember that the desk assistant joking around that they didn't have a seat, but my Prayers were answered, “Lord I don't care, just allow me on this flight”.
Get the boarding pass!
Whoa…And I was seated in coach class and I'm the last one to board the plane.
