Happy Mother’s Day 💚🌸🔆 I made my Mom a delicious @medicalmedium recipe for brunch called Veggie & “Egg” Scramble. (omelette) To be clear, there are NO eggs 🌱 💛 Vegan • gluten-free • soy-free • organic Watch my stories to see the process 😃 Ingredients * I used various veggies you can substitute for what you like or have available. 💙 check out @medicalmedium books and online content for more of AW’s recipes 🙌🏽 * filtered water * cumin * turmeric * garlic powder * sea salt * black salt, more to taste (optional, but enhances the egg flavor) * potato flakes (use potato flakes that are oil and additive-free) - I use Bob’s, Red Mill * sweet vidalia onion (optional) * zucchini (optional) * yellow bell pepper (optional) * plum tomatoes (optional) * chopped parsley and cilantro to serve (optional) Additional Veggies & Herbs I added: * spinach * chives * butter leaf lettuce, to serve It is so satisfying and healthy❣️ Let me know if you give it a go and what veggies you add.
