Easy Chicken Fajitas

1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil - juice from 3 limes - 2 tsp. cumin - 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes - 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts - Kosher salt - Freshly ground black pepper - 3 bell peppers, thinly sliced - 1 lonion, thinly sliced - Tortillas or rice for serving

In a bowl, whisk together 1⁄2 cup oil, lime juice, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Season chicken with salt and pepper, add to bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate in fridge at least 30 mins and up to 2 hours, overnight is best. When ready to cook, heat remaining tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 10 mins per side. Let rest 10 minutes, then slice into strips. Add bell peppers and onion to skillet and cook until soft, about 5 mins. Add chicken and toss to combine. Serve with tortillas or rice.

Following our summary of the biggest and best super yachts to come out of 2018, and in light of our Top 100 focus for this week, we decided to do a definitive rundown of the largest yachts of the year just gone...

5. M/Y FB277 Losing out on fourth position by a mere metre, FB 277 was the next biggest yacht built in 2018. The 107m was the first in last year’s Top 100 from Italian industry-leaders Benetti, who delivered the vessel in conjunction with owner’s representative and build supervisor Imperial. Naval architecture was provided by Benetti and Pierluigi Ausonio, whilst both interior and exterior design was carried out by the shipyard’s in-house team.

6. M/Y Lady S Number 6 on the list is Feadship’s Lady S. The 93m emerged from the Kaag facility in the Netherlands last year. On her launch, the custom motor yacht revealed exterior styling featuring a plumb bow by Michael Leach Design, and an interior design by Reymond Langton Design that has been described as ‘a beautiful and contemporary jewellery box’.

7. M/Y Dar The 7th largest yacht to hit the water last year was 90m Dar. Oceanco’s second vessel to claim a spot in the top ten biggest vessels of 2018, Dar was constructed in the Alblasserdam shipyard with interior design by Nuvolari and Lenard and exteriors by designer Luiz De Basto. Dar is notable for her bold, futuristic design that recalls Alfa Nero, another momentous Oceanco build. The 90m represented a first-time collaboration with Azure, who provided naval architecture for the project.

8. M/Y Illusion Plus Illusion Plus established the Chinese market as a real contender when it comes to the construction of large yachts. The impressive vessel measures in at 88.5m, with interiors designed by Sinot Yacht Design and exteriors by Rainsford Saunders Design.

9. M/Y Lonion Lonion is yet another Feadship yacht to join the ranks of 2018’s Top 100. The 87m benefits from a streamlined exterior with powerful bow and distinctive royal blue steel hull architected by Sinot Yacht Design, operating in conjunction with Richard Hallberg Interior Design.

lane lonion has this character he plays called gaston hebert the cajun juggalo and when i first saw him do it irl i laughed so hard and uncontrollably that my eyepatch literally filled with tears and i had to leave early bc of it. it’s a very specific regional character and humor that is hysterical to me bc i grew up in the south and that accent is so specific and this character is so perfect. gaston is a juggalo bc he thinks it means jiggalo and i been telling lane to just punch out a fucking full length script already for this bc it’s so detailed and would make the best film. anyway i would also like to take this opportunity to say i used to make fun of icp and icp fans like any normal person in america ok like i am guilty of being basic, yes. but i admit i don’t know shit about the culture and i am p sure lane is the one who recommended a documentary about it to me with all sincerity and it was really good - idr the name im sure it’s easy to google tho - and i feel bad for judging people for liking something that i don’t get bc i’m privileged enough to live in a city i guess? like it seems to be a movement among the rural low income society that craves culture but is stuck in the middle of nowhere and that could be me stereotyping and projecting i don’t KNOW all i’m saying is SORRY i never meant to hurt you baby come back.

Now 2018 is nearly a distant memory, we’re taking a look back at the year in retrospect. With 9 launches entering the Top 100 (our forecast of the largest yachts in the world) in just 12 short months, the bar was set high for any yacht hitting the water. To celebrate the success of all those involved in the build process of each masterpiece, we’re taking a look at the yachts of the year for 2018.

The Biggest With the Top 100 forecast from back in January causing much excitement and anticipation, it was only a matter of time before the latest and largest began to exit the yard and enter the water in all their gigantic splendour.

None other than Lurssen lead the way with the official launch of 136m SHU; the largest launch of the year, entering into the Top 100 at number 15. Unsurprisingly, Lurssen also launched a second superyacht - 111m TIS - which entered the ranks at an impressive number 33 and marked the dominating success of the largest yachts market by the German builders.

Further superyachts in this category came from additional yards known for their pedigree. Two from Oceanco; 90m DAR and 109m BRAVO (which entered in positions 79 and 39 respectively) and three form Feadship; 110m ANNA, 93m LADY S and 87m LONION which took slots 34, 60 and 87. Each in a build-class of it’s own, it has been another year in the Netherlands.

There were also some unexpected entries into 2018’s listings with Pride Mega Yachts delivering the largest Asian yacht to ever be built, 79m ILLUSION PLUS which entered our Top 100 as a respectable position 77.

The Rest Nearly missing out on a Top 100 spot by just a few centimetres was another surprising yet remarkable launch from Golden Yachts. At 84.5m, O’PTASIA graced Greece’s coastline, marking a great milestone for the Greek shipyard; their largest yet.

Following suit in the European build class, M/Y SOLO built by Tankoa launched back in August, bringing another example of fantastic Italian build flair to the water. At 71m she made her debut at the Monaco Yacht Show in September and picked up the RINA Award for the most eco-friendly superyacht.

Nevertheless, it was only a matter of time until Abeking & Rasmussen launched another showstopper and this year was no exception. Launched in May and admired by many as the stand-out superyacht of the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, 74m ELANDASS follows the likes of AVIVA and into the shipyard’s impressive portfolio.

Last but by no means least is a superyacht that the industry had been patiently waiting for. When experienced owner John Staluppi commissioned Benetti to build his next vessel, it was clear this would be an unforgettable launch and bond-themed SPECTRE did not disappoint. At 69m in length, she took over 750,000 working hours to build and is sure to mark the close of a year in superyacht launches that won’t be forgotten.
