So another Beastars AU/fic prompt idea that is kinda dark.

AU where Legosi doesn’t fully pass as just a wolf, when he’s young he develops komodo reptilian eyes, his mother not reacting well to this and while Legosi is defending himself him biting her... and it turning out he also got the venom.Gosha arriving to late to do anything.

Yafya hearing about it and turning up at the hospital after seeing little Legosi and Gosha. Him and Gosha reconnecting and the two raising Legosi together.

Yafya making sure Legosi knows how to defend himself as well as showing him investigation skills (When Legosi was little him having nightmares being unable to fall asleep and instead sitting with Yafya as the other explains his beastar cases to him.Gosha always freaking out because ‘YAF DON’T READ THOSE CASES TO HIM HE’S STILL A BABY DON’T SHOW HIM CRIME SCENE PHOTOS’)

Legosi ending up attending Cherryton cause they know they can’t home school him forever and he needs social skills. Legosi using glasses to hide his Reptilian eyes (Him being super selfconscious and being more reserved than in canon cause of what happened to him)  He ends up joining the gardening club because it’s quiet and becomes friends with Haru.

He doesn't actually meet Louis, though he knows of him, until Tem is murdered. Legosi goes full detective to try and figure out what happened and needs up hanging around the drama club interacting with Louis who doesn't know what to make of him, hating him because he’s a carnivore but also him not acting like he expects one to act and acting odd quiet and careful but also clearly ready to fight.

(Legosi figuring out the Riz thing much earlier as he knows from Yafya and is cases all the signs someones stopped taking the medication)

Louis still ending up as a Gumi boss and Legosi trying to get him back. Yafya not being happy about the bratty delinquent flirting with his kid... Gosha has tried pointing out with their past they have no leg to stand on but he’s not listening.

favorite fic trope is when a guy cant tell their feelings verbally to their lover so they wrote a really long letter detailing their adoration instead and when they gave the letter they specifically asked to only read it when their beloved is alone and then later on their lover cried reading it while alone

I've had a couple story ideas that keep on bugging me cause like, clearly I don't end up working on most of the complete story ideas I have either and a lot of them I have an idea for the first 80% or so then peter off but I'm still content with

But I think it's cause these ones are *sad* ideas that, I have a really good base idea and some good ideas for scenes and progression but angst for angst's sake doesn't feel satisfying to me, i have to keep trying to make it mean something, have a point to justify putting it on the never ending to-do list.

Advice, if you have any? Maybe just talking it out witll help? But I'm mostly posting cause one of them is at the forefront of my head again, I thought it'd be good to vent so I can try to reach the thoughts behind it

3 ships: Serirei (obsessed for a WHILE now), Lougosi (the furries got me gal), Reddie (an old one because I still love them so much).

First ever ship: Narusasu (it was what got me into reading fics and learning english - 'cause there wasn't enough content in spanish for me hahaha).

Last song: Ghost in the machine by SZA ft Phoebe Bridgers. Although the last album I listened to was Red Moon In Venus by Kali Uchis (really good one, even though I liked her previous ones a bit better).

Last movie: Shrek 4 (and also John Wick 2 and 3, all of them I binge watched today... I kinda have a problem, ok).

Currently reading: Breasts and eggs by Mieko Kawakami. Also Babel by R.F. Kuang (but I'm only on the second chapter, don't know if I like it yet).

Currently watching: mm, I think the last thing I watched was Cyberpunk Edgerunners (didn't love it... first episode was great but I expected more. I can only say the animation was impressive). I'm planning to start watching Swarm - because Childish Gambino, yes. Don't know what to expect, tho haha

Currently consuming: Veggie tea (tastes like carrot, delicious).

When I started shipping them:

mmmm as someone who really really loves HaruxLegosi, I also enjoy the chemistry and vibes between Louis and Legosi! how can you not ship them right?

• My thoughts:

• What makes me happy about them:

both got strong bond! Legosi canonically has a much deeper relationship with Louis throughout the manga.

• What makes me sad about them:

in the first episode there’s one scene, he talks down to and borderline harasses Legoshi for no reason other than because he's a wolf! it kinda pissed me off. after finding out that Haru was kidnapped by Shishigumi, he takes his anger out on Legosi for like no reason. like why??? (but he got a good character arc in the late chapter! i just dislike him in the earlier arc)

• Things done in fanfic that annoys me:

when they made Haru the rival! gotta protect the bunny (but hey the filter button is there so I don’t really interact that kind of stuff if I do not like it)

• Things I look for in fanfic:

I don’t really read fanfic these days but given to it’s popularity and lots of recommendations from reddit, I heard We're Only Animals is one of the most popular fics. so yeah go check that out!

• My wishlist:

mmmm maybe a four poly relationship with Juno, Haru, Louis and Legoshi 👀👀

• Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other:

obviously Louis and his fiance or maybe Juno.

Dumb Gosha x Yafya and Lougoshi maybe lougoharu ot3 fic prompt/idea.

So before Louis is going to get married Legosi being broody and upset and running into Yafya or more accurately Yafya finding the wolf who is literally radiating sadness.

Just Legosi ending up bemoaning about the fact someone he loves is marrying someone else and Yafya being like ‘oh fuck’ because this seems very familiar.

Just Yafya ends up joining Legosi for a drink with the warning ‘tell anyone about this I will end you and no-one will find the body’ and the two end up talking about Louis and Yafya and a lot of feelings.

Only either A) the two end up accidentally leaving drunken voicemails to both gosha and Louis which leads to shenanigans when the two realise what they’ve done of trying to break in and delete the voice mails

Or B) Haru shows up at some point watching the two and takes about 5 minutes and then takes out her phone and starts recording these two drunk idiots bemoaning about feelings before sending copies to both Louis and Gosha because she is an agent od chaos and refuses to deal with this pining bulls hit…also it’ll be fucking hilarious. (she may or may not have also sent Juno a copy)

Just Dumb Enough to Try is a classic by @50-shades-of-cool-whip that is fairly popular but some people may have missed it (also the first multichapter lougosi fic to ever be written) Antiseptic is a cute and concise oneshot that has since been buried by time, and deserves a read
